How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game stops responding and crashes if it has to connect to network.

    Every time I open the store on mac, the game stops responding and I have to force quit which creates an error message. It already crashed my laptop once. only happening post duskmourn update

  2. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  4. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.
    Please allow change country in account to be able to use new country payment methods

  6. Arena Store Unusable on MacOS

    Every time I try to purchase anything with real money (not gems or gold), it displays "Waiting for Server" and I cannot do anything. I have to restart Arena to do anything. I was able to log into Arena on my Iphone and make purchases without any issues. So this bug is specific to the MacOS. All software is up to date.

  7. Golden Packs given Alchemy Cards

    I do not play Alchemy nor have any desire to play Alchemy. When I opened up my most recent Golden Pack I have received cards from Lord of the Rings.

    I now don’t want to open up any more of my Golden Packs because I don’t want to waste the rare spots from them.

  8. Mtg Arena android app freezes within 30 minutes on S23 ultra

    BUG: Mtg Arena android app freezes within 30 minutes on S23 ultra

    I play Arena on windows, android samsung tablet and on my new phone.
    But on the latter, the app keeps freezing at random points. It could be during a game or when looking at my collection. There is still music, but I can't look at cards. When I then kill the app and relaunch it, if I'm fast, I can join the same game again and only lose 1 turn.
    the phone doesn't feel hot. Latest updates.
    What's going on? Anyone else have this issue? It's been happening…

  9. Mythic Pack gave me a Rare Wild Card instead of a mythic

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

    While opening a Phyrexia All Will Be One Mythic pack, I received a Rare Wild Card in the top center slot which should have been a mythic rare card.

    1. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

    I am on PC.

    1. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

    Like I said, I received a Rare Wild Card instead of a Mythic.

    I should have received a Mythic Rare card.

  11. Didn't recieve Mythic Wildcard when purchasing Mastery pass

    I purchased the mastery pass with 3400 gems, and i should have received, among other prizes, 4 mythic wildcards.
    I received all of the other prices, but not the mythic wildcards.

  12. Duplicate Protection Failure

    I bought a throne of eldraine booster for sale today. I opened it and got 20 gems. Digging through my collection, I discovered that there's plenty of rare cards in that set that i don't have 4 of.

  13. Mastery pass rewards not received

    Today I have not received my mastery rewards for tiers 38 and 39. I refuse to go any farther because i havent received any of my purchased incentives and one of them is the characters in the game. Please fix so this doesnt look like a scam.

  14. I do not receive Mastery Pass Rewards

    I have received Mastery Pass Rewards on the day of purchase, but do not receive Mastery Pass Rewards with gaining the levels. You need to repair it and grant all who bought the pass their rewards. It was payed for!!!

  16. 対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする

    2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
    その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
    インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。
    対処保方法を教えてください。

  17. xp stopped increasing

    XP has stopped increasing today. I'm stuck at lvl 54 725/1000XP. It won't go up even when I'm completing daily and weekly quests. Playing via Epic games store. Seemed to be working yesterday. Things I did yesterday probably included: completing the survey, solving clues 3 and 4 (which gave xp), building "thewayisopen" deck (which definitely gave the 5000xp, not sure I've received any since then). Hope that helps. Please sort this ASAP, cos what was the point in getting the Mastery pass if you won't let us gain XP. Thanks

  19. all of the cards say their the first copy ive gotten but its not

    all the cards I open say their my first copy, even when their not

    I open a pack and get a uncommon creature and it says its my first copy but then I open another pack get the same uncommon and it says its my first even though its clearly not

  20. Redeem Code Failure: Code Already Redeemed

    I recently started playing Arena again after a few years. I deleted my account a few years ago because I wasn't having fun anymore.

    When I created my new account, I tried entering codes for free packs and sleeves. However, some of the codes didn't work. I got an error message that the code was already redeemed, but I didn't receive anything for it.

    I only get the error message for codes that I redeemed on my old account, which uses the same email address as my current account. Is it possible that the system can't tell the difference between…
