How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

"Checking for active matches" endless loop
3 days in a row that I have this endless loop ... uninstalled reinstalled to no effect... please give me back the last season reward I could not win because of this bug !

system lag when having 8 green virtue
When having 8 green virtues in play, the system is very lag and nearly crashed

Active Match Check Failed
Was playing a traditional draft match with 1 win already. Connection failed, forcing to restart the client. Upon restart, the active match was not found, and matches counter of the draft seemingly did not record that a game was played.

Precon decks come with no instructions for the mechanics
Hello,
Why don't the Precon decks come with instructions for the mechanics or maybe a small link where you can find it on the internet?
These instructions would be more important than the ones that come with the Precon decks. This only provides background information about the story and general information about Commander mode. But these are the same in every Precon deck.E.g. here:

No priority after ETB
Platform: Both Android and Windows.
Timeframe: This entire past week.
Board state: Irrelevant.
Action: The opponent plays a creature (doesn't matter which), and I allow it to ETB.
Expectation: Absent any ETB triggers, priority should pass to me to respond before the opponent's next card is played.
Actual result: Priority is skipped and my opponent can jump directly to playing spell #2, instead of my having the opportunity to respond to the ETB of of the creature.
Frequency: Literally, every game.
The last occurrence was, fortunately, the first game where it made a difference in the result. Unfortunately, it's not…

raid bombardment failed to trigger on two occasions in one game
Previously – even earlier today! – gnome tokens created by Anim Pakal would trigger Raid Bombardment. In my last game, the triggers just stopped happening.

Bolster error with Survivor of Kolis
I had Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit in play, and played Survivor of Kolis. Bolster did not trigger. Later I played another create and placed the bolster counter on survivor and the counter did not appear

Arena
-kamachel, ships mate; did not seek card after damage to player. Opponent played instant before the seek activated in the stack. Happened 3 times 3 different matches.
-scalesoul gnome; did not discover after damage delt to player. 2 occurrences seperate games. Have noticed instants played before these abilities hit the stack it disrupts the ability from triggering
-surge of salvation; unable to play an instant in response to an instant opponent played. Mana was avail.Arena (android)

remove card from sidedeck
I have 16 cards in my sidedeck and the game will not let me remove a card

2024-04 Cannot Access Store
Can't access the store. Trying to buy the pre-order bundles but everytime it gets stuck saying "waiting to access" I should be more clear, I can access the store but cannot buy any of the pre-order bundles. It just keeps saying "Waiting for the server..."

visual BUG
Sometimes after I play some minutes the interface present some visual bugs or in the top menu, where I cannot see anything except white squares or during the sideboard in match games as in the attached example. It's really annoying and all I can do is to restart the application. Can you fix this defect??????

Magic I owe you a gg bro. I was on phone and just didn’t want to run timer. I was laughing that u used wave emote then angry pointing emote at my thot right after. Then I just drew perfect. Cool name btw.

my timer running out while opponent plays
I was playing against a similar deck, we both had angel decks with lots of token creation and life gain. However as the game progressed and my opponents turns started taking longer and longer, MY turn progress bar started to show up when the stack started getting really large because i was able to buff one of my angels. No matter how quickly i hit resolve or resolve all the timer kept showing up and draining faster and faster.
This is ridiculous, if i don't want to buff something just because i have mana while the opponent does his ****…

Fetch land bug
Used fetch land to bring Hallowed Fountain, paid 2 life for it to come untapped, and then used an instant, land disappears...

So I'm pretty sure this guy just cheated
So, I'm probably gonna lose here regardless, Selvala is going off, and I don't have anything. Then, my game stutters, I disconnect for less than 30 seconds, and I come back, and my opponent has cast and resolved a full Finale of Devastation, landed the craterhoof and is swinging. I'm not salty, again I am probably dead regardless, but I don't even think they tapped their mana

Commander Token rules.
I have a commander that makes tokens when you put -1/-1. Counters on a creature, but it doesn't create those tokens when I use anything other than the commander, but the card doesn't specify that it needs to be the commander to create those tokens. There are a couple cards in MTG ARENA that have bugs.

kumano
Kumano Faces Kakkazan / Etching of Kumano didn't exile two different creatures, both of them got their death triggers. Specifically, Old Growth Troll and Cavalier of Thorns. One of the times was from casting Shatterskull Smashing, I think the other was from combat damage.
As Kumano is a replacement effect my understanding is that both creatures should have been exiled instead of dying and therefore never have triggered.

Caldera Breaker and Metorite ETB effects did not trigger
Caldera Breaker and Meteorite ETB effects did not trigger. Zero mountains were exiled with Caldera Breaker in my last game, though it worked fine in the game before and there were a dozen or more mountains left in my library. Meteorite never gave the option to pick a target for the 2 damage.

Card functionality. Neither "Altar of Dementia" or "Ayara, Widow of the Realm" will allow sacrificing.

At first I was hoping it was a one-time glitch but have tested with each multiple times with the same result. Hopefully someone can patch this issue. Thanks for the help.
