1. Ban Tibalt Trickery

   Turn two Ulamog, Ugin, Genesis Ultimatum, etc. Who thought this was a good idea? Love the idea of a red counter with a drawback, but the wording should have been an opponent's spell. Turned a good idea into a sigh worthy trend.

4. Ban Game-breaking Cards

   All cards that grant extra turns or combat phases need banned. These completely break the game and 99.99% of the time guarantee a win for the user. Also, any and all cards that allow my opponent to play cards from my library should be banned (i.e. beholder). I have played magic for over 2 decades now and these sort of cards are getting out of hand. It is one thing to use something like mindflayer and take 1 or two cards but to be able to play my library on your turn is rediculous. I will not spend 1 more dime on anything in this program until at the very least beholder is banned.

6. Opponent Did Not Lose With Negative Health

   I was playing in the ranked ranks and I came across an opponent who did not lose the game after the hit points were below 0, he continued playing as if nothing had happened.

7. Storm Combo Timer Problem

   I was playing a Grapeshot deck. My opponent was at 81 life, so I had to storm off in a round. Even though I was non-stop playing, my timer ran out. I had to dig through my deck really hard and had only gotten my counter somewhere into the high 30s. I decided that since the timer was about to run out I'd at least show my opponent that I had the Grapeshot in hand with a lot of stacks and hope they would resign.

   They did not, and after the timer ran out, the remaining grapeshots went to my face instead of theirs.

8. Mark/Remember Players

   I know how easy it would be to abuse a block/report feature in game, but if we could have a way to mark players-- change name colours or outline of portrait or little icons-- it would go a long way to improving the play experience. Even just two options-- one for players that we don't want to play again, and one for players who we enjoyed playing-- that would mean a lot.

   I'd like the option not to waste more time on players I come across who intentionally stall, crash the client, or spam emotes until I have to mute them. Conversely, it would be nice to see some sort of highlight when I match with someone I enjoyed playing against.

11. Stuck at loading initial scene: PC

    Upon opening MTGA the program hangs at "Loading initial scene" on PC. Resets, computer restarts, uninstall/reinstall does not solve the issue.

12. MMR System Needs Work

    Greetings. This is going to be a bit of a long post, but I feel it needs to be said. Your matchmaking system desperately needs work.

    When I first began playing this game, I ramped to Mythic in about a week, with a Winrate of over 70%, even on the Draw. The upper-echelon ranks, such as Diamond and Mythic, were a bit tougher, but nothing significantly impeded me from my progress. I even got to top 1200 with it.

    Imagine my surprise when, the next month, I was being matched with power metagame decks in Platinum with people who knew exactly how to pilot them. I came to this server along with GMaximus and others complaining loudly about the shuffler, insisting that it was rigged to "feed" wins to my opponent. I no longer think this is the case.

    As a test for this most recent Season (which is an experiment I am not likely to repeat given its implications), I snap conceded about 1,000 games over the course of a week, just before the January Ranked Season began. As suspected, I once again ramped to Mythic with a winrate of over 60% in a week. I even got a HIGHER winrate on the Draw, even in Mythic, for which I have ample documentation. However, once I hit T1200, the guardrails appear to have been removed, and I am back to facing power decks piloted by extremely talented players. Well, more talented than I am at least. I fully suspect these tough matchups will remain with me as long as I continue to play this game.

    As a result of this experiment, I believe Magic "soft-pedals" new users to the game to keep them from getting discouraged. It is not an "honest" ranking system as it is with ELO in Chess, because your MMR those first one or two months do not update with tougher opponents as rapidly as it should. It is also easily exploitable, as demonstrated by my rendering "rank" completely irrelevant with one afternoon of conceding matches. If I were to speculate on the simplest, most cost- and time-efficient way of accomplishing this goal, I would simply match players who have reached T1200 on one or two occasions with each other. No muss, no fuss, nothing requiring an actual matchmaking system.

    Giving new users a break like this is understandable if you think in the short term, but long term it is not sustainable. By using this method, you give people a false impression that they are better at the game than they are, and that the game is worth investing in. The enthusiastic players will naturally invest good money into something they feel they have a natural ability at as I did.

    So when you remove the illusions from their eyes, you wind up with influential personalities like CGB and others badmouthing the state of the game with shuffler complaints, which leads to toxic overflow on your forums and other official sources. I fear that you may ensure short term profitability with this method, but long term you will suffer as your reputation for fudging the numbers gets established.

    If I were to suggest a solution, I would recommend a more adaptable, dynamic MMR system based on actual skill and collection strength, rather than absolute cake mode followed by total domination. At the very least, MMR should increase immediately based on winrate instead of a delay, and snap concedes should not function as such a simple method of "gaming" the system.

    Unlike last time, I am willing to admit I may be biased or somehow incorrect, but it's difficult to prove that given Wizards' complete opacity on the nature of their matchmaking system, not to mention other calculations made by the game (hand smoothing, for example). ****, I can't even access the lead designers's posts on these subjects any longer, because those forums have been terminated. I have statistics for all this available upon request.

13. CPU usage at 95%

    Ever since the last update, the game has been unplayable. It freezes and glitches and skips turns and is using almost 100% of my CPU on Windows.

    I can't play the game and won't be able to until this problem is resolved.

    I've tried the suggestions for freezing and have uninstalled/reinstalled and the issue remains.

    Love how you ignore the comments regarding how rigged the game is. Just adds validation to the issue. Shamelessly rigged and a blight to the MTG world. Sad that such a beautiful game has stooped to such petty greed. Speaking of greed, here is something that even imbecilic money grabbers like yourselves should understand.

16. counter creature spells not working

    I countered a creature spell just now using 'bar the gate' and all the effects resovled (enter the dungeon etc.) but then their creature spell resolved also! The same thign happened to me earlier today, somebody tried to coutner one of my creature spells and my creature spell still resolved! I was confused what happened and obviously they were too as they just conceded after that. I thought I'd missed something, but when the same thing just happened to me I realised it must be a bug from your recent update. (Note I cna still counter non-creature spells, but creature spells still resolve!)

17. Missing Cards After Opening Packs

    opened packs and received 3 Planeswalkers and only have 1 in my collection. I could also be missing other cards as I did not check the entire log vs my collection as there were a ton of packs.

19. Missing decks and missing cards collection

    While playing again mtga this year on mobile. I found out that lots of my cards in my collection were missing. Including decks that I built last 2018(my red deck with lots of rares and mythics) my esper deck, and my boros feather deck card inside have missing cards inside. You can also see my scrnshots that my other preconstructed decks also have missing cards inside.

20. Thank you for ruining the game

    I think the tittle says it all, instead of wasting your time coming up with new formats and collections that no one can keep up with, what about instead focusing on improving the arena client? Or the fcking shuffler, or the matchmaking? Is impossible to have a pleasant time every time I try to play this game, the amount of money needed to keep playing on queue is totally unacceptable and when free to play players like me finally manage to build a good card collection you guys keep fcking printing cards like there is no tomorrow, I didn't even see half of the cards this new set introduced but here take more, and by the way all the wildcards you used are now useless .. then you introduce Alchemy .. whatever. Let's "ban" epiphany but let's add some hardcore perpetual mana reduction .. sure that will balance things out .. it is frustrating really, I was playing mono black for a long time and I cannot express the amount of times that in my hand was at least 2 blood on the snow and a meathook.. I'm not complaining about that but **** what are the probability of that happening almost every game?? Is stupid why can't it be random like a normal card game?? *** the matchmaking, the shuffler and the fcking client all your company wants is clearly money money money you retards, every true magic player will eventually get tired of your ******** .. keep milking it please
