How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion

  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Doppelgang for 15 resolved and then resulted in a draw

    I doppelganged for 15 including lands and virtue of strength and a few vampire creatures. I resolved almost all of the triggers and then my opponent timed out on the 15 blood token triggers and then the game ended in a draw due to an error. I was pretty unhappy because I wanted to worldsoulds rage him for 1.7 billion when he was at 1 :(. Is this what I should expect to happen when using doppelgang for X= numbers above like 5? Or can I keep trying to do dumb stuff?

  3. Authority of the Consuls

    Vorrei avere delucidazioni riguardo un presunto bug che ho subito durante una partita di un evento Historic, in cui io, dopo aver settato 2 Authority of the Counsels sul terreno non guadagnavo vite contro la combo avversaria causata da Prospettore di Skirk + Goblin Putrido + Pashalik Mons, la quale invece mi toglieve costantemente una vita ogni volta che veniva sacrificato un Goblin Putrido. Vorrei capire come mai pur triggerando tutte quante le abilità e pur utilizzando il Total Control, il mio avversario riusciva a togliermi un punto vita e io non riuscivo a guadagnarne neanche uno.

  5. Authentication Failed

    There seem to be a fair amount of threads on this issue, but nothing recent. I was in the game, hit the button to find a match on my standard event that I had going (and had been playing matches in during this very play session), and all the sudden the game says that it's waiting for the server. After a minute or two, I get a message saying "Authentication Failed" and that the connection had timed out. I tried to re-launch the client and was met with the same message.   7. Stuck in timeout when trying to log-in

    The game kicked me out during a draft and now it refuses to let me log back in.
    Keeps returning authentication error and showing a time-out message or gets stuck in "waiting for connection" / connecting to the server.

  8. Card ability suggestion

    I’d like really love to see a creature card with the ability to pull in target spells or abilities from other creatures like taunt or like a War Cry. That would be like a wall of defence before they can destroy anything you’d prefer not to lose just yet… the ability name should just simply be Attract? or Tempt? maybe even Lure? So they would be locked on to that specific creature until it’s destroyed.

  9. Proxies! Solve it once and for all, an untapped market!

    In almost every MTG social media group I have noticed the proxy debate has been one of the most debated topics in the feeds. It is clear that playing in sanctioned events officially printed and backed cards are a requirement, however people playing at home have very little desire to buy singles at rates inflated due to tournament play. there are already countless 3rd party proxy printing companies that operate and thrive regardless of what is done and home play groups increasingly allow proxy use for casual play. Why not create an in house proxy printing department that prints official…

  10. Duress and Negate cannot be added from Sideboard

    Duress and Negate (I use the Japanese art) are not being added to my deck from the sideboard within gameplay when clicking on it. I then hence cannot use the card.

    Please stop forcing losses. I’m sick of seeing play sets of cards. This shuffler sucks. I took 6 months off and came back hoping things had gotten better. **** wizards. **** arena. This game is complete dog *. As a 20+ year player of mtg, I cam guarantee you ** off.

  12. Cannot equip 10th Phrase (emote)

    The 10th emote line (Phrase type) cannot be equipped, because you get a warning that you're over the limit, even though it shows you not being over the limit.

  14. Brave the sands

    Brave the Sands from Khans of Tarkir appears to be bugged on Arena right now. It allows your creatures to block a second creature each. This works fine. However, it seems to disable the normal ability to block two creatures against one. So my creatures can now each block 2 creatures, but I cannot use 2 creatures to block 1 of my opponent’s creatures. This is on iOS. Have not tested on PC yet.

  15. Adventure spells/mythic card rewards

    When I copy adventure spells instead of it going into exile for me to play the creature or enchantment it goes into my graveyard. Please look into this issue thanks. Also I have not received any of my mythic card rewards for the mastery pass on the arena app on my phone.

  17. Cards exiled by Robber of the Rich should stay visible

    Generally, cards that a player can play from a zone other than their hand are shown next to their hand to both players. They remain visible even if it isn't currently possible to play them, for example because of timing restrictions or not having enough cards in the graveyard to escape them. However, cards exiled by Robber of the Rich are only visible if the condition of having attacked with a rogue is currently met. Thus, players can't see which cards would become playable if the condition were met. In paper, these cards would be kept in a separate face-up…

  18. "CHOSEN" Creature, Card & Land Types. Easier to get more info onto the card space.

    CHOSEN TYPES
    Letter space on a card is like premium real estate for this game.
    Describing HOW the game mechanic works in a broad variety of languages
    is surely not so easy.

    I made a previous suggestion about "grouping" so it will be easier to group
    up certain creatures for example as: Undead, Immortal, Elemental, Humanoid, and so on.. so it takes up less space on the card. You get your grouping and then you see what creatures benefit from these things.

    THE CHOSEN TYPES SHOULD BE SIMPLE:
    "Chosen creature types: Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc, Merfolk."

  20. Earning coins?

    Why do you throttle our ability to earn coins? I feel like you're treating us like children. As long as we're paying we should be able to earn coins as well as XP.
    At least make every game worth 25 coins and xp with the daily quests as bonuses.
    I say make each game worth at least 1 gem to encourage people to play through no matter what.
