3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery Tree Infinity drops
Bought Mastery Pass this issue. Have completed mastery tree but the infinity drops of an uncommon card are only dropping on alternate completions not every time.

Golden Pack contains two of same card within the pack. Is this possible with duplicate protection?
I received a Golden Pack from purchasing 10 Eldraine packs and it contained duplicate cards.
I got 2 "Agatha's Soul Cauldron" cards in the same pack.
Isn't this something that duplicate protection is supposed to block from happening?

buying land card styles gives wrong skins
I used once 500 gems and then again 2500 gold to buy both basic plains and basic swamp parralax skins from the eldrain edition. however, for plains i received the M20 plains (reprint of mirage or onslought i guess), for black mana i bought the eldrain skin and received war of the spark swamps
i feel a bit ripped off tbh, especially since these are only basic lands.... haven't tried it with other editions eversince. i wish i'd get my gold back or at least the other skins

various new bugs...can't buy card styles and prizes don't show up in Mideweek Magic
A couple of weeks ago, the option to buy card styles by clicking on the cards in my collection disappeared. I can still "craft" cards just fine, but I can't buy alternate cart art styles--except for the daily deals at the store.
Also, when I play Midweek Magic, I don't get prizes--there is just an empty screen at the center where the prize graphic should appear--for either both the first and second wins or just the second win. The third win gets me an alternate card art style still, however.

One more year... One more bug... My booster has gone missing!
Ok. So, again, the renewal has come with a lot of bugs. This time, one of the boosters given to me by what used to be the codes has simply gone missing. Where is it? Where are its cards? I don't know. Can Wizards answer these questions? Well, if they can't, I'd like another booster, please. Oh, and btw... whose idea was giving away Alchemy cards in the Renewal Gift?

Wildcards keep dissapearing after opening packs
I am new to the game and have bought some product in real life so thought why not give arena a try. I started opening the packs I received from codes and all was well untill I discovered that the wildcards I received inside of the packs were not showing up in my wildcards tab, only the ones from the rewards were showing up. Now I thought waiting would resolve the issue but quite the opposite. It keeps happening to any wildcard I receive in a pack. I have tried everything I can do to relog and restart but the…

Cant add or remove card
Fast tap to remove or add card to deck does not work. It just shows card. Its almost every time. Im not sure if its connected with using search. My platform is android mobile phone

Some cards don't function correctly in brawl formats without sideboards
Cards such as "Vivien, Arkbow Ranger" allow you to bring in cards "from outside the game" (i.e., from your sideboard). Since brawl decks can't be built to include sideboards, none of these effects work. Decks for the brawl formats should allow sideboards, even though brawl is always Bo1, so these cards can function correctly.

Mythic pack contains no mythics
Same here, got a rare wildcard and a uncommon wildcard when I purchased a Mythic pack, at the very least we should get the 300 gold difference back...

Card styles gone
There is an even bigger problem than card creation, many card styles have disappeared and cards that were once special are back to normal, I'm talking about many many cards and I personally spent money to create some card styles that now I don't have them anymore! I hope you solve this problem otherwise I'll take legal action! I spent money to get those cards and finding them again in normal style was not pleasant! If you don't recover I will take serious action, I don't like these games!

Game Freezes When Attempting to Load Deck Collection
Platform: PC
Bug: When attempting to view deck collection, either by clicking the on the"Decks" tab or by clicking "Choose a Deck" in an event, the game progresses to the "Waiting for Server" screen and promptly freezes.
Expected Result: When attempting to view deck collection, the game loads all decks in the player's collection and proceeds as normal.
Notes: Device meets minimum specification requirements. Bug persists regardless of graphics settings or screen resolution. Restarting device had no effect.

I have imported a deck and the UI tells me i have enough wildcards, when i click the button to craft i receive the message that i do not own enough wildcards

Import Deck Failure
Annex Sentry is part of Arena no?
Can we maybe have a change where is skips “invalid” cards and goes onto the next and gives a “report” of lines that were “invalid” after the fact?

Attempting to select deck in Historic All-Access, Basically No Bans corrupts the deck
PC version: Attempting to edit a deck to use with Historic All-Access, Basically No Bans screen puts the deck into a state where you cannot select the deck, but cannot change it back to its original format.
To reproduce:
From the main menu, click "resume Historic All-Access, Basically No Bans"
Click on the deck selector
Click on a deck you want to play
Click Edit Deck
Go to Deck Details
Change format to No-Ban Historic is selected.
(NOTE: You can no longer change it from No-Ban Historic. The dropdown appears but is non-functional for this deck forevermore.)

Just passed level 10 on the Master Pass and didn't get the 4 copies of the Katilda and Lier rare as an award. Could y'all assist with this, please?

Some copies of the original Thalia just vanished
I can't use one of the Thalia, Guardian of Thraben cosmetic in new decks, game says i only got one copy of the card. I still can run 4 in the SB of a deck i made before the cosmetics atualization

Missing card text and numbers
PC bug- after updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling, card names are missing, along with card types, creature power and toughness, and amount of gold rewarded for completing quests.

Pas de possibilité d'ajouter des terrains
Bonjour,
je n'arrive pas à ajouter des terrains dans mon paquets scellé Invasion des Machines.
Merci de m'indiquer comment faire car quand je filtre "Terrains" il n'apparait que les terrains issus du paquets scellés et non ceux de base.
