How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. My timeout ropes used up by my opponent's actions

    My opponent was running a Mill deck and I had Gaia's Blessings in my deck, so they kept stacking mill triggers and mill triggers. I click "resolve all", but while all the triggers are going, it's MY rope that's burning even though I clicked "resolve all" and it's THEIR triggers taking up all the time.

  2. Attack All does not give the option to exert I Amonkhet games

    with a number of attackers on the field the game was over if I am allowed to exert my attacker that gives +1/+1 to all my attacking creatures--it skipped any option to exert my attacker and I eventually lost the game.

  3. Death touch broken

    A creature with death touch activating an ability that allows it to do non combat nuke damage should not be triggering death touch. Coding for death touch is broken and allowed players to use cards that give death touch creatures a non combat nuke and kill creature at will giving them un earned wins. This needs to be addressed and fixed.

  4. Khenra Scrapper Exert option did not come up.

    During an attack I only had one attacker Khenra Scrapper, opponent was at 3 life and one creature. Scrapper has menace and exert and I intended to attack and exert for the win. However I attacked and it did not give me the option to exert. I attacked for 2 and lost the game.

  5. Khenra Scrapper Exert option did not come up.

  6. Approach of the Second Sun wins the game on first cast

    My opponent won the game by casting Approach of the Second Sun but they had only cast it once. He owned a second copy in exile so I'm assuming that's what was misinterpreted as the first cast.

    This is what specifically happened. Opponent had a copy of Approach on hand at the beginning of the game. I made them discard it by casting Thought Erasure. They later on cast Uro by escaping him from the graveyard. One of the cards exiled by Uro was the first copy of Approach. They later on drew another copy of Approach, cast it and…

  7. Bug : Ugin, the Ineffable BUG

    I was playing a User that used Ugin, the ineffable to -3 Destroy target permanent that's one or more colors. He targeted my Thassa, deep dwelling which is indestructible and it destroyed and was put into my grave yard. When in reality it should've targeted not destroyed and the spell fizzle.

  8. Exert Mechanic Bugged

    I just played my first game of Amonkhet Remastered and I had 3 creatures with Exert on the battlefield. I went to Combat and clicked the Attack All button because that's what I intended to do. I was not given a prompt asking if I wanted to exert any of the creatures. Please fix this bug so players don't have to click on individual creatures for every instance of Exert; it's very unintuitive.

  10. Unable to take action during game.

    While playing a hand of 1-on-1 player, I zoomed in to look at a card and was unable to exit. Clicking the "Done" button did nothing. Had to exit the game and reload. Lost the hand.

  11. Lands not tapping for mana

    Asset errors abound. The tap lands were entering untapped, then in the future they wouldn’t tap for mana at all. The game was lagging and skipping around.

    Attached is a photo where the game is asking me to pay one more mana but it will not allow me to tap my temple.

  12. Stack Manipulation Timeout

    on the field was 3 bishops of wings, a divine visitation and heliod...(great combo i get it) but on his blocking and losing angels to my op swissarmy giant( aka the crystaline giant) i killed 24 of his angels causing 75 triggers of the bishops/divine visitation/heliod...it should not of timed me out for his stack triggers causing me to lose cause of the time...this is the 3rd time in the last week this has happened

  13. Fiery Emancipation doesn't affect shrines

    Fiery Emancipation doesn't seem to affect Stone Sanctum or other Shrines. Please fix bug! It should triple damage (and lifegain?) of Stone Sactum. Thanks!

  15. Dovin, Hand of Control doesn't prevent all damage if selected target is a shrine

    Dovin, Hand of Control doesn't prevent all damage if selected target is a shrine or other enchantment.

    Other player had 5 shrines in play. I selected Sanctum of Stone Fangs with Dovin, Hand of Control. I still took 5 damage at the beginning of the opponents upkeep.

  16. Kaya's Ghostform disappears when someone takes control over my creature

    I had Kaya's Ghostform on a creature and a card was used that took control of my creature. Once that happened Kaya's disappeared and they sacrificed my creature and it did not come back.

  17. Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood

    Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood causes infinite loop when opponent loses life or I gain life. In a real game I would win unless the opponent can do something to respond. But in Arena it can trigger infinite loop clause that results in draw.

    Please add a simple if-statement to your clause; if enemy is losing health during any loop like this to prevent the infinite loop clause from activating, because in cases like this it shouldn't result as draw.

  19. Too many mirror matching in Play Mode

    I know this is how Play Mode was designed, matching up similar rarity decks to prevent mature players taking advantages on new players. But no one likes mirror match up all the time. Could you cluster decks with their similarity? If a player meets a deck in Cluster A, then lower the possibility of Cluster A when he plays the next game.

    今日だけで2回
    ミシックの方(しかも#ナンバー入り1桁や2桁の方)と当たっています
    仕様ですか?
    だとすればランク帯を分ける意味がないのではないでしょうか
