How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Season mastery not working
I'm not gaining any exp for season mastery even after spending gems for a level boost. Now I'm out 500 gems and still didn't get my exp

Good evening, as far as I noticed I don't get experience in mastery, neither for daily quests, nor for weekly victories.

missing experience
I had the feeling I have been stuck at 900/1000 XP for the 2000 coin reward for awhile, and I know that you don't always get the XP after 10 wins for dailies so I thought maybe that was why. But I've gotten quite a few wins today and haven't gotten XP for any of them despite being told I'm getting XP.

Faulty card interaction: Lazotep Plating & Palantir of Orthanc
Lazotep Plating stopped Palantir of Orthanc getting counters and scrying. I am ok them not getting any damage or me not drawing cards, but unless I am mistaken it should have gotten the counters.

lagging and crashing
after th 21/8/24 update, i can normally log into game, i can see the main menu and click on settings-friend chat-profile like normal
but when im opening store, the loading stuck and freeze report window pop up
i restart the game by alt+f4 and reopen, try to open deck, same
restart again, try to start a game, and its lagging super bad when the "pick your mode" tabs trying to show
anybody facing same issue/know how to fix?
i5 7700|gtx 1050ti 4GB|16GB ram

No avanza la barra de XP para el pase de batalla
Al terminar las partidas mi barra de XP de pase de batalla no avnaza. Simplemente se queda en lso mismos 100xP a pesar de que he completado la díaria y ganado el enfrentamiento.

Gruff Triplets counters not working always
Gruff Triplets counters did not readjust after 1 of them was destroyed by the card Weave the Nightmare.

After several wins I noticed that I was not gaining experience, neither for daily wins nor for quests, I was stuck at level 26.

Weekly Experience rewards are not accumulating.
As many others, I have not received weekly experience rewards for winning. I was almost done with the weeks challenge before I noticed.

Xp from daily’s not counting towards battle passing
Xp is not counting towards the battle pass i have completed a few daily challenges but my progress has not moved since the latest update

Sideboard in edit deck is malfunctioning
While editing my decks the sideboard is not visible and looks like there's a glitch.

Remove rebalances on some cards
Many cards that were rebalanced, often weakened in power for the alchemy draft format of Baldur's Gate are now legal and playable in historic, but these rebalances make no sense for the power level of historic. Cards such as Guildsworn Prowler in their original state are by no means overpowered, or even on rate for the power level of the format, yet are still only playable in even weaker states. Removing these would add variety to the metagame of the format without harming the health of it at all.
