How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Pauper and Artisan formats
Hello.
Would it be possible to have more pauper and artisan formats?
Like with each new set rolling in, a pauper or artisan event would be available for that set (or for couple latest sets).Not to mention I would really appreciate seeing those for all time, even as non-ranked plays.

Draft Server unacceptable
I have had server issues before, and I put up with them, but when I pay for a draft and then lose matches because of servers dropping, it starts to make me reconsider using Arena at all.
I would like a refund of my 5000 gold, please. I know it isn't likely, but I thought I would ask.2 votes -
Card tracker
What has happened to the card tracker in draft events? During draft events the alt/command keys no longer track selections versus personal inventory. Initially I thought the issue had to do with bluetooth keyboard connectivity, however I tried on a desktop with a wired keyboard with the same results.

Connection to server cut off while drafting. Ended up having a bunch of off co9lour cards automatically drafted and my deck was trash .

Draft bug
When quick drafting bloomburrow I can’t see the cards that I drafted, which severely impacts the draft.

9 Basic Lands in a row!
Look - I get that random means random. But in the analog world, I've never lost anywhere near as many games as I lost today due to mana floods consisting of anything from 5 to 9 basic lands in a row. At one point in round 3 of today's qualifiers, I'm ahead in every measurable way. Until I drew 9 basic lands in a row from a deck that had 11 or 12 left and 20 other cards.
I know - it's just random. But I lost 4 qualifiers today because of floods. I played great games against great opponents.…

Shoreline Looter threshold
Shoreline looter 2 drop blue creature with THRESH HOLD >:( I was playing the draft event and noticed my opponent using this card on turn two or 3 he only had 3 cards in his graveyard and WAS NOT at THRESHHOLD yet. But his card EVEN with it SAYING he wasn't was drawing and discarding cards every time it was his turn with this card. It's super enfuriating because I paid MONEY to play this ******* draft AND OH LOOK a totally game changing threshhold bug. He got to draw and disard like 4-5 cards maybe? before he was even…

One loss in sealed Bloomburrow because the match didn't start
started a bloomburrow sealed match, and lost the first one due to a bug : the game "started" with both players at 0 life, no cards in hand, no action possible. And the timer started. I tried to relaunch the game but when I logged in again, the game was over and counted as a loss

Couldn’t sideboard in BO3 limited; various UI glitches
Couldn’t sideboard in Game 3, limited match. Happened 2x in a row during this event. Obviously not great, since the whole point of playing BO3 is the sideboarding.
Also, after matches and games, “Reward” screen shows blank and tapping “Claim” does nothing. Had to restart app both times.

Draft lost because of crash, RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
I lost a draft match because my game crashed. After some researched, i found that was because "RADAR is Microsoft's Memory Leak Detector so that error indicates an App/program is not properly handling memory."
10 000 gold hardly saved gone by that error -_-.2 votes -
Player getting extra mana
Player Rurulo82 or rurulo82 only had 3-4 mana and played 6-7 mana worth of cards in alchemy event. Emptied their entire hand on the 3rd or fourth turn, Had only played mana and a single 2 mana cost creature that didn't have any effects dealing with mana. Then played a creature of 3 mana cost, a spell (1), another spell (1) , a sorcery (2) an a enchantment (2) (numbers in () represents mana cost.

Quick draft win but client recorded loss
Won a game in Quick Draft event on mobile. Opponent conceded. The game gave me a reward for daily wins but when i returned to the event page my draft had ended with both an additional win from before I entered the match queue but also 3 losses recorded. I would guess that the game tried to queue me into two games at once and conceded one after I wasn't there before the other had finished, but I don't know why that would have happened or any other reason why the game would see a game win but record both…

Lost sealed pool after update
I had 2000 gem sealed pool with 2 wins 1 loss the 2nd day after Bloomburrow launch. I experienced bugs (couldn't check graveyards and couldn't change deck after initial build). after the update two or three days ago, my deck was gone.
I would like a gem-refund please.

Traditional Draft Resign
After losing one match in Traditional Best of Three Bloomburrow Draft, I was no longer able to play in the event I drafted for, despite that being only my second match of the three I should have had. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.
