How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Quick Draft queue never finds game.

    After drafting in Kaldheim Quick Draft, I was able to play one game, which was found relatively quickly. After that, I waited 6 minutes in queue before giving up. When trying again, I waited over 20 minutes, still with no game found. Maybe people just aren't playing Quick Draft, but this seems like a bug.

  2. ICR Duplicate protection for events

    Really need to place duplicate protection on ICR's received from FNM events etc. There's no reason these should give duplicates, especially as the game continues to grow there's always some rares that folks are going to need. I mean I get making money, but come on this is just kind of a slap in the face.

  3. sagas are not triggering properly

    saga enchantments do not always trigger when you play them or during your upkeep

  4. can't see draft packs

    draft packs no longer appeared after pack 2 pick 8 or so, I could see packs coming to me and past me in the display, but the screen only showed the waiting for other players.... msg.

    Shut down game to come back in, and it said an asset error occurred, the draft had just auto picked.

  5. Game loss but the game never loaded

    Hello,
    I was searching for a game while doing a Premier Draft and the game never loaded, but I was given a game loss. I am playing on the PC client, and after I received the loss, I restarted the application to see if it was just a cosmetic bug, but sure enough, I still had the loss. There was an update today, and this had never happened to me before.

  6. Passed priority, Losing event

    On my opponents turn, I activated my crawling barrens to block with a blue mana still up, however, when the opponent used fire prophecy on my land I wasn't able to respond with my negate in hand. It killed the land and skipped my priority. I lose the game in my Bo3 Trad Event because of this. If possible, I would like a refund please for this bug which made me lose.

  7. Disconnect during draft

    I played like six Drafts in total and in about 3 i disconnect during picking my cards. Its such a joke get your shit toghter their is a real money lose. . Fix your damn game. The deck after wards arent even playable its such a scam.

  8. Couldn't see picks during Draft

    In my draft, I couldn't pick a card because I couldn't see them. I was auto-chosen a card and I had no choice in the matter.

  9. Non-random matchmaking in draft

    In Arena premium draft and cube draft, you're disproportionately likely to be matched against decks with similar colours/archetypes. I think it's possible this effect is even more pronounced for your first match, but I'm less certain. (It may also be true for other draft formats.)

    I speculate that this is a bug arising from a matchmaking algorithm which is intended to make players of similar strengths or decks with similar win records be preferentially matched against each other.

  10. Bug Angel of Destiny

    I played Angel of Destiny and my adversary played Harmonious Archon, so the angel became a 3/3 as it should be. After that I managed to get more than enough Life Points to trigger victory by Angel of Destiny (I think they were over 40), but nothing happened... Just after few turns the ability finally triggered and I was able to win the game. Please fix this bug.

    I attach a screenshot in which you can clearly see my 37 Life Points, the Angel in play and my enemy attacking (I didn't get life by any other means than attacking…

  11. Please, make the Traditional Cube have the same availability as the Bo1 Cube

    Some archetypes and fun decks are just undraftable in Bo1: you need to pick cards as you were sure that you'll get to play against 7/7 aggro decks.
    Please, allow us to play the real experience of the cube with Bo3 queues. Let us have fun.

  12. Can't pick on draft

    Hi
    I was doing a draft but could'nt pick half of the time
    Was always on "waiting on other players to pass a draft pack"
    My internet was working
    Finished the first pack with 10 cards in my deck
    for the second I got only 1 and it says "pack 2 pick 4"

    I just bought gems to do a draft and having that kind of bug give me want to ask for a refund pretty hard ...

  13. disconnect caused missed draft picks in cube

    I paid for a cube draft in gold, then was entered into a draft queue. Once the queue filled and everyone was ready, I was unable to connect to the draft. Once I was able to connect, I had missed the first 6-7 picks.

  15. Quick draft play timer and sign up timer didn't match causing QD to end prematurely according to play timer.

    I'm based in the Netherlands and there was a 3h offset between the timers. The draft ended when the sign up timer ran out but there was time left on the play timer.

  16. Please keep Bo3 Kaladesh Draft

    Please keep Bo3 (traditional) Kaladesh draft available for longer.

    I was so excited when I saw the announcement to extend it by 1 week. But now that is about to go away, I'm sitting here wishing it was staying longer.

    As someone who primarily plays arena to draft, it continues to be incredibly frustrating that arena gives far fewer Bo3 draft options compared to Bo1. Sure, I will play Bo1 sometimes and have some fun. But Bo3 is the thing that gets me excited about magic. It is the thing that makes me excited to log on and spend gems…

  19. Remastered Format Bo3 Plea

    This is just a heartfelt plea – can we please, please enable Bo3 for the upcoming KLR Limited format? Let’s just try it, and see how the numbers stack!

    I've been musing on the reasons for limiting these supplementary formats to Bo1, and the only conclusion I can reach regards queues. But if data on overall Bo3 entrants suggests the numbers are insufficient to maintain two queues, could this result from there being only one queue in the first place? Is it not worth gambling (now, on a single short-term format) to test the waters and see whether more options…
