How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Missing Cards
I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable. Please ban stalling and allow players to report stalling in-app
Please ban stalling, and create a system to allow players to flagg a stalling opponent.
This is a common feature in other strategy games wherein people try to drag out as much time as possible to encourage their opponents to forfeit because of how not fun the game becomes. The mobile version of Risk has a system for this if you need a reference.
Please do something about this.

Ignoring customers, QOL and Economy issues
A portion of the player base, myself included, still feel ignored over recent trend of activity. Rather than addressing known bugs, arena economy concerns, alchemy concerns etc….you decided to ignore and move on to add new stuff instead. Can you address the **** economy? Sufficient and more comparable rewards(decathlon rewards for cost was a joke) and vault replacement? Parallax cards not generating parallax tokens? Pioneer/anthology plans, or lack thereof? Daily “deals” being very meager and weak? Eternal format intentions? Hand smoothing algorithm(shuffler is fine) concerns? Bugs? Like literally anything!!! I understand the importance of growing a customer base, but ignoring…

Matchmaker
While I realize I'm far from the only one complaining about the matchmaking, I'm still utterly sick of being the butt of this particularly stupid joke. I am playing an Izzet Dragons deck in standard which, due to a lack of sweepers, was particularly vulnerable to mono white aggo. I accept that 25% loss rate and move on... except I'm matched against mono white far more than 25% of the time. Fine... I swap out single target removal for small creature sweepers and immediately stop seeing mono white entirely and suddenly see just as much mono green... the color best…

Experience levels
I have been playing this for while now and I think there should be a lil more experience orientated. Like I'm a total beginner, I'm not good enough to know exactly what cards can be played with what and what everything means. It seems as though I'm definitely not playing against people of my experience, they all seem way more advanced than me and they kick my *** everytime. I've played over 100 games now and have only won once. That is ridiculous and doesn't give me any incentive to keep playing if I'm always gonna get laid out every…

呪文のスタックで呪文の打ち消しのインスタントが発動出来なかった
4マナ以上の呪文を相手が唱えた時にスタックが始まった後に軽蔑的な一撃と言うインスタントを発動したが、打ち消しが出来なかった。
相手の呪文はこのカードは打ち消されないなどの効果を持って居らずに打ち消しが出来なかった。

Please ban Golos in historic brawl
Ban Golos in historic brawl. Uncreative, not fun, everyone is playing it, and if you yourself are not playing golos it is unlikely you will win. I lose 80+% of my games against golos

Double Strike dealing damage when blocked.
Double strike without trample dealt damage twice after being blocked. If it's blocked, it's not supposed to then hit player, unless trample, and even then only trample from first strike.

Android Crashes Constantly
The Arena app crashes every 15 minutes or so. It's been doing this since the August 24th update. Please look into this. This is not a connection issue or a broken phone. The app crashes randomly no matter what. Please don't dismiss this as if the problem is a bad internet connection or a **** phone. If the problem was on my end, I would have fixed it instead of posting here. I promise, I checked and double checked my end.

Bug Moved to damage without being able to cast instant
Had a huge board but the client moved to damage two turns in a row without me being able to cast an instant combat trick to win the game. Was My last loss in the double feature event too. Played on android.

Infinite loop
Player controls Heliod, Sun crowned and Soul warden, Constantly targeting Scurry Oak to make dudes, gain life, make dudes, gain life etc, and cannot be stopped by opponent only play the other player, which can go on for days, weeks, months, years.....

timeout
Your opponent's stacking ability is over 100, and your opponent clicks on a creature each time to put a + 1 / + 1 counter on it. The other party's time should have been consumed, but my time was consumed and I lost the timeout.

ゲームの途中に勝手に敗北処理された
MTGアリーナ十種競技決勝にて
ゲーム中にオニキス教授の＋能力を起動後、一瞬３枚のカードが見えた後、敗北の文字が表示され、敗北扱いにされました。（そのマッチ以前に１－２だった為、この大会３敗扱いで終了）
まだゲームの中盤で、ライブラリ切れによるものではありません。（２０枚程度残っていたはずです。）
また自身のライフも十分あり、オニキス教授の「１点ライフを失う」効果で敗北したものでもありません。
時間についてもすぐに操作したので、時間切れが原因ではないです。
盤面の状況が相当有利だった為、相手が投了ボタンを押しそうなタイミングではあったが、相手が実際に投了したかどうかは不明。まだ２敗ラインであり、勝てばマッチ勝利の状況で相当有利な盤面から理不尽な敗北処理は残念です。
十種競技は予選から決勝進出に向けて頑張ってきました。やっとプレイできて、実力で負けて敗退なら納得できますが、急に敗北処理されるのは残念でなりません。
このイベント自体に参加費を払っている訳ではありませんが、予選からの参加ゴールド、ジェムも考えて、補償頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
なお先の３敗表示後に、
「設定」＞「バグを報告」＞「ログを記録」
にて作ったファイルを添付します。
なおバージョンは「2021.12.10.3971.904583」です。よろしくお願いいたします。

scute Swarm costs
Scute Swarm cause me timeouts even with resolve all. I was playing against a scute swarm and I kept getting charged timeouts. Why would I get charged timeouts because they played scute and it generated 500+ tokens?

magic Arena is SCRIPTED
Most scripted game of all time.
best of three is best of mulligan.. 100% of the time you get no land, or you draw 20 lands in first 20 cards..
every time a get diamond tier1 and I'm 1 game far away from mithyc, the MAGIC happens and I start loosing every f**kin game..
all my favorite cards... BANNED... uro, teferi, fires.. even brainstorm!!!!!
this game is all aggro and thoughtseize... this is magic on Arena in hystoric.
No way I'm going to spend money or resources on standard because you ban cards every week ...you will never have…

Unable to log in: Attach failed to drop other attach
In the login screen, I get either :Unable to log in: “ Attach failed to drop other attach” or “authentication failed due to timeout”. I have reinstalled the app and used both iOS and Android devices but am still unable to login after more than half an hour. Arena status webpage indicates no issues at the moment. Please provide a fix for the issue.
