How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Did not get draft pass when purchased from the daily deal

    I purchased the draft token from the daily deal today for 9,000 coins. But I still only have 2 tokens on my account (I had 3 from buying the mastery pass and used 1 of those tokens).

  3. redeaming Code from Planewalker Deck Error

    i cannot redeam the code of an freshly opened planeswalker deck. deck speech is italian and it is an old jace deck from war of the spark. any suggestion what to do? i bought some planewalker displays from ravnica and wots and i hoped to use the codes in the arena?!

  5. card style double purchase - please refund.

    Hi there

    I just purchased the Lurrus Card Style. I didn¨t realise that i already own that card style. The system allowed me to still buy the style, that is a bug in my opinion.

    Please refund the 2000 gold spent.

  7. Bought Fallout Brawl Card Styles, can't change Evolving Wilds or Cultivate

    Just bought the Fallout Brawl Card styles, and I can't change Evolving Wilds or Cultivate to the card style (there's no heart symbol when I go to change it). Why is this error happening when I paid for this?

  9. Gem purchasing

    I cannot purchase Gems on MacOS. When I click on the product I want to purchase, I get a blank screen with the spinning cursor and eventually need to force-quit the client. This has been happening for a few weeks now; last time, I purchased my gems through the iOS client but Gems are much more expensive there. Unfortunately, I will need to stop playing until this issue is resolved for MacOS.

    I am on a MacBook Air 2019 running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

  15. Store Daily Deals disappear before the posted expiration time (<24 hours)

    Daily Deals in the Store disappear before the 24 window of opportunity has elapsed. This is not the first time this has happened, as I also missed out on 200 gems becase that deal disappeared 30 minutes after it became available. Technically this is fraud. Also, I know buying packs that don;t count towards the Golden Pack are not a good deal, but I can't help it.

  16. Crashing while opening boosters

    I play arena on my android. Since the first update of thunder junction I have been experiencing the app shutting down on its own. It's been happening mainly in the interface and has recently started happening during games. I have been able to put up with it.   17. Loading Store in iOS app causing program to force close/crash

    1 May 2024, 09:20PST: when attempting to load the store in the iOS app game app crashes/force closes with no error code given. Have tried multiple restarts of both app and device with no change in result.

    In the mastery pass, you could previously see which locked rewards you would unlock (because of your current mastery pass level) if you purchased the mastery pass right now. This is no longer shown for me, only the level 0 rewards are shown. I see no reason why this would be removed.
