How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Scute Swarm triggers skipped my turn on mobile

    On mobile so no screenshots but opponent played scute swarm and managed to get 250 tokens out plus ~200 more triggers. Game lagged some while tokens were being generated and the remaining triggers resolved. By the time all triggers were resolved it was my turn and then immediately when to opponent’s turn and attack phase. Never showed a rope for me or my opponent. Game should not penalize me for my opponent creating so many tokens. If the token limit is 250 in game then why do any token-creating triggers need to resolve after the 250 is met? Honestly Scute…

  2. infinite loop loss samwise bartolo

    Encountered a game loss due to samwise / bartolo / cauldron familiar infinite loop. Player used priority to rope me out when no interaction was possible.

  3. Soft lock

    Game soft locked when activating the exile card for Mana ability on Molt Tender and opponent simultaneously quits. No ability resolution, no exit menu available. Cards, pets, timing rope and gestures will activate. Unranked play. Had to close app. Android pixel 5 or 6.

  4. Bug involving perpetually and flip planeswalkers

    During a game, my opponent played a rope line attendant giving a copy of Ajani in that players hand said ability. When Ajani renentered the battlefield as a planeswalker and used the 0 ablitiy it created a citizen token in addition to a cat token.

  5. Daily Wins are breaking the health of your play queue and driving people away

    The behavior of players around the 15 daily wins is turning the Standard Play queues into one of the most toxic queues in the game. You know there is a problem when the common wisdom of the game is "just play Ranked, you'll have an easier time." This stems Directly from the 15 Daily Wins quest. People seeking fast wins pile into Standard queue and grab fast aggro decks that win in 3-5 turns. However, that isn't all.   6. Brackets for brawl

    It would be nice to have brackets for brawl. I like to make fun theme decks, and then I'm playing against people who are throwing out game changers every match and hitting me with 1000 triggered actions I can't keep up with, and I'M getting roped trying to respond.

  7. Black card animations glitch and lockout of game

    I noticed since the last update the animation for some cards or just casting certain black cards glitch my game out and presumably I’m locked out of the game until I rope out. I play on mobile, so far ayara, first of lochtwain, rankle, mater of pranks, and murderous rider all have locked me out of the game on cast… screen goes black and every time I reboot arena it takes me to the match and as I load into the game it crashes it allows me back on after the timers seem to run out. It’s kind of disheartening…

  8. Why can’t we go infinite?

    We need a fix for infinite combos. We should keep the rope, but my suggestion is if the systems sees us using the so loop of sequence “x” times then we are prompted to pick a number of times to repeat the action. Ie if I make an infinite life loop I should be able to just pick 1million life, and then move on with the game.

  9. Acerak Bug

    While playing against Acerak combo, my opponent spammed Acerak without a payoff until they roped out. Not sure what 'auto-pass' does cause I had to infini-tap 'resolve'through two extensions...
    Opponent passes, I take my turn and pass, then they infini-spam Acerak again, but now MY rope burns uncontrollably while I'm spamming 'resolve' because auto-pase does nothing. WTF?

  10. Game stopped giving input prompts

    During a game, I played the white enchantment that requires you to tap 2 creatures at the end of turn to draw it sac it. I selected my card, then I stopped being permitted to interact with the client.

    I could not take game actions and the have roped. My opponent was able to take actions freely and I could not respond.

    The client would not capture have files and would not accept my input to concede.

    This was the first loss of a draft I paid gems for

    This game is cancer and you rigg it to keep people engaged. If I wanted cancer I would just go eat McDonald's every day. this game and its devs should all do the world a favor and go buy a rope to hang themselves.

  12. Turn skipped because of faulty animations

    A card with mana trigger constantly interrupted the play, resulting in rope out for him then me and then he could attack with the hundred insects he summoned, just stupid, don't care about bs cards, so long as an opponents turn isn't over, it should not become my turn

  13. Rot-Curse Rakshasa rewnew ability circumvents hexproof.

    Rot-Curse Rakshasa's renew ability seems to resolve even if all targets have hexproof resulting in a decayed counter being placed on the creature with hexproof.
    Relevant factors
    -Standard Brawl
    -Creature was given hexproof using [[magic damper]] that was cost reduced using [[Eluge, the shorelesss sea]].
    -The ability resolved due to the time rope being ran out.

  14. Simplify Urza High Lord Artificer`s Abbility to generate Mana for tapping artifacts

    Wizards Please consider to simplify Urza`s ability to tap artifacts for mana like this: activate his ability: click on every artifact you want to tap, to generate one blue mana, all tap simultaniously. Activate Urza every single time and tap one for one takes an enourmes amount of time, running out of ropes. Please consider this change in gameplay. Would be in all players interest.

  15. Unexpected Draw with time still on the clock

    I play a vadrok combo deck, and some turns can take awhile with many spells cast. Sometimes this creates a large stack that needs to resolve after I play or re-play show of confidence. The problem is, the game will sometimes force a draw when I still have time on my rope.
    In this screenshot, all but one dragon was played in one turn. This was just the start of my second rope. I still probably had ~25 seconds to swing and end the turn. The game forced a draw in the middle of resolving the stack instead.

  16. Noticed a new breed of ropers?

    Who else has noticed a recent uptick in the number of players who repeatedly rope from the first draw (i.e. without ever even playing a land)?

    I get matched up with the same opponents multiple times every day, who do this in every single game, and have been doing so for the last few months, so it's clearly very deliberate (i.e. it's not something intermittent like a bad connection, as I sometimes see the cards in their hand light up as they're reading/reordering them).   17. Increased time for cube events

    As cube enthusiast, I played a ton of cube games, and so I'm very happy I get to play this on Arena, love it!
    But Cube is a complicated format.

    However, the interface isn't as quick as I want it to. For example, I recently played Breach + LED + Brain Freeze and I ran out of time to perform the actions to win in time in one turn.

    Perhaps the game could add more fuses or an increased rope timer for cube events only.
    Maybe even something like: as long as you click a ‘Thinking’ button, you get more…

  18. Turning off mobile screen should not kick me from my match

    I mostly play MTGA on my mobile device. Sometimes I turn off the device for a few seconds in the middle of a match, either on accident or to give attention to something else, which automatically kicks me and gives me a game loss. Please adjust this feature so that the phone screen has to be off for a certain amount of time, such as 1 rope length (in-game timer) or 60 seconds.

  19. terror of the peaks auto targets self

    Terror of the Peaks auto target is self, meaning if you have too many terror stacks and run out of time arena auto selects yourself for any remaining stacks. Game example I had 81 terror of the peark stacks due to mirror march, and even with just mass clicking the opponent so each stack would apply to the opponent as soon as possible, arena timed out of 3 ropes and over 40+ stacks, then applied to myself.

  20. Game hung during attack phase

    I was well ahead in the game. Attack phase began, I clicked on my Wooly Loxodon to attack, followed by my Sagu Pummeler. Game was behaving slowly, I had to click "Attack" a few times before it responded. My creatures tapped and appeared to be attacking, but my timer "rope" started ticking down. I was unable to take any actions. My opponent sent a message "your go", I was able to send messages as well, but unable to take any game action.
