How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Did not receive my 50 packs from the prepurchase with tokens and such.

    I have not received the prepurchase 50 packs with the tokens and such for Kamigawa. I cannot report it as the site keeps asking for login info and never goes beyond that. Is anyone else having this problem?

  3. Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001

    I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...

    I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.

    EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

  5. Didn't recieve Mythic Wildcard when purchasing Mastery pass

    I purchased the mastery pass with 3400 gems, and i should have received, among other prizes, 4 mythic wildcards.
    I received all of the other prices, but not the mythic wildcards.

  8. Make the Welcome Bundle a monthly option

    Could you make the Welcome Bundle (or something similar) a monthly option instead of a once-in-a-lifetime-oppotunity?
    The current Gem prices are ridiculous, but the Welcome Bundle was very fairly priced and I would gladly buy it once in a while. And I guess, I'm not the only one.

  9. Bug : Card bought but not delivered : Set of Neon Lands including Boseigu... + set of Neon cards including Hidetsugu...

    Hello,

    Thecards I bought were but not delivered :
    1) Set of Neon Lands including Boseigu... +
    2) Set of Neon cards including Hidetsugu...

    I bought the 2 sets of (I think 5) Neon cards in the store, they were described as the "Real" Cards + the "Alternative drawing" cards.

    For both sets (5000 coins and 11000 coins I think) I did not received the Real cards so I can't play in MTGA with them.

    Thank you to fix and add the missing cards in my game.

  11. Add: Purchase and Code redemption historic feature.

    This would be insteresting, so you would know what has been bought in your account and would allow players to know what codes they reedemed, therefore they would know which ones they can still get.

    There is a bunch of cards I didnt received !!!
    I use Window
    first from the mastery tree :
    bride's gown
    gryff rider
    belligerent guest
    honeymoon hearse
    ballista watcher
    alchemist's gambit

    then I bought the bundle Olivia Voldaren for 7500 gold and didnt receive the cards !!!
    Olivia crimson bride (!!! I already had one !!!)
    Voldaren bloodcatser
    Anje maid of dishonnor
    olivia's attendants
    Voldaren epicure
    blood petal celebrant

    And i also bought some decks and cards from the daily deals but cant know for sure if I got the cards !!!!

    So in order the keep anjoying MTG Crimson…

  15. app for IOS asking for update the doesn't exist on app store

    Trying to open the game today on Iphone, the game is asking for an update. That update does not apear on the iphone app store. So basicaly its impossible to open the game.

  16. card style

    I just bought the "Golden Age: Obscura Bundle" and the only thing I actually received is the card sleeve. None of the card styles are available to use, it prompts to me to buy them again. It also doesn't show that I have purchased the bundle.

    I am sure the gems were deducted and the purchase went through, I even got a confirmation screen but the styles are not available to use in the deck editor.

  18. Missing promo card at 45/90 Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan packs bundle

    As soon as WotC add the opportunity to buy 45/90 packs bundle for gold, I plan to buy Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan. But I noticed that unlike all other bundles, this bundle does not have a promo card in 45/ 90 packs bundle. Please, as you will be adding option to buy bundles for gold, also add promo cards for Ixalan block bandles, as in other bundles.

    TLDR: Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan 45/90 packs bundle in store doesnt have promo card like all other 45/90 packs bundle. Please fix.

  19. Many orders of cards in the shop not in my library

    Like a few times before, I bought some gems to buy in the shop cards, for I had a few idea's for new decks.

    When I was looking for the cards later, they weren't found in my cards to pick for my deck. I thought maybe I did something wrong, but the gems where gone.

    Now today I did it again en clicked on claim, but still again, not to be found. But now I took some picture's from my phone (where I play magic on) to have proof.
