How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Powered Cube Draft Freezing
I spent a draft token to enter the Power Cube Draft and played a few turns. I tried to sacrifice a food token and I thought it was my opponents turn to cast an instant and the timing rope appeared. I thought it was my opponent taking time to disrupt my life gain but it froze. I exited out of the app and when I came back in it registered my game as a loss. Game freezing
Since a few days, I often experience Arena freezing mid-game (Android Phone). This happens once every 3-5 matches at random times. Usually I manahe to restart the game in time to rejoin the match, but just now it did not work and I was awarded a loss. This is quite frustrating as it was in a premier draft event that I paid for.

Two quick draft games with Lorwyn Eclipse crashed.
I was in the fourth game of the Lorwyn Eclipse quick draft when the game froze. I couldn't make any plays, I tried to restart the game but my time had run out. The same thing happened in the fifth game. In the following games everything went well.

Comet, JiRock - am I blacklisted? are you gangstalking me?
Hey im playing powered cube and my opponent played comet and he rolled two 6s in a row for two turns in a row and I kind of just got run over by that. This didn't really feel like playing magic, I think you're running some kind of numbers game with that one, so I want some kind of gem refund for my traditional cube event from you people. It doesn't even you cost money. I also think you should fire whoever suggested putting the stupid dog in.

Game freezing after damage when attacking
Twice in one Lorwyn quick draft, game has frozen in the damage step while attacking. Forcing a hard reset and giving two match losses in the paid event.
I would like my entry fee back. I understand that connection issues happen, but this is unacceptable.

Not getting cosemetic reward in MWM
This time (25/02) and the previous MWM (18/02) when I got my 3rd win the server produced no reward upon completing its "Waiting..." procedure. It happened to me before with some of the previous sets and also after the alchemy set release, iirc. I suspect that it tries to reward me with an alchemy card style and I already own most of them (well, for A-ELC and A-EOE I own all of them) so it naturally gives me nothing. I believe it is a bug as it should pull from a larger pool of styles than the last alchemy set.

lorwyn with changeling bug 2 - Curious Colossus turned oppo giant into 1/1 coward that still gave giants double strike
Following the issue reported yesterday with champion (looks like this is now fixed - thanks) I played curious colossus which turned my oppo's creatures into 1/1 cowards as expected but their Boldwyr aggressor still conferred double-strike abilities on giants that were played after (despite the ability on the boldwyr being greyed out)

One of my records in Arena limited championship should have only one loss but it registered as two.

problem in event
i had a problem in an event. i used a removal, paid the ward cost and the creature didn't get exiled, and i ve lost the match and also the moen i ve put into the event... this is a big ********.
it is not the first time this happened i always got f*** for arena bugs

Downloading Files when disconnecting
I experienced a critical client bug during an event. After a momentary connection interruption, the client froze, forcing me to Alt+F4. Upon restarting, my login credentials were forgotten, and I was hit with a mandatory 2GB update. My internet connection was stable throughout this process. Due to this technical failure, I was unable to rejoin in time and lost the match.
I would like to be refunded

Problem during premier draft
Dear Wizard support,
I was in turn three of my game not able to play any cards. I needed to shoot the client down and restart but I was not quick enough and lost a turn. In the end I lost the game due to this. Please refund my 1500 gems for premier draft. I have attached logs.

Draft event quality
I will not waste my time or money on your draft events any longer. After years of trying to enjoy these drafts I have to say that it is incredibly disappointing that you haven't made some sort of fix to help with the fact that we can't play within our pods. I understand that time constraints don't allow it to be possible restricted BUT there could be other means tested to help. The fact that I face FOUR very stacked Black/Green Elf decks in a row. Powerd cube draft - isue with palax wave
Hi
I have faced issue during one of my games when plaing Powered cube draft. I have been plaing on my phone and enterd full control mode.
My oponent have Paralax wave at the battelfield and I had 2 creatures in play and "Cathat Commando" in hand. At the begining of combat my opponent removed my 2 creatues using paralax wave. Then still in begining of combat before moving to declare atacheckers step I have played cathar commando and sacreficeed it to destroy oponents paralax wave. Predatory practices from Wizards of the Coast
the past year, I've felt Arena has become more predatory in its practices. A lot of events cost a lot more for no good reason and physical products are being offered as rewards for extremely expensive events. These events are similar to sealed and draft but made harder to win the prize artificially (usually by reducing the number of losses you're allowed from three to two). A lot of the time, they don't give you anything even if you win some of the games. It's dangerous and it's exploiting people, especially with it's limited time access.

Play Draft agains your pod
Why not implement a real draft in Arena ? Players who want to commit to that kind of draft will play it, and it's fine. Drafting and playing against a random opponent from another draft feels really weird. You could still have BO1, so it's not too time-consuming.
