How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena

    I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.

    I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.

    Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

  2. Can't pay on mac

    I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

  4. Packs From Pre-Release

    I went to a pre-release and got one of those code cards to put some packs in. I did so and the packs were there, but after the update/maintenance today they're just gone. They haven't been opened, I checked my collection and only the cards I got from my inbox and one of the class steps. I'd like my packs please Wizard, please contact me if you need anything like the code, I still have it.

  5. benefit from bugs should be punished

    I am a loyal player of MTG Arena. Recently, I have noticed that a large number of players have exploited bugs with which you can finish daily task many times and get gold from it, to gain unfair benefits after MOM update. I believe that this behavior has harmed the interests of players like myself who have purchased content in the game,and I‘ve heard that you do nothing to this behavior last time the bug happened.

  6. golden pack progress stuck at 290%

    Golden Pack progression stuck at 290%.

    Platform: windows
    1. Buy one-time A23 (Phyrexia Alchemy) bundle with 3000 gems
    2. Receive 20 A23 packs
    3. Note that Golden Pack progress is 100%, but no GP's are rewarded

    Cannot reproduce since bundle is one-time.

    Perceived outcome: paid 3000 gems + 20 A23 packs + Golden Pack Progress at 100%
    Expected outcome: paid 3000 gems + 20 A23 packs + 2 Golden Packs + Golden Pack Progress at 90%

  7. Recieved 40 Gems instead of Mythic from Throne of Eldraine Pack

    I have purchased four Mythic Packs from Throne of Eldraine. Upon opening the fourth pack, I got a message saying I have collected all the Mythics from this pack. Instead of receiving a Mythic card or wildcard, I got 40 gems. I only have three Mythics in my possession from Throne of Eldraine, as shown in the screenshot below. I know there are over 20 Mythics in this pack, so I'm very confused to why I received gems instead of one of them.   9. BUG: Brothers War Duplicate protection

    I have collected all Rares in [The Brothers War], and so I began opening packs for [Brothers War Alchemy]

    I only have 1/3 rares in [Brothers War Alchemy] but when I open packs I am being given 20 gems & no Rare! I am very upset.

    this has happened 5-10 times now.... if it was 1 in 100 i could overlook or assume i've made a mistake.... but this is frequent; I am not receiving the product I'm paying for.

    Packs obtained from a code for a BRO prerelease can't be opened in the pack menu despite the set being released, and other packs of the set being openable.

    First of all, I don't know if you're aware of this, but your website seems to do everything in its power to make it impossible to submit a ticket with your Customer Service. After signing in on the main https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account sign in page, this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us) still asks you to sign in if you want to submit a ticket. However, clicking on the Sign in button on this second page just takes you back to your account/profile page.   13. MTGA Dominaria United prerelease code redeemed, clicked redeem, but no packs were delivered

    Arena code from prerelease event was entered and accepted fine. Upon clicking "REDEEM" I have one pack, not six, in my PACKS tab. Tried code again and it says it has already been used.

  14. Guildmaster bundle disappeared

    After the last client update I can’t see the Guildmaster bundle anymore for my account.
    I tested on iPhone, iPad and PC, but I can’t see the bundle anymore in the store.
    Before the update it was there to be purchased.

  17. Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass Expiry Date

    I was going to get the Mastery Pass and finish getting to level 90 in time, but the pass now ends 7 days earlier than previously announced. at this rate, I don't think I'll be able to get all the rewards I'd envisioned. Is it a bug that the date has changed or was the date on Arena announced wrongly?

    let me buy multiple packs with gold.
    its so fcking simple, why do i have to click three times in different screen parts with another half second server delay to buy 1 pack? Its not gonna make me buy gems its just gonna annoy the fck out of me and waste my time.

  20. Add store option to buy multiple packs with coins

    Please add an option in the store to allow the purchase of multiple packs with coins in one transaction. Each set release I buy 50-75 packs with coins but can buy only ONE pack per purchase, requiring 3 mouse clicks per purchase. WTF?
