How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

I cant go inside my decks ad change the cards

Can't Load or Open Zombie Deck
I can't load my zombie deck
All my other deck work but my zombie deck can't even be opened
I erased it and tried to recreate it and the same thing happen

Infinite Buffer Loop in Deckbuilding
While editing the sideboard it gets stuck at 7 cards but will still except more cards. When I leave deckbuilding and go back to edit the same deck it will load "waiting for the server" and will be stuck infinitely. I have to close the client to use it again. If I try to edit the dame deck it happens again.

Bisogna integrare la scritta " MASSIMO 60 CARTE" In quanto la scritta "ALMENO 60 CARTE" sarebbe equivalente alla scritta "Minimo 60 carte" e bisogna implementare un blocco che chi supera le 60 il mazzo non viene salvato. "Suggerimenti Ninja Gaiden :)"

Deckbuilder broken/bugged:
Since the last update I can neither open newly created nor imported decks in the deckbuilder. When I click on a deck, I end up in a waiting for server loop.2 votes -

Stuck on loading screen when going to load decks (with sideboard)
try to load decks (with sideboards) on my account but get stuck on loading screen (Waiting for server) and have to force quit.
I re-installed, used a VPN and tried several other fixes to no avail

Unavailable Cards from Arena starter set
Certain card, available in the tutorial (color challenges and similar) are not only not legal in all formats, but unviewable in the collection menu, despite being already programmed for the game.

Cultivate
New fallout skin for cultivate is not working. I can see it in the styles if I go into craft but I can’t apply it n a deck

Deck builder energy cards
In iOS mobile, when you use o:"{oe}" to search for energy cards, not all the energy cards on your collection appear. Happened to me with Cyclops Superconductor, but I suspect this can be a more widespread issue.

Board control
Old school magic.... has board control. The cards that effected this the most are "Royal Assasin", "Time Elemental", "Temporal Adept", and even in later sets... "Isochron Scepter" with a "boomerang" or "Swords to Plowshares" on it... or even a "Twiddle" to tap or untap the creatures on the board for repeat use.

Cardsytle Masterpiece Ornithopter doesnt work

I favourited the cardstyle
Ive had others test it as wellIT JUST DOESNT WORK.
then you guys finally answered after weeks, and you just sent me to an almost 2 year old thread that already mentioned the problem.
DO YOUR JOB ALREADY AND FIX IT OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!!

Sideboard not displaying correctly again
May 7, 2024, 15:00 UTC. containing the Alchemy: Thunder Junction card set. Then the sideboard doesn't display correctly again.

Purchased alternate art for basic lands missing
I had purchased the Unfathomable Crushing Brutality Basic lands set code from a third party, they are now missing from my collection entirely. I paid money for these, and having them gone is extremely disappointing. Can this please be fixed?
