How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Didn't recieve card after purchase
Platform: PC, Epic Games launcher
I purchased a card from the daily deal section of the store last night, and I never received it. It was for 1,600 coins, it was "Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation" and it had that moving, active background style to it. When I purchased it, that blue tutorial ghost orb said "let's go unlock your pack!" and floated to the packs tab. I click on the packs tab, and nothing is there. I check my collection, and the card is not there either, not even the normal version of it. I figured "oh maybe the server…

Invalid Token Created with Calamity, Galloping Inferno
Opponent saddled Calamity, Galloping Inferno with VIsage Bandit and then attacked. Opponent was able to create two token copies of Marauding Sphinx, which was tapped with Stop Cold and therefore could not have been used to saddle Calamity.

Game Loss
Won a game of OTJ draft with an unblockable 4/6, went back to the main screen, and it had recorded me as having both Won and Lost, leaving me at 5-3.

Instant Counterspells are not working or being triggered
As of 4/5/24, Instant Counterspells are not working or being triggered. On opponent turn, when they cast a spell (creature or non-creature), instant counterspells are not highlighted or triggered to be used.

“Report a Bug” page request sign-in, though signed in
MTG Arena crashed mid-premium draft (paid for with gems) and I went to the support page for a refund. I arrived at mtgarena-support.wizards.com, use the scroll down window to select “Report a problem in your Event”, and it informs me I have to sign-on. I click the sign-in button, sign-in, get redirected to my account page, click customer service, click report a bug (how I found this page), click “Submit a Request” at the bottom, once again selected “Report a problem in your Event”, and once again it inform me I have to sign-in. I repeat this cycle an embarrassing…

Buried Treasure issue
Going into the last turn of the game on the log attached, I had Buried Treasure and four untapped lands. I was unable to tap and sacrifice the treasure for mana, then use that mana with the four untapped lands to Discover 5 with the Treasure now in the graveyard. The game apparently didn't see a play and skipped through the rest of my turn.

Game freezes and kills me
Game froze, I'm up 27 to 1. 3 creatures to 0, Go out come back opponent has 10 creatures poised to kill me.

戦場に複数のクリーチャーが出ている状態で、
《嵐の伝令》の能力によって墓地から《著大化》を戦場に出す際に、
画面右下の「０個を処理」ボタンが表示されますが、
任意のクリーチャーを選択すると、そのボタンが「１つを処理」に
変化せず、消失してプレイヤーに対象の最終確認をしないまま、
《著大化》のエンチャント先が決定します。他のオーラでは、ボタンが「１つを処理」に変化後、そのボタンを
クリックしないと次の処理には進まず、《著大化》だけ挙動が異なります。
現状では、エンチャント先を誤った際に、最終確認が飛ばされるため、
ユーザビリティを考慮すると、《著大化》にも他のオーラと同様の

Leyline of the guildpact should be banned from all formats
Turn 1 get lucky in hand and lose all nuances of resource management.
Multicolored decks should be less consistent in general the more colors you add. Having such a card exist just removes all the work that should be needed to run 4-5 colors.

Mondrak, Glory Dominus ability needs an erata
Should be changed to activate as a sorcery. Allowing instant speed counter to "destroy target creature" or "destroy all creatures" is terrible game design. Especially with something so cheap to use.

Creating tokens
Using horn of Gondor, ojer taq, and Heliod. Timed out due to not being able to assign multiple +1’s at once after which Gondor horn only made 1 taken at a time and that wasn’t even tripled by Ojer. Just a single token.

Umori companion causing validation failure
I just redeemed a rare wild for umori, the collector to use as a companion with my mutate deck.
Unfortunately, using it as a companion, with a deck containing only creatures and lands, causes the following error when trying to join a match (the deck builder/browser didn't indicate it was at all invalid)

Cards not showed after update
The cards are not loading from the server correctly and even though the internet is working properly the cards are shown with colored backgrounds. I have tried restarting the computer, updating the macbook, uninstalling and reinstalling MTGA but I have no positive result.

Crashes when trying to connect to Arena's server
I am on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running Android OS. It crashes when I load the initial scene, when I purchase a seat at a Draft event, when I start the draft, when I start any game (no matter what the format is), when I try and edit my deck. Basically whenever my phone trys to connect to Arena's server. It doesn't happen every time I attempt to do those actions. Just some times.

Ban Tempest Angler from draft
WAY TOO STRONG for draft. Basically someone lucks out and pull 2-3 of them and runs a deck around it and you get screwed over if you're not the one running it and you come across someone running it.
The same theme with bloomburrow pops up again. Not only did WotC print cards that should have never left the design studio and are currently ruining standard by making it aggo-centered mess, it's ruining the bloomburrow drafts too.

can't sideboard
Could not side board in any cards even after I removed them. Opponent was able to though, very frustrating

Restrict deck building in random matches
Random matches are not best 2/3 or best 3/5. They are one game at random. You do not get to sideboard and you certainly don't get to draw the cards you need exactly to win.
A way to fix this would be to reduce the card pool that can be played in random matches and to reduce the number of certain cards that can be played much like what was done in Magic Duels.
Save the tournament decks for tournament ladders within arena while making random matches their own thing.

Erata craft so that it doesn't work for creatures in the graveyard
It would enable skill expression instead of just an easy combo.

Raccoon creature named Roughshod Duo is glitched and needs removed from the game
My creature with Deathtouch blocked Roughshod Duo with no protections and somehow the creature stayed alive despite taking damage from Deathtouch. I double checked his graveyard for spells, his enchantments, EVERYTHING. there was absolutely nothing in the game that could have saved his creature from dying. I'm 100% positive. And since his creature stayed alive it totally changed the outcome of the game. I would have won the game on the next turn, but since his creature stayed alive and kept all its equipment, I lost instead. Almost like he used a cheat code or glitch. But I am guessing…

Tail Swipe did not give +1/+1 counter to creature when casted during main phase
I casted Tail Swipe on my MAIN PHASE targeting Monastery Swiftspear at 1/2 and my Llanowar Elves at 1/1, it did not give my creature a +1/+1 counter and it ended up dying.
