How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

On a Mac laptop, scrolling in the Store glitches. On a Mac laptop, using the trackpad to try and see things to the right or left of the current display in the store bugs out widly.

Not enough Mastery Balls in Mastery pass
Im almost done the mastery pass and i need 3 more mastery balls for the rest of the cards and im only going to get 2 mastery balls by the end of the pass

Cannot buy anything from store it just freezes. Mac
I am trying to buy new Modern Horizons but it freezes after i click on buy and does not respond. Need to manually quit out of game. Have tried re-installing and everything and still no luck. Help!

Change country in account
Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

Add the ability to track Gem purchases on your wizards account
When you spend Gems in the store there is no method to review your purchases. I currently do this in a excel database and recently had to contact customer support due to missing adding a transaction. I propose that there is the ability added to your wizards account to track these purchases.

Golden Packs Not Contains Cards from Older Standard sets
I don't have all cards from Phyeixa, Brothers war, or March of the Machine.
I am still able to purchash these set and get those cards. However opening golden packs only gives blank gem cards.I could not find anyplace that said thier was certain sets that golden packs can't be used for.

Purchased daily offers not received
Yesterday and today I bought several cards from the daily offers. The cards I bought were not added to my collection. I can no longer give more precise information about which cards they were. The cards are no longer shown in the offers. Please clarify.

Gem total is out by 1800 gems
I purchased 10 common duskmourn land styles at the discounted price of 220 gems as part of the daily deals promotion yesterday for a total of 2200 gems. I didn't check my balance in the client after the transaction, but I track all of my gem purchases in excel to allow me to monitor what I spend.
When I signed in my gem total was down 1800 gems from where I believed that I should be. This happens to be the value that it would have been if i hadn't recieved the discounted price. as it 10 x 400 =…2 votes -

Got to level 20 in Duskmourn with mastery pass, but didn't receive the orb (although i DID get the beastie companion.

Retro fetchlands MH3 not showing as purchased
I purchased the MH3 Retro Fetchland cosmetic bundle, it shows in my collection as available, but I have to spend wildcards to use the Retro or new Enemy Fetchland cosmetic even though I already own the fetch land?

Daily deals are ****
Your Daily deals are absolutely terrible and the Christmas ones are especially a slap in the face for players. GREED is rampant in Wotc.

Rare wildcards in Mythic packs
I bought mythic packs and received a rare wildcard in one of them. Please can I be upgraded a mythic wildcard instead. It shouldn't be possible to get rare cards when you have paid for mythics.

Di not receive item from store
I bought a bundle that I thought was a set of multiple plainswalkers for 5000 coins. The coins where taken from my account but nothing ever appeared in my cards..... not even 1 new plainswalkers. The bundle was a bundle that was about to leave the store. I'd like to see if I get that bundle or my coins back
