How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback

Recommendation for Purchasing packs with gold
The current method of purchasing packs using gold is cumbersome. For each pack purchased you must click the "purchase using gold" option, then click cancel or 1,000 coins then click again on claim. This means if I want to purchase 10 packs i have to click 30 times.
I would suggest a drop down menu that allows you to select the number of packs you wish to purchase, then click on the amount as before only it would be for the total (i.e. 10 packs , 10,000 gold) then click on clam. I would also suggest eliminating the "claim" radial…4 votes -
Smartphone goes to standby
The screen keeps getting dark and then the smartphone goes into standby. In most apps you can see that it is possible to prevent the standby mode. Magic Arena App should basically do that. This also happens, for example, when I'm in a loading screen or when the app is looking for an opponent for me. A game on the smartphone should always ensure that the display remains switched on.

相手の手札が公開状態で相手の手札をクリックすると自分の呪文がキャストできなくなる
表題の通り、手札破壊系のカードを使って相手の手札が見える状態にし、改めて相手の手札を確認するために相手の手札をクリックすると、相手の手札がクローズアップされるようになるが、数秒経つと画面が強制的に通常のフィールド全体を俯瞰する画面に戻り、以降自分の手札から呪文が使えなくなりました。また、相手の手札が公開されたカードは見た目が消えた状態になり、相手のカードは非公開のカードしか見えなくなります。これが発生したのは一度ではなく複数回発生しているため、再現性のあるバグだと思われます。
原因調査いただけるとありがたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。3 votes -
Foretold card bugged
The cards I foretold during my last game were bugged. I couldn't play them anymore, even though I had the mana. I lost a BO3 draft gale because of this, and the rewards that go with it.

wrong end of Season rewards
Received 7 Zendikar packs rather than the correct Kaldheim packs as end of season rewards. Suggestion for fix would be to replace the wrong 7 with the right 7.

traduction "stop after damage"
En français cela se traduit par arrêt après les blessures. Or c'est traduit par "avant"(before). La confusion est plutôt gênante !

mouse highlight
Opponent mouse highlighting too frantic
Right now, I'm finding that opponents are using mouse highlighting to tilt their opponents. They're whipping their mouse around to make highlighting on my screen distracting. I don't know if there's much you can do about it, but it's really distracting from my enjoyment of the game!

I used Narfi, Betrayer King in a draft and was disadvantaged because the text and effect were different.

名前の一部が表示されない
私が使用している名前は「背徳の鯛焼き」なのだが、アプリ内では「背徳の 焼き」と表示されてしまう。「鯛」は使えない漢字なのでしょうか？
Wizardのページ上ではちゃんと表示されるようなので誤入力ではないと思います。
あと、一度決めた名前の後に違う名前に変更することは可能なのでしょうか。
いずれ「鯛」という文字が表示されるように改善されるのなら変更しないで待っていようと思います。2 votes -

Basic or dual Snow Lands (all common) are illegal in Pauper or Artisan decks.

Issue in your event - Wrong translate in portuguese
The card Priest of haunted edge are the wrong translatw for portuguese, plz fix it, this error cost me a draft match, a request a refund plz, thanks.
My oponnent have two this in field, he used one in my goldenmaw champion, and because the translantion is wrong, i let the ability resolve, whith a bounce in hand, and my creature died, this cost me this game.
Ps.: The event is premier draft kaldheim.

A carta Sacerdote da fronteira assombrada está com o texto em português errado, ela diz que dá x/x para a criatura alvo igual ao número de terrenos de neve, quando na realidade ela dá -x/-x, me custou uma partida no draft premium Kaldheim, exijo reembolso.

The Three Seasons Portuguese Translation Issue
the card "the three seasons" was wrong translate to portuguese, the last lore counter do surfle the cards into library but in portuguese the text do surfle the cards into graveyard, like the print.

Hi there,
you did a great job in creating Niko Aris as a non-binary Planeswalker. I love how you use „they/them“ to reference them in the web stories and on Arena. Since I’m German, I know, there is no easy way to translate „they/them“ to reference a single person. So you did a great job consequently referring to him as Niko in the German translation of the stories, wherever the pronoun was used. You also did this in the design article on DailyMTG. So why, WHY did they become male in the German version of Arena? What’s the implication…2 votes -

というテキストだが、
戻す順番を選ぶ画面が出ない。無作為にライブラリーの下に置かれているのではないか？
スタンダードではほぼ誤差の範疇だが、今後のためにも修正をお願いいたします。

Zoom on CardView
When I play there are two features that I miss:
1 - Horizontal view on sealed deck building to help with mana curve smoothing
2 - Zoom on text when on cardview. Some cards have a lot of text so the letters are very small. An adicional zoom feature on the card should be available with two fingers touch

Token creature on battlefield after blood on the snow cast
Token from Elven Bow still appeared on battlefield after I casted Blood in the Snow.

Ban Fires of Invention in Brawl
The card is insanely broken. Free Commanders every turn, and how convenient that you can now use your freed-up lands to pay commander tax? If you can't get it off the battlefield, you just lose every time. It's unfun, oppressive, and uninteractive Magic.
