How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game will not authenticate my login iPhone 15
The game will not authenticate or let me load in as of yesterday afternoon I played in the morning will not allow me in now
Have deleted and redownloaded
Have restarted my phone
Checked for all known updates
Have deleted all cache items
Still has pop up stating will no authenticate server
Have tryed my home internet
Have tryed my cell service

Fountain of Renewal
Been playing for several months and not such issue occured until now…
Had Bitterblossom on battlefield along with Fountain of Renewal, had 1 life and on my turn I simply lose because when life reached 0, it was game over without triggering Fountain's effect.
No such thing happened before when I had Phyrexian Arena with Fountain on the battlefield at the same time…Log20260601_195854

Holding priority until it skipps oponents turn
My opponent held priority for so long that it skipped my entire attack step. This has happened to me multiple times now. I think they are exploiting this bug on purpose. It is really annoying.

Brawl Matchmaking is Completely Ruined
I keep matching up against the same person multiple times in a row. Everyone is. It sucks. I switch decks, and its the same person twice in a row. So, I switch Commanders to get a new person and then get them twice in a row. This keeps happening. No matter what Im facing hte same person multiple times in a row. To get a new person, switch decks, to face another new person 10 times. This is garbage and completely ruining everyone's enjoyment of the largest and most profitable part of Arena. Matching algorithm
The dynamic of magic deck building is in the various encounters with DIFFERENT types of decks.
But you feel it’s only right to play against similar stuff.
Play target exiles in your deck? Face target exiles.
Play goblins? Face goblins.
Play landfall? Face landfall.
Quit with the pairing algorithm. I’d rather accept 100 losses because my aggro deck was against mid range counters, or my late game deck was vs aggro, just make the pairing truly random. Like we were going to a tournament in person.3 votes -
A-Silver-Fur Master Ninjutsu soft-locks with Surveil overlay during Full Control

trample damage
A 6/2 trample creature attacked, I blocked with a 4/4 creature but it dealt 5 damage instead of 2.
I know that you are a small indie company but try to fix this problem because people are paying REAL money to play this game.

Server connection failed
(Jan. 2026 to April 2026) message "your connection to the server has been lost" forcing me to frequently need to logout/login. Nothing seems to be a permanent fix including performing an uninstall/reinstall of the entire app.

Waterknot is bloking even out of the untap fase.
It was in the combat fase and the aura Waterknot, still bloked the option to untap the creature.

There didn't seem to be a countdown clock for the end of the TMNT quick draft ending. I paid, drafted a deck, played a game, and within 12 hours it was gone without warning.

Color Challenge stuck on Resume
In the home page you have a “ Color Challenge ”. I have, from what i think, finished it. Still, when i enter the game it says “ Resume ”, and for me its really annoying, im sorry. Maybe its my OCD but it is always there flashing and I cant do nothing. Please help

system matching same player for multiple new games
system is matching the same player I just played when a game is over or you concede, several times in a row, when I am playing 1 match games, happens often, and not just to me, other players as well. Need to get different players lined up each new game not the same one over and over. Also, seems like absolutely no variety for vs matches, because the system generates based on your deck, well the same decks are in the same bracket apparently because you only have a handful of decks you play agains unless you switch your deck…

cards that i have opened already showing first copy upon opening more copies.
i have opened 80 or more play boosters for strixhaven i have full play sets of most of the cards and at least one copy of each card in the set.. why is it when i open additional copies of commons such as quick study and essence scatter that i have a known full play set of it shows as first copy. i have received the same issues with other sets particularly with recent releases even cards in the bonus sheets are not immune to this. is this just a way for you too keep the overages to feed in…

Cannot play Alchemy Ranked
I'm facing weird problem. I got unlocked the possibility to play the alchemy ranked, but when I select the alchemy ranked and trying to hit the play the button doesn't do anything. I selected ptoper alchemy deck but im not able to join any game. The standard deck ranked game is the only one which works. The standard deck option has some blue ! shuffling doesn't work you need to fix this
How ******* hard is it to make a proper shuffler. I swear the idiot devs over there at MTG decided that the right way to shuffle is to do it like it happens in teh real world where because a player refuses to rerandomize there deck every few hands meaning you take all your cards and either A casino shuffle them OR B build stacks of land creater instant etc and then shuffle those stacks. If you don't do this you do indeed end up with getting 4 - 5 of a card type in a row i.e. all lands.…

Matching system
I have played mtg over 30 years and your matching system is completely broken and eliminates all of the fun to be had here. Guess ill go back to playing analog. decks should be based on strength not win loss. this is utterly broken and no fun at all. farewell digital friends

sparky caught in infinite loop
sparky gets caught in an infinite loop if you play a card with a ghostly prison style effect, and sparky wants to attack with more creatures than it can pay for. eg sparky can pay for 3 creatures, and it wants to attack with 4 creatures, it declares the attack, fails to pay, then it rolls back and re attempts this indefinitely.

IOS Deck Building bug
I play a lot of limited magic on arena (for mobile) and there has been some persistent deck building issues that make it difficult to build a deck for limited. There has been a consistent issue of not being able to view the details of a deck without losing the progress made on what you have built so far. It won't let you use the back button, so you have to close the app and re-open, which puts every card from the draft back into your deck.
