How to report a bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My game stucked on checking for active matches and cannot access anymore. Reinstall tried and it did not work. System not freezed, thus I suggest you to check the database and see if there is any issue on game status.

Create a Way to Remove or Counter Poison Counters
First, the poison counter mechanism is dumb. Not sure which good idea fairy in your staff meeting thought: "Let's just get rid of life totals and only give players 10 life...PERMANENTLY!" Second, the fact that your devs did not put ANY way to remove or stop poison counters once they are applied is unbelievably LAZY...which is par for the course for your last two Arena xpacs. No imagination, just regurgitated bs. At least make this xpac tolerable so we can remove poison counters. Currently the only way to remove poison counters is to cast CONCEDE.

Myrel, Shield of Argive prevents channeling of Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire
My opponent attacked with Myrel, Shield of Argive. I had my commander out, and two mana open, which should be enough to channel Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire, but I was not allowed to channel it.

Alchemy
Hey Wacky Wizards stop forcing Alchemy on us. Stop rewarding
me with Alcrummy cards. I don't want you garbage. Any coincident
that when I start a game cue or deck build it defaults to Alchemy??

Direct Play Bo3 does not allow 15 sideboard cards
If you try to play a "Direct Game" deck with your friends, you are only allowed to have 7 cards in your sideboard, meanwhile if you play "Direct Game Rebalanced" you can have 15 cards in your sideboard.
Is this intended by WotC? How is it that if you want to play Pauper with your friends you cannot play with 15 sideboard cards unless you play rebalanced cards? Feels really awkard tbf.

2. Select named card
3. Stone brain does not search the opponent's library for the named card, only their hand. Not sure if it searches the graveyard.This has happened every time I play the card and persisted across multiple game sessions

Spikefield Hazard didn't exile Lunarch Veteran
Spikefield Hazard didn't exile Lunarch Veteran. Opponent was able to cast it from graveyard after it died.

The Ixalan launch date on the set collection screen is wrong. It should be Septemer 29, 2017.

Bugged Interaction Between Citizen's Crowbar and Queen Allenal of Ruadach
I have a Queen Allenal of Ruadach on the battlefield.
I cast Citizen's Crowbar.
I get a token creature from Citizen's Crowbar.
Queen Allenal of Ruadach triggers, and I get a 1/1 from the trigger.
The Arena UI asks me if I would like to equip the Citizen's Crowbar to either of the token creatures that have been created.

Venerated rotpriest doesnt trigger off eiganjo land ability
When opponent used eiganjo land ability to target my attacking creature, it did not trigger my venerated rotpriest that was on the field

Encountering an issue where when creating a direct challenge, when I select friendly brawl, the orange “play” button disappears.

Frequent Game Freezes
About every other game I experience random and complete game freezes where my only option is to restart the app and hope I can get back into the match before I lose my turn. There doesn’t seem to be very much rhyme or reason to it other than it only ever freezes when casting a spell.
I know game freezes are not a new thing but this is an issue that I have only been experiencing since the release of Domanaria United. The recent patch update did not fix the issue.

My timeout burns for my opponents actions
During a game of historic, my opponent had Scurry Oak; Heliod, Sun-Crowned; and Soul Warden. Causing him to have a bunch of squirrels, and a bunch of counters on everything.
When he passed to my turn, I was ready to go off and win that turn. However, when I played my creature, his loop started with Soul Warden triggering. Which is expected, there is no problem there.
The problem is, as he was triggering and resolving his loop dozens of times, MY timer was the one burning out. So by the time he was done, the computer forced me to…5 votes -

Just after opening Arena and going to any deck or collection. No text on cards. No text on cards shown on store or during game play. Mac OS 13.1

card Temporary Lockdown is causing problems
I play to the arena standard. There have been a number of times when playing that Temporary Lockdown card has done strange things to me. First I ran out of time even though there was nothing I could do. The game resumed after the time slot expired. Visually, everything was left on the table, so the card did nothing. In doing so, the rivals, but returned the cards from under my enchantments. Please correct this (probably) visual bug. It's really quite unpleasant and the whole game always slows down and it's hard to navigate what really is on the table…

Separate Alchemy from other formats
Myself and as anyone can see with a quick search many people play MTGA to scratch the itch of playing MTG when other avenues aren't available. Alchemy in my opinion can work on it's own, but mixing it with the other formats especially historic is just making the experience worse.
The rebalanced cards only set a bad example of showing that the printed cards weren't play tested enough. The cards which can only work on a digital platform only remind me at least that there are other better games with digital only on mind. I understand the work and development…

Game freeze during match + black screen after
The game regularly freeze during a match, must quit the app. After starting the app again and finish the match (which also gives me the wrong avatar), it goes to a black screen and I must restart again.

Golden Pack progression
I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.
