How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Lost a game to prishe wandering failing to find a land in my deck

    In my last game I immediately lost when I activated prishe’s wandering and it appeared to not find a land in my deck. It told me to select a monster to give a +1 counter to and then I immediately lost. Could I please get some kind of compensation for this, at least reverse the loss?

  3. All access Brawl not able to edit deck

    during deck creation I was only able to put in 77 cards, and now it won’t let me reopen the deck to fill out the remaining slots

  4. Game crashes anytime I try to play or open the deck creation screen.

    My game can load the main menu and I can click into the store. Anytime I try to click 'play' any specific event or go to the deck screen the game crashes immediately with no error message. I've updates my mac, I've uninstalled and re-installed the game but nothing works.

  5. Arena Direct not Displaying the Correct number of Collector Boxes Won

    The mouseover for the Arena Direct Collector Booster Boxes won is not displaying properly. It has a placeholder {number1} instead of the number of boxes.

  6. Entire Deck in hand, nearly impossible to play them

    I'm playing a "combo" Sheoldred, the Apocalypse Brawl deck which has methods of drawing the entire deck in a single turn (and also winning the game because of this) but its frequently extremely difficult to sort through and actually play the cards when I have 80+ cards in my hand I wish there was a way to adjust the UI when 50+ cards are in hand to use something like a search bar or popout menu. the same would be greatly helpful when needing to pay 50 cards after activating aetherflux reservoir while lich's mastery is on the field

  7. Unable to get collection on login

    It's been a couple of days now, almost all people in Italy with TIM as a provider have huge problems logging in, getting the classic "unable to get collection" when trying to log in. We are not talking some secondary ISP here, TIM is the MAIN ISP in Italy, so a huge portion of people has not been able to play since yestarday. Streamers had to susped torunaments or streams, people on Easter holiday that could play MTG for once couldn't.

  8. computer player aura targeting is buffing opponent and debuffing itself in color challenge

    I was doing color challenge, fighting the AI, and it used beneficial auras on my creatures and detrimental auras on the creatures it had. Ajani locked out one of his own creatures with the "remains tapped during untap" effect, and Vivien repeatedly buffed my rat +3+3 with Oakenform.

  9. Unable to Cast Instant Spell

    This is an ongoing issue. I encountered a similar problem a few weeks ago with being unable to respond at instant speed with an enchantment that has flash and grants hexproof until end of turn. Now the game just wouldn't let me cast Horrid Vigor using the two lands I left available specifically for that scenario.

  10. Rat colony says invalid deck if I use 6 or more of the style cards, but works ok with default cards.

    When I go to use the style I brought for Rat colony after reading the Dev diary about the card style changes I discovered an issue when I went to use the style in my decks when I hit 6 or more cards, I get an error saying that it contains cards not in my collection, and then the deck page says I need to have 3 more common wildcards to finish it, but it also does not give me the option to use them to stop the error, so the only way to make the deck valid is…

  11. Game didnt let me cast my counterspell with proper mana up in Standard Metagame Challenge

    I was playing the Metagame challenge match 1 game 3 simic midrange versus orzhov sacrifice. I have a green and a blue mana open for my repulsive mutation and my opponent casts his first spell (voice of victory) which i click to let resolve, then he casts a sothera the supervoid and it just resolves without asking me to respond ( i still have the correct mana up for an x=0 repulsive mutation with creatures on board while he is tapped out). this ends the game on the spot as i have no way to recover from his blowout turn. …

    Unable to retrieve exiled cards with Invasion of Arcavios.

    I was unable to grab a spell that was under Leyline of the Void. Outside of the game includes exiled cards.

  13. sideboard

    The game thinks 15 cards in the sideboard is more than 15 cards and makes the deck invalid (unable to save changes or create new deck with 15 cards in the sideboard).
    The format of the deck is: timeless.
    If i reduce the sideboard to just 7 cards (the maximum limit of BO1 sideboard) the issue doesn't happen. However I need all 15 slots as i play BO3.

    Consistency: 50% half of my deck have this bugs, the other half does not.

    The issue appeared after updating to the latest version on July 8.

  14. Cards removed from sealed pool

    Just entered the sealed arena direct challenge for EoE. It showed me the rares/mythics that i opened (2 archenemy charm, frigate, mightform harmonizer, the mythic white angel, and i believe the boros shock land) but when i got to deck building 4/6 rares were removed.

    There is no way I only opened 2 rares in y packs of sealed. This will likely ruin my sealed run, which is horrible especially for a premium event like Arena Direct. Im ****** i payed $70 to buy in just to get screwed by a rigged client. I dont think ill ever play…

  15. Waiting for server bug Deck building

    Whenever I try to edit any of my decks, even when it automatically launches into deck builder after a draft, I just get an infinite black screen “waiting for server” and it never loads. I have to close and relaunch the app to get anywhere. I’ve verified files and reinstalled the game entirely. Reinstalling fixed it for a couple hours but it’s back doing the exact same thing again.

  17. game crash

    the game crash and when I try to join the match, the game crash systematicaly I cannot select deck or anything when I click on play button

  18. error with cards that pull lands from deck

    I am not able to use bushwack and other cards to pull land from my deck. None of them work since this update.... I do have plain lands in my deck....

  19. Premier Draft - Network Error: Unable to join event. Please try again later.

    I got this message attempting to join a premier draft. Now, I'm locked into this message. When I go into premier draft, it shows the "Start Draft" button, and when I click it, I get this message.

    I've tried restarting Arena and my computer. There's no option to resign. I'm locked into being unable to play premier draft.
