How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Kaervek and/or Outrageous robbery instant loss bug

    I had new Kaervek and I cast Outrageous robbery from my graveyard with his ability. Then I immediately lost as if I had surrendered.

  2. Painland taps for lethal without any prompt

    Painland does not give you a prompt if tapping it would deal lethal damage to you. I lost game because I tapped it like a normal dual land, and the damage from tapping it made me go to 0 life without ever giving me a prompt to make sure I wanted to do that.

  3. Gameplay bug

    I was playing a game against another person and for some reason that I have not for the life of me been able to find out the cause, I kept losing 6 points during my turn. He had no cards out on the board, in his graveyard, in his hand, or exiled that could do such a thing. There was nothing attached to any of my cards that could do that either. Can someone please explain how this is even possible. I’ve had stuff like this happen quite a few times in the past and it’s pretty **** annoying. I…

  5. Indestructible

    I keep running into my indestructible creatures dying from battle damage and yet when I attack my opponents indestructible creatures they survive.

    What's going on? Apparently from the other posts I see here I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
    It's ruining the game.

  7. Text invisible in settings

    Using Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, both in cover screen and in inner screen.
    After using the application for a while (either playing a match or browsing around the menus) all text in the settings becomes invisible. Both the main settings menu and the inner Gameplay and Audio menus.
    When restarted, the text is visible again, and then stops being visible after using the app for a while.
    The language chooser's items seem unaffected, but only when it's openez.

  8. anointed peacekeeper

    Anointed Peacekeeper does not increase the activated abilities [of non-mana abilities.] Seems to be widespread, and not just happening to me.
    Opponent was able to pump his tattered apparition for the normal cost of 1B, not the increased cost of 1B+2.

  9. morbid opportunist trigger self

    morbid opportunist says "other" but triggered when it died. The card text needs to be revised or this bug fixed.

  10. Autotapper misses the interaction between Roxanne, Starfall Savant and Roaming Throne

    When I control both Roxanne, Starfall Savant and a Roaming Throne (naming Druid), my token artifacts each tap for 2 extra mana. So, for example Roxanne's Meteorite tokens tap for 3 total mana. The game engine correctly resolves this, but the autotapper doesn't take this interaction into account, so it will tap 3 Meteorites to cast an MV-6 spell and leave 3 mana floating in my pool, when it could successfully cast the spell with only 2 Meteorites.

    The autotapper should take into account copied triggers in deciding how many mana sources to tap.

  11. Unavailable Cards from Arena starter set

    Certain card, available in the tutorial (color challenges and similar) are not only not legal in all formats, but unviewable in the collection menu, despite being already programmed for the game.

  12. Don't auto-tap creatures for mana in precombat main phase when other mana sources are available

    I had Scene of The Crime on the battlefield as well as a pain land. Instead of asking me what to tap or tapping the pain land, it tapped my one and only flying creature to pay for a spell. One damage averted just to get 5 flying damage for no good reason.

    Auto-tap is broken. It has cost me several games today. The game options make it either ask every time (annoying and prone to warning-fatigue) or not ask and just mis-tap things all over the place. Please ask for confirmation (like the old auto-tap solution has changed message)…

  13. Bug

    While playing MTG Arena on my PC
    Game Aiwu (me) v. Tonis
    I had a planes walker card Ajani Strength of the Pride and creature card Shalai, Voice of Plenty on the battle field. Shalai Voice of Plenty gave my planes walker card hex proof yet the Tonis was still able to cast Planar Disruption enchantment onto Ajani Strength of the Pride. This should not have been possible and cost me the game.

  14. Block Players

    It can be hard to keep on top of bugs, exploits, OP'd cards & 'cheat' metas, and toxic player behavior. I'd really love at least the option to block a player and never be paired again with someone spamming 'your go' at me, metagaming with some endless loop instant-win combo, Scute Swarm, or Second Sun, or purposely trying to annoy the opponent into quitting by taking a full timer every single turn. Please give us a block option along with a friendlist that prefers friends in random matches.

  16. Why is there no Kar'niss :(

    Please make a Kar'niss the Drider card for a future Baldur's Gate set, he is very important to me and I love him so much, he deserves a card he is a a very special boi who does his best, there is a place for them <3

  17. Poison counters are too OP.

    These make shortened matches that are too OP and often end up not very fun to play, especially when some card drops several counters on you. It would probably be a lot more balanced and fun if poison counters simply did one direct damage and disappeared on the next turn.

  18. 'Hexproof/Indestructible all' effects need limits.

    Yet another annoying OP spam strategy I see a lot. Hexproof or Indestructible all permanent effects can easily be doubled and make an unwinnable, uninteresting match. These effects should be limited to a certain number of turns or allowed only one card at a time so that the enchantment can be destroyed.

  19. Ban Approach of the Second Sun

    This card is way to easy to use as a pay-to-win, no-thought, boring spam strategy and ruins the fun of the game. Quite tired of seeing it.

  20. Planeswalker limits

    I've seen way too many people spam planeswalkers to almost instant-win games. It's unbalanced, unfair, and makes pay-to-win situations. Planeswalkers should be limited 4 per deck and only 2 in play at any time. These are the homebrew rules I will play personal MtG games by.
