How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTGアリーナのシャッフラーやマッチングがおかしいと感じた方への
情報提供、注意喚起用です。下記のような状態に当てはまる場合、
運営から永遠に不正操作をされますので、
MTGをやめる事をお勧めします。
（多分、このままだとMTGは無くなりますので支障ありません）・デッキに入れるカードによって偏ったマッチングになる
・対戦相手は絶対に土地事故しない
・対戦相手は常に最高の引きを連発する（4枚連続同名カード等）
・対戦相手はこちらの動きに合わせた回答を次ターンに引く
・こちらは絶対に土地事故する
※これにはパターンがある程度あり、初手土地2枚なら、
その後10ターン以内に引ける土地は1～2枚まで
初手土地5枚なら、その後10ターン以内に引ける
土地以外のカードは1～2枚まで
・その他、確率的におかしい事が頻繁に発生するこれらはいくらサポートに連絡してもまともな状態にはなりません。
フレンド対戦等なら良いですが、ランク戦で勝ち切る事は
永遠に不可能な状態にさせられます。
これはプログラムの問題では無く、ウィザーズの企業体質による
悪質な行為ですので、ウィザーズのCEOが交代しない限りは

Opponent infinite combo times out my selection
My opponent purposefully ran the Soul Warden, Scurry Oak, and Heliod Sun-crowned combo at the end of his turn in reponse to my Memory Deluge. There was a high chance of me finding a wrath of god, thus clearing his board. Instead I was timed out and didnt get to chose which cards to put into my hand. This was in a historic event on mac.

draft freeze
During a premiere draft event my game would not pass me any packs during pick 10 of pack 2. After about 5 minutes I went to close and reload the game and it had auto picked the rest of my deck. Would it be possible to get my entry fee I paid back?

Not Receiving Gems for Duplicate Rares
For at least a week, I've been playing standard events and when I recieved a duplicate rare individual rare card award I have not received any gems.

Premier Draft Bug (R4.1.2,VOW)
In Premier Draft, The card was not displayed properly on the screen even though I was picking it. This state continued from the 7th sheet of the 1st pack until the draft was finished. I will claim compensation equivalent to the entry fee for this event.

Duplicate rares not giving gems in constructed events
Duplicate rares are showing up as rares instead of gems. I've missed over 100 gems in rewards and gotten 5th or 6th copies of rares.

premier draft bug
the client stopped on the wheel "waiting for server" during the third game of a premier draft,forcing me to close the client.When i log in again the game i was playing was a loss.

Traveling minister automatically targeted itself
Last game I was playing Traveling Minister. I tapped for +1/+0 and life gain and it automatically targeted itself, not my other creature. I lost the game.

daily win
At least one daily win is not being tracked from a premier draft win. This might also be a problem with other relevant game modes.
1. Win in premier draft, notice no credit for daily win

daily quest reset after bot match bug
After completing all the daily and weekly quests I then enter and do a bot match. After the bot match the daily and weekly quests are reset to 0/15 but when I do another normal match against a player they are still done and no rewards are given.
This is just a visual bug I guess but still a bug as it was very confusing at first.3 votes -
Game froze on mobile app during paid quick draft in mtg arena
The game froze during a crimson vow quick draft, and was unresponsive. This was on the mobile app on an iPhone on the last iOS. Because it was unresponsive, I had to restart. Doing so resulted in a loss. I have had this happen on multiple occasions and would like some kind of compensation please.

There is a bug with the free decks with 2 colors on PC. The Alchemy card block the deck and we cannot retry this card of the deck.
The alchemy card is an illegal card in the free decks 2 colors. We cant retry this card in red in the deck. the deck is illegal. I cant play with these free decks 2 colors.
red/green : phylat = pb
white/blue : aspirante luminarque = pb

Cannot login attach failed
unable to log in to my account on any device. I get the error message: "Unable to Login. Authentication failed: Attach failed".

decathlon bo3 draft fee
I joined the decathlon bo3 draft and payed 2000 golds, the event then disappeared. When it came online today, I found I need to pay 2000 gold to rejoin the event.
