1. Second Day of Sideboard issues

   As of today, 07/11/2025 this is the second day in a row that MTGA will not let me put more than 7 cards in my sideboard. This is across different new decks, and after multiple game and PC restarts, as well as game updates. I will post screen shots, but I am unable to compete in best of 3 without a proper sideboard and the opportunity cost this is having on me is immense. I am attending SCG orlando in 7 weeks and I cannot properly test. The error message "This deck cannot have more than 15 cards in sideboard" is occuring any time I add more than 7 cards in the sideboard.

2. Arena Anthology cards missing

   Some cards both of the Arena Anthology sets are missing in the collections tab as well as when trying to build a deck. The cards I've personally noticed that are missing are all of the signets as well as mother of runes. I don't know if there are any more.

3. Songcrafter Mage Harmonize Bug

   Songcrafter Mage is bugged when giving Harmonize to a card with bargain, you are unable to cast the card if you have something on the board that can be bargained, it doesn't let you submit 0 for the may trigger.

4. Jump in

   I'm on smartphone android, i have compleated a Jump-in event but in place of "Play" button i have "Home", also there is not the button to leave the event and chose other deck.

5. Waiting for the server

   It's impossible to enter to the Deck buildings, because the Server seems frozed! Giving a waiting for the server indefinitely!

6. Unable to purchase items in the store

   About 99% of the time, I have to reboot Arena to purchase anything from the store. However, today even rebooting Arena and rebooting my Mac computer doesn't work. I would like to get the Avatar Pass Bundle before the offer ends, but I get a "Waiting for Server" error whenever I try to buy it. Thank you.

7. Take Alchemy out of Historic Brawl

   I use Historic Brawl to playtest REAL cards in a format which is the closest relative to EDH. Separate alchemy from historic brawl! It's hard enough reading a double sided card when you're on a timer let alone a specialize card with 5 different variations. Also Oracle of the Alpha was a mistake, especially in a format with a max deck size. The fact that only blue players can play a card which adds 9 cards to a 100 card limit deck and the fact that those cards are not available to other players in the format unless they play oracle is not a balanced feature. Conjuring as well is adding cards past the max card limit and seek is not a mechanic that can exist in real game play. None of these Alchemy mechanics are fun to play against as they break the traditional gameplay laws that exist. I understand balancing certain cards but keep alchemy in it's own category.

8. mana flood and mana *****

   Today I lost about 20 games because of the mana flood, because the algorithm that works is very good and I quote the email sent by the bot automatically "I assure you that these algorithms, including mathcmaking, shuffling, coin toss, and more have been well tested", It's interesting that he has mana flooded in 4 games in a row with a 22-land deck where the first 13 cards were lands and 4 spells in number.
   If we talk about the mana ***** it's better that we leave it alone, like when today for 3 times I had to play with 3 lands and the other 19 were literally the last 19 cards, and you know it can happen, it's difficult that it happens 5 times in a row don't you think? Obviously all the oppents I found had the perfect hand, this is also part of the "all player follow the same rules" that you have always put in the bot's automatic mail.
   My question is, if this thing had happened on Magic Online, how many dollars and players would you have lost, dear Wizard? How long would it take you to overhaul MTGO's algorithm for such a problem? Considering that for a basic fix of the side it took 1 week, in my opinion not even half a day and you solved the problem.
   I tested the exact same deck I went into mana flood and mana ***** with on paper and guess what? The deck only goes 10% of the time not 90% as it happens on Arena, if the products fail dear Wizard it is not because they are bad but because you do not give them real support and do not listen to the feedback of the public. THANKS WIZZARD IT'S ALWAYS NICE LOSE A GAME BECAUSE MY DECK DOESN'T SPIN THANKS, THANKS, THANKS!

9. Yargle Eat the World did not complete.

   I won a game using Charbelcher where Yargle and Multani was my commander and there were no land cards remaining in my library. Despite this, the Eat the World quest did not register as complete. If the quest requires that there be no MDFC cards with lands on the back face in the deck, this is not made clear.

10. Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal

    Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.

    Playing with him:
    
    Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are best served by using him. So they are pressured to ignore the rest of wizards' design space in that area.

    Playing against him:
    
    Obviously, this is miserable. How many players see their opponent resolve an Ugin and think "wow this game is really clever"? The feeling is more like "Wow, my opponent has just exiled all personality from the game. Why am I playing this?" Worse yet, the feeling begins for many players as soon as they see that their opponent is likely to have Ugin in their deck. I'm not against sweepers. They're essential. But usually there's some way to play around them. Some way to diversify your threats. And Ugin isn't just a sweeper, he's a single-card inevitability powerhouse that can also one-sidedly sweep the board in a way that's uniquely hard to prevent. It's not fun to see, or to see coming.

    Anticipated Counterarguments:

    "But there's always a 'best' card! Ban or suspend Ugin, and ramp players will just play something else that's only slightly less busted as their finisher!" Sure, that's true. But I think Ugin is an extreme example. His inevitability is unmatched by any other card. And since he's colorless, he competes against every other card. There's nothing else waiting in the wings that any deck could play, and that does everything he does, but just a little worse. Remove him, and deck designs can't just replace him with 'Ugin lite'. He would be replaced by a variety of cards that would need to be carefully chosen to fit the deck they go in. That diversity would make magic better.

    Sorry for the rant. I like long games, but I don't want to play with Ugin or against Ugin. He invalidates a lot more than he adds.

11. Card Style appears as Regular Card

    I bought the card styles for Arid Mesa and Marsh Flats, and now they're gone. They still show as being selected card styles in the Deck Builder but there's no difference between them and the regular card. Are you already aware of this? Maybe you're already working on fixing it, but if not, are you offering refunds for the gems used to purchase them?

12. Ban ALL Infinite Combos

    Ban ALL infinite combos. Theyre virtually impossible to counter once they start. They undermine the integrity of the gameplay by completely changing the rules of the win scenario.

    Using an infinite combo is like a spoiled rotten brat youre forced to play with as a kid because your mom is worried because they have no friends.
    The Brat triumphantly yells, "I Win!" You ask for logic or reasoning and their response is, "just cuz!"

    And you wonder why you dont have any friends. Winning with an infinite combo is a cop-out for somebody who cant see the game thru to the end.

    Well dear user of infinite combos: You crow and cheer yoursel; prausing the accomplishment of a win that should never have been a possibility in the 1st place. Youre like a guy who brings a gun to a fist fight and upon killing the hulking mass of combat experienced muscle you lawd yourself as the better fighter just because you won (when in reality you are not the better fighter.)

    A stronger fighter (i.e. the best players) should look for a challenge to win, not take the easy way out.

    WotC used to monitor these things. They used to care about balancing the game and banning infinite combos, but since they abandoned us its up to us, the strong players, to fight for a truly balanced battle.

    Dont used infinite combos, dont use cards that change the rules for winning (i.e. you win the if... scenarios), dont use planeswalkers, dont copy other people's deck list, and especially dont use cards that you know are broken. Dont accept the fact that WotC allows these cards. Fight for balance then it comes down to wit, intellect, strategy, cunning, not money and lazy copying.

13. Yargle achievement "Death by Vanilla" did not trigger

    I created a deck with 5 vanilla creatures and then token generation and planeswalkers and winning did not trigger the "Death by Vanilla" achievement.

14. Improve Matchmaking

    Please improve matchmaking. It's impossible to find the same deck type in each format all the time. It is clear that matchmaking is flawed and needs to be recalibrated. It makes very boring and dull the game experience.

15. Counter target spell Instant cards doesent counter targeted spell

    I was playing Ranked with my deck All Blue and in two ocations my cards that counter spells didnt counter at all. More over they trigger oddly: there were instants, and when i play them, they make me target the spell (that never happen before) and when i oddly target the image of the card that was visually blocked by my card and the legend <Are you sure you whant to target xx with xx?> (that never happen before) and i click YES; The spell was not countered that way and enters play and resolves. The cards i encounter this problem in the log play that attached to this BUg Report was Disdainful Stroke and Adventure spell Hypnotic Sprite.

16. brawl invalid but no hilight card

    My brawl rat deck is marked invalid, but when I want to edit the deck, I see no cards highlighted. If I change the type for brawl standard, I see the cards that are invalid... Is there an error with the card checker ? I can't play my deck anymore. A deck that I have payed.

17. Can’t play in Best of 1 match with a full sideboard

    After the latest patch, I can no longer play ranked Bo1 Standard matches with my standard deck though it contains no banned cards. Note that the same deck can be used to play Bo3 matches (see attached screenshots). The issue appears to be that the deck has a full 15 card sideboard, as no other error is displaying.

18. Crash and unable to return

    During a Cube Draft match, the game crashed less than 5 seconds before I was about to win. When I tried to return, I got stuck on an update screen for a long time and couldn’t rejoin the match until it had already been counted as a loss.

    Could you please review the match and help restore the win or refund the entry?

19. Unable to cast Strategic Betrayal

    I had the mana to cast strategic betrayal in a match, the application wouln't let me cast the sorcery even though it was the proper phase and I had the mana. I would have won the match, but because I coudn't use my removal spell I lost. This lasted for multiple rounds.

20. Mazemind Tome Card Style Bug

    Recently purchased the Mazemind Tome Parallax Card Style at the store, however, it is not possible to apply or view the card style when creating a new deck or editing an existing one, despite owning all versions of this card. A full refund should be issued if this bug is not fixed soon.
