1. Momir gems

   Playing the Momir event today i should have received gems instead of a 5th copy of a rare card i already own (Ill-Tempered Loner to be specific), yet my gem counter is the same as always and i'm pretty sure i haven't earned vault points.
   I'm not the only one that experienced this bug

2. Instant speed spell un-castable on opponent's turn

   I believe I encountered some sort of bug just now. I am playing on PC. The game in question was a ranked alchemy match in diamond ranking. During my opponent's turn, I was attacked by a Rahilda, which is a mono-red card. I had two Vanishing Verses in my hand, with all the necessary mana available to cast them, but was unable to cast the spells. I paused between attack steps, in order to stop the Rahilda from triggering, but was not able to cast any spells. There was nothing on the board, or any apparent effect, which would prohibit me from casting instants. I do not know why the game failed to let me cast the spells. There was no corresponding white border around them suggesting they could be cast, and attempting to drag them onto the battlefield did not work. On my next turn, the Vanishing Verses still did not light up, but the game allowed me to cast them, and after one attempt to cast one the white border reappeared for future use.

   This was quite annoying, because the Rahilda allowed my opponent to steal one of my card draw spells, which they subsequently used to refill their hand, and win the game.

   This was not a mis-click error, I spent my timer running down in multiple attempts to cast the spells, and examined the field several times to discover the source of the problem, to no avail. It seems my hand got momentarily "turned off" somehow, and was reactivated on my next turn. I have never experienced an effect like this before that could not be traced to some other on-board effect.

   I hope this information is useful in resolving the issue for future play. Thank you for your time and consideration.

3. tutorial broken

   cant skip tutorial

   tutorial is broken

   opponent casts a creature

   i have two on board and attack and it wont let me because it says opp will block and kill them

   but i know i need to kill it because its going to cast a spell on their turn and win

   yet

   the tutorial literally will not allow me to attack - it says dont attack this turn - even when i press attack

4. Land draw in sealed is just scripted.

   In the 50% of the time you draw wrong land that makes you die doing nothing. 16 lands, 8 per color, you draw 6 of the same color, this happen 50% of my games, this is not fair and you die doing nothing because most of the time you keep drawing other color cards. The game is scripted, just assassinate you to make you pay more for gems. FIx this or i'm gonna uninstall, this is a scam, non way is just misfortune, probability is a different thing.

5. Oppenent Conceded, I lost point

   Opponent won game 1, conceded during sideboarding, screen said "Victory" and I lost a point.

6. [BUG] Game crashes

   The game crashes very often when I clisk on PLAY, then on the table logo. When I'm about to pick my deck the game crashes.

8. didnt receive any cards after opening packs

   Upon opening 10 packs of the new set i did not receive any cards from the set, can you please have a look at this and maybe reset it?

9. Log in loop bug

   I am on Chromebook logging in through GeForce now ...so platform is windows. It starts to log in. Gets to "initializing localization database" then goes back to log in screen.
   I have tried to use incorrect password and it is giving "incorrect user/password message" So is communicating with your server.

10. Game loss without playing

    Hi,
    I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not able to properly play my draft.

12. Magic missile, Rem Kalorus, and a big stack results in zero damage.

    My opponent is at 9 life. Their board is a lands and a tapped [[iymrith desert doom]].

    I control [[rem karolus, stalwart slayer]] and a single [[showdown of the skalds]] on II (with another showdown having sacrificed to chapter III this turn

    I cast [[magic missile]] choosing opponent as it's only target. Two [[showdown of the skalds]] chapter II//III triggers go on the stack, targeting Rem.

    Opponent responds & casts [[power word:kill]] targeting rem.

    I respond with [[play with fire]], also targeting opponent. Two more[[showdown of the skalds]] chapter II triggers go on the stack, targeting Rem.

    At this point, the stack starts to resolve. Play with fire deals 3 damage as expected, taking my opponent to 6 life. Next power word kill resolves and rem dies. Then magic missile resolves, but deals zero damage. My opponent is still at 6 life, when they should be at 3.

    I do not have a log file, I'm on a mac and do not have the "detailed log" option enabled.

    The card mystic forge is not letting me play any artifacts off the to of my deck, and it doesn't seem to be applying cost reduction from cards like Jhoira's Familiar

15. Trade Feature

    MTGA is really fun and enjoyable. But i would like to balance it better with physical, paper magic cards and play with my family and friends. I looked it up and apparently MTGO has a trade feature. Also it allows you to turn in complete digital sets for physical paper sets for a reasonable fee. I would like to see this implemented into MTGA in the future. Allowing players to trade amongst each other would be awesome! And allowing us to trade in complete digital sets for real, physical paper ones would encourage me to actually buy into the $100 digital cards cuz now if i can quickly complete a set, i can pay another fee to turn it into real cards. Allowing Wizards to make dough qhile also giving me the sense of actual value in these cards on Arena knowing i can pay to have them mailed to me. You can even make the feature better than Magic: Online by allowing us to turn any completed set on Arena into a physical one eith an increasing price depending on how old the set is. For example, Innistrad Midnight Hunt is releasing. So if players complete the whole set they can trade it in for physical cards for like $50. If the player has a complete set in standard, just not the current one (Aventures if the Forgotten Realm to Zendikar Rising) theyd have to pay $75 to turn in complete sets. ($50 for redemption fee, $25 for non-current set) and anything out of standard can be like $100 or whatever you think is fair. And the extra fee is like a legacy fee. Just an idea. I'd pay for it.

16. Did not advance mastery level when gained 1000 xp

    Got 1000 xp from a daily quest (750) and first win of the day (250) and my mastery level did no go up. Not sure if got any experience at all...

18. Bug: no pack reward for quick draft

    4 wins in quick draft event, 1 pack flashed across as reward, went to Packs menu, nothing there

    Also earlier no pack reward for Mastery level 83. Pack flashed across screen but nothing under Packs menu.
