How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Mythic Packs
Hello, here some feedback:
I came back to MtG Arena, because you implemented Mythic Packs and a display of the Vault progress! Finally, its possible to complete collections.
I just saw this new features and I will again spend much money for MtG Arena.
It is really rare that companies do such good moves!Next good move would be to make each and every cosmetic that ever existed available in the shop :) Don't have timely limited content!

Open all packs option steals cards
I bought a New Capenna Prerelease box today and used the code in Arena, accidentally clicked open all packs and it opened 1 pack, didn't open any more and none of those cards are showing up in my collection??

Alchemy Card Warning in Store
To prevent accidental purchase of Alchemy cards, please add a warning in the store, to indicate whether a card is from Alchemy.

Incorrect mana costs displaying on custom card art in store
The mana cost displaying on these cards in the deals section of the shop are all 1 colorless less than they should be.

Game insta-crashes when clicking the unlock mastery pass button in the mastery tab.
Game insta-crashes when clicking the unlock mastery pass button in the bottom right of the mastery tab. The button worked before the july 28th update but now just closes the game instantly.

Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001
I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...
I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.
EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

Lost Packs
I bought three packs with 3000 gold. I opened the first one, it just seemed to contain 3 cards, a mythic rare and two uncommons. The other two packs had disappeared. When I logged out and back in, those two packs didn't seem to exist any more.

didnt receive any cards after buying packs
J'ai acheté le pack à 10 000 pièce d'or qui contient les dragons ancien de cuivre, d'airain, d'argent, d'or et de bronze mais je ne les vois pas dans ma collection de cartes.
I've buying the pack at 10k gold that have the elder dragon of bronze, silver, gold, brass and copper. I don't see them in my card's collection

its so fcking simple, why do i have to click three times in different screen parts with another half second server delay to buy 1 pack? Its not gonna make me buy gems its just gonna annoy the fck out of me and waste my time.5 votes -
Vault
Vault Progress may not be accumulating. Cannot see vault progress within logs. I am unsure how long my progress has been stopped. Please advise.

Approx 10 minuts ago , i have bought with Gold in to the store , Otawara and Eiganjo , the legendary lands;
There's a -50% , 1500gp for card , but i have not in my availability this two cards!.

Mastery Pass
Hello support team,
I achieved rank 30 in the current kamigawa mastery pass but the golden koi pet won't show up in my profile section where i can select my pets.
I did receive the mastery orb.
Please help me solve this issue.
