How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Add Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store

    When will this avatar (Jace, the Mind Sculptor) be added to the store for purchase?

    I missed the event in 2021 where you could get it (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/play-and-win-big-mtg-arena-decathlon-2021-12-08) and i have been waiting to see that avatar pop up in the store since then.

    Untill now, that hasn't happened.

    Since the new set will have a new Jace planeswalker and features a Jace Pack Bundle (now available for pre-order in the store), this would be a great time to add the Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store!

  2. 17.12.2021- Purchased Daily Deal Cards Not Showing Up

    Hello Wizards! I purchased 3 cards in the daily deal today, and they not show up in my card list, even the money was spent. Please solve this issue

  5. Bundle purchase bug

    I made a Bundle purchase with gold coins in game, and the cards did not appear in my collection, even though the gold coins were deducted.

  6. DMU packs dissapeared or duplicate protection not working

    I just got 5 DMU packs for constructed season sep 2022 end. When I opened the packs, I just got 5 cards with pictures of a gem on it. I don't know if I received gems, but I shouldn't have received gems due to the fact that my DMU collection is not complete.

  9. Bug- store purchase not reflecting

    Using iOS. As I opened one Ajani, sleeper Agent I decided to purchase two more from the store. The store took my gold but alas I don’t show the other 2 Ajanis when trying to build a deck!

  11. Cannot purchase gems (ZFGameBrowser.exe crashes)

    Platform - PC (windows7)

    I've made multiple attempts to purchase the Adventurer bundle in the past couple of days (having not previously purchased it) - each time I instead receive the message that ZFGameBrowser.exe has stopped working (see screenshots for crash details).

    I have checked and experience exactly the same problem when trying to purchase an ordinary gems bundle.

    Essentially, I am unable to spend money on your store - I really hope this can be solved soon as I would like to purchase the current mastery pass, since it is the first one I have seen that includes cosmetics…

  12. Did not receive an item I payed for

    I purchased the Haunted Mire land card Holographic skin from the daily deals yesterday (1/7/23 or 1/8/23 depending on timezone). The gems were subtracted from my account, but the item is not available in my inventory and shows that I must pay for it.

  15. Gold saved up gone

    I played a lot of mtg in the beginning to save up some gold to be able to make a big buy, (got up to 19 000 gold) but then I got tired of the grind and delete the game. But now I got the will to play it again so I Download the game again. But when I logged in to my account I saw that all the gold I saved up was gone. That completely killed my will to play mtg again.

  16. Can't enter the shop

    When I try to open the shop it says "Waiting for server" and the client gets stuck. I've tried this on multiple clients, different networks, etc. Nothing works for me
