How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Codes redeemed but no rewards
I've been trying to redeem the codes for the strixhaven sleeves. I can't find an expiration date on them. I do not have them, and when I try to redeem them, it says they have already been redeemed. No sleeves, mainly curious, and I would like the sleeves.

Rewards System for Feedback and Explorer Feedback
I would be more incentivised to provided more accurate reports if developers issued rewards for engagement. Gems/gold would be fine.
Mostly an auto system or that devs can manually commend someone for exceptional information (a reward of 10k Gold / gem equivalent).
You want player engagement in these dark times for WotC, pay your players (literally its free rental money and can never amount to a loss of actual USD for wizards)
Currently hasbro is down 41% YTD and some of that isnt just market forces but WotC self inflicted injuries.

IOS Eldraine Mythic Pack gives Gems and Oko instead of one Mythic card that is missing on the collection or a Gold Wildcard
This was yesterday 14/12/2022 on Latest Patch on iPad, I did bought mythic packs after of Eldraine and they worked fine. I believe this was an API/Sync issue, but I could not replicate as a consumer.

Pack has no rare and missing pictures
I bought a pack of Alchemy today and it gave me an Alchemy Streets of New Capenna pack. I opened it and it did not contain a rare or mythic. Instead it contained a retro ichor wellspring. It also had several cards that were missing. It had pictures of "Totally Lost" with an error symbol on them. I wasted 1000 coins to not even get a rare.

Don't See Unfinity Shocklands Listed in the MtGA Store
Hi! I'm interested in purchasing the Unfinity Shocklands from the MtGA store, but they aren't listed. I thought I had purchased them previously, but not all of them appear in my collection. Please either help me make the purchase or determine why, if I've already purchased them, not all of them are in my collection.
I play on an iPad Pro and a MacBook Pro. Both are running the latest versions of the OS.

Bundle purchase bug
I made a Bundle purchase with gold coins in game, and the cards did not appear in my collection, even though the gold coins were deducted.

Bought a card on the deals tab and it is not in my cards I own.
I bought one of the deals on dragon cards in the “deals” section of the store. After purchasing it, I looked in my card collection and it did not appear in there. But my money (in game currency) was taken.

Daily Deal lists false discount
The daily deal for 8/23/2022 includes a mythic pack of Streets of New Capenna. It is listed as 15% off, but the actual discount is less than 12%. I guess I have to hope that this is mere negligence/incompetence, but regardless of the reason, players are owed recompense for this blatant false advertising.

brought a Urza, Lord Protector in the deals offers but he isn't in my inventory
I bought a Urza, Lord Protector in the offer deals this week but he is not on my pools of cards. I can't find it anywhere, i even made a search by name and he was not found.

American flag card sleeve
Every single day I get on and I hope that the American flag is in the daily deals I play more than 95% of all players for the past 2 years I spend money and I play every single day every moment I get and the only thing I wish for is the American flag card sleeve please I will pay anything I just really really want this in my collection and on my cards for every game that I play

Trade in System
Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Regional Price
Hello dear wizards, I am a humble player living in Turkey, There are many Magic lovers here, so many people want to buy card packs but it pains us because it is US dollar, many company adjusted their platform for regional price (Steam, Uplay, EA, and Blizzard also) I ask you please consider this, 99 USD is almost half of minumum wage here. I want to buy some stuff and support you also.

Borderless pain land card styles bug
I have the Borderless Pain Lands bundle. I'm able to use the card styles for the Dominaria United lands but not the Brothers War lands. In the shop the bundle is not marked as purchased though I clearly have access to some of the styles.

Daily deal purchase issue
I purchased a card in the daily deals yesterday on 28/11/2022 ("Urza, seigneur protecteur" in french) and the card doesn't show up in my collection. I've wasted my coins for nothing. Please Wizards, fix this issue.

BUG: Gold reward for daily quests
I recently achieved two daily goals at the same time. When the prizes were rewarded, it showed two iterations of 1,000 gold. (not due to my mastery pass, I just completed level 77) My balance, however, only showed a 1,000 gold increase. I don’t know if the reward was mistakenly duplicated on screen, or if I did not receive the 1,000 additional gold. It doesn’t cause me too much grief, just something I noticed to be buggy.

Draft tokens disappeared
I have several draft tokens from past mastery events 3-4 (can't remember if I used one) but now only one shows on my account. Can you please correct or restore the tokens?

Bug - can’t play the app “Asset Erorr”
Hey I can’t launch the app in both my IPhone (13 pro OS 15.4.1) nor on my iPad (also 15.4.1). The problem is “Assent Error detected “.
I deleted and reinstalled few times -didn’t work.
Also with VPN - didn’t work.
Can’t play , very very frustrating .
