How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Missing Companions

    After updating to latest version, when attempting to customize a deck, all my companions are missing. Any workarounds or other ideas?

  4. Companions Missing

    Cannot change companions in new or existing decks

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
      • access the player profile in the deck and choose to switch companions.
    2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

    Purchased the Leonardo sleeves from the Mastery pass, but haven't received them nor are they showing up in my sleeve list as usable.

  6. Fairness and Randomness

    Actually make the game fair and random. The algorithm is worse than a digital gambling app. It's so bad that I'm considering to just quit the paper game also. Absolutely worst experience in a game ever.

  7. Re-add Limited Time-only sleeves to Store (Ice Age, Weathered/Old School Magic Anniversary sleeves)

    I missed the opportunities to purchase the weathered/"old school" magic anniversary sleeves (maybe only offered twice?), and the recent Ice Age sleeves added as an extra bonus for the winter anniversary sale (but not advertised). I would LOVE to purchase these old school-themed sleeves and it definitely feels bad to have missed these VERY LIMITED opportunities.

    Unless I missed an Arena news post, the Ice Age sleeves were an extra random item during the winter sale. I took time off from Arena to send more time with family and take a break from Magic during this…

    Changing companion is broken. No companions show to select. Along with the changing deck type hidden in the background.

  9. Feedback option

    Whenever a person concedes, give them an option to describe why they conceded. It could have some standard choices like "I was about to lose anyway" or "opponent was too slow", etc. I would like an option for Brawl that lets me say "I quit because the opponent was using Alchemy/cards banned in paper multiplayer EDH" . You could also add a text box where a person could say something like "I hate Mythweaver Poq" or "Primeval Titan is annoying"

    With time this could give you some feedback on what players enjoy/don't enjoy about the platform and your choices of…

  10. Dark Depths unavailable

    Dark Depths (non-avatar version) has been removed from the client, which keeps me from playing my deck (since i don't own copies of the avatar version). Please re-add it

  11. Matchmaking broken for Arena Direct?

    I've been waiting for almost two hours for a match to fire for the Avatar Arena Direct event. Never had to wait for more than a few minutes before.

  12. All my companions are missing

    All my companions are missing when I try to access them through the appearance customization screen in deckbuilding. I have ran in-game fixes and reinstalled twice. Please help!

  13. Stylized Art Not Showing Correctly (Avatar and Lorwyn)

    Version: 2026.55.10.11072.1228610
    Affected Platforms: Desktop and Mobile

    Motion Style cards are not showing the correct style on token or the main cards (for some this is "Kona, Rescue Beastie" going from an alternate art style, and then suddenly switching back to a non stylized, default art style)

    Video is attached that shows what a token land style should be when produced by "Overlord of the Hauntwoods" and what it actually is producing in game.

  15. Companions bugged, not interactable/don't play enter animation

    Companions have been bugged for a while now, the animation they play when entering the battlefield is sped up, they kind of zoom onto the battlefield instead of playing their enter animation. The opponents companion is also not interactable, used to you could click on the opponents companion and it would do an animation, but for a while now that has not been working.

  16. After hitting the "Play" button, goes to match but nothing happens

    Quick Draft FF. After hitting the play button, goes to the game screen, shows opponents name and avatar, but nothing happens, cannot do anything, cannot even concede. Play on PC

  18. Transparent Goblin Avatar popping up when clicking on Events

    Just experienced a bug. For some reason, it pops in when I click on an event tab, then go back. my work around is just go to another event, then go back to the main screen. But it's just annoying.

  19. Back button in Deck Info screen (premier draft) is non-functional

    When in the Deck Info screen within premier draft deck building , there’s a glitch where the back button does not go back to the Deck Builder screen. I’m on iPhone iOS 18.6.2. This happens consistently to me since the Avatar release. The only way to get out of the Deck Info screens is to exit the draft and restart the “Build Deck”.

  20. server issue?

    weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…
