Error during a draft match
MTGA crashed when I was starting a game on my penultimate match.
I just wanted to check if you could advise me on the error.

Cannot purchase parallax styles or edit preferred styles
Cannot purchase parallax styles or edit preferred styles. There is no longer the option to purchase alternate prints or parallax styles. Also, in deck building, you can now only 'apply all styles' but then you can't revert the styles back the way you want them. Right now it is bugged so it is all or nothing.

Game Freezes When Attempting to Load Deck Collection
Platform: PC
Bug: When attempting to view deck collection, either by clicking the on the"Decks" tab or by clicking "Choose a Deck" in an event, the game progresses to the "Waiting for Server" screen and promptly freezes.
Expected Result: When attempting to view deck collection, the game loads all decks in the player's collection and proceeds as normal.
Notes: Device meets minimum specification requirements. Bug persists regardless of graphics settings or screen resolution. Restarting device had no effect.

Touching a tapped land
When I try to touch a tapped enchanted land, while playing on iOS, I'm not able to select the enchantment, hidden under the land. It happens especially on the first turn.

Bad performance on new phone
Recently got a new OnePlus 11 running android 13. Other games run great, but Arena can't even manage to get 20 fps. I've seen other OnePlus users also complain about this, so idk what's going on that Arena hates OnePlus phones for some reason. Heck my old LG v60 runs Arena better than this, it's ridiculous. Hopefully someone can look into this cuz it's unplayable for some people at the moment.

i had untapped mana and instants but couldn't cast anything until all spells resolved1 vote -
Captain Ripley Vance trigger ability bug
The card says as follows: Whenever you cast your third spell each turn, put a +1/+1 counter on Captain Ripley Vance, THEN it deals damage equal to its power to any target.
So as I understand, it's suposed to deal damage only AFTER the +1/+1 counter is added to it's atack power. This way it will deal X+1 damage, X being it's power.
For a few games now I noticed that it's dealing the damage BEFORE adding the +1/+1 counter.
If this is not a mistake on my end, I would appreciate the team getting it fixed. I'm having a…

I have imported a deck and the UI tells me i have enough wildcards, when i click the button to craft i receive the message that i do not own enough wildcards

Town-Razer Tyrant targeted a basic land.
Town-Razer Tyrant targets a nonbasic when it enters the battlefield, however an opponent targeted one of my basic lands with its ability. The exact land was a Snow-Covered Island with a Glittering Frost enchantment on it.

Card interaction
There's a card interaction problem with the game rules. When you are allowed to cast a spell without paying its mana cost the Thalia rule (pay 1 more) should still apply. In my case, my opponent got the Tamiyo's emblem and cast his noncreature spells without paying the Thalia's additional cost.

Youtian Courier translation
Yotischer Kurier (yotian courier) ist falsch übersetzt. die Zweite Fähigkeit ist im deutschen komplett falsch beschrieben.
Yotian Courier (yotischer Kurier) has an translation issue. The second choice of the card is completly wrong translated in to the german version of the card.
- Stöbere nach einer bleibenden Karte mit Manabetrag gleich der Anzahl der Länder, die du kontrollierst.

In my match ending at 12:03PMEST 11/5, player used exploit or bug to end the game instantly during my turn. I play a lot, never seen this.
In my match ending at 12:03PMEST 11/5, player used exploit or bug to end the game instantly during my turn. I play a lot, often reaching Mythic and have never seen this. Game ended instantly (I think a cloudy purplish skull quickly appeared over my life total). Was kicked instantly from game with no chance to review battlefield. I was on the verge of winning with board and life control (hence my suspicion of exploit). As I could not review battlefield, I did not get player name.

Expected Behavior:
Death's Shadow should have its power and toughness set to 13 minus the player's life total. With a negative life total, this should result in Death's Shadow having significantly greater power and toughness than 13/13.Actual Behavior:
When life total is negative, Death's Shadow is only displaying as a 13/13 creature, which is incorrect as it should be: power and toughness = 13 - (-L)Steps to Reproduce:

DRC surveil not working properly
I was playing the almost no ban event in arena for iOS. I cast several spells with Dragon’s Rage Channeler on the field. I was unable to put any cards into the graveyard. The interface came up and said “top or graveyard” but the top card wouldn’t respond to my finger attempting to drag it into the yard.

Basic Island Throne-of-Eldraine parallax style
I purchased the basic-island throne-of-eldraine parallax style (see capture), however the style added to my collection was the basic island parallax from war of the spark.

Excess card rewards
[PC]
How many Cursed Courtiers, Johann's Stopgaps and other cards we have four of do we actually need? I wish there was a lot more diversity in what players receive for individual card rewards. Like... yall have our deck information, yall might as well take a gander at it while you're calculating what other useless card we need more of. I'd play Cursed Courtier if I could play all frigging ten of them that I've received outside of drafts.

違反処置指針/IPGに懲罰対象として明記しているのにも関わらずMTG Arenaでは全く適応されていません。運営サイドが現状ペナルティを与えていない事が原因で、悪用行為が蔓延しています。
悪質なプレイヤーは敗北しそうになると投了ではなく、対戦相手に不快感を与えるためだけに放置行為を行います。また放置することで、時間を優先したいプレイヤーに対して投了へと誘導しています。ランク戦においては、勝敗のランク変動により報酬にも影響するため極めて悪質です。
MTG Arenaリリース当初から問題として多くのユーザーから指摘されていると思いますが、なぜ対応しないのですか？
シャハール・シェンハー(Shahar Shenhar)氏がMTG Arena配信中に遭遇した悪質プレイヤーの2時間以上の遅延行為が話題になりました。その際に問題行為として注目されたにも関わらず、なぜゲームシステムの改善をしようとしないのですか。そもそもIPGに定められているからにはMTGコンテンツの全てで問題視されており、リリース前から対策すべき問題です。
ペナルティを重くし、悪質ユーザーのBAN等の早急な対応をお願いいたします。
●ペナルティ例*Bot戦以外の対戦における遅延行為
[1]遅延行為(放置による敗北or意図的な遅延行為)を複数回(3回程度)行った
ペナルティ①[24時間Bot戦以外の全対戦禁止/1週間の厳重注意期間][2]ペナルティ①厳重注意期間中に遅延行為を複数回(3回程度)行った

永久BAN
また迷惑プレイヤーとマッチングしないようにブラックリスト機能は実装しないのでしょうか。現在のフレンドのみブロック可能なシステムは、フレンドとなってしまった悪質プレイヤーへの対策にしかなっていません。放置による敗北を行った対戦相手に対してはその場でブロックし二度とマッチングしないシステムに改善して欲しいです。
報告を行う際、そちらが要求しているログファイルとスクリーンショットを毎回添付しておりますが、確認しておりますか？運営サイドが対応しないのであれば、この問い合わせ内容の[行動を報告]報告種類の[遅延行為/悪用行為]これら項目の必要性はありますか？現在、この問い合わせは報告ユーザーの時間の無駄にしかなっておりません。
定型文で「プライバシー上の理由から、報告に基づいて取られた措置の詳細を提供できない」と返答が来ますが、もし悪質プレイヤーにペナルティを与えた場合は[報告によりペナルティを与えました]程度の一文でいいので報告が欲しいです。他社ゲームを例に挙げるのはあまり適切ではありませんが、一部のゲームでは悪質プレイヤーにペナルティ付与した際に簡単な報告がきます。運営サイドが報告に対して処置をしているのかあまりに不明瞭です。現状、これらは運営サイドの怠慢により発生しているトラブルです。

Suggestions
Hi there, suggestion from my side.
1) Honestly doing 15 wins a day is just too much of a stretch for me as a player. Can they not aggregate a bit of the rewards to reduce it to 10 wins (i.e. Who is incentivized at all to win a game for 25 gold) and make one of the card drops at least a guaranteed rare card?
2) Making duplicate protection available to uncommon and common. There are just too many magic cards out there, by doing this allows us to complete our collection a bit better.
3) I don't know…

shop ate my gold
I wanted to set my deck apart and purchase some different lightning strikes. SO I did... I then wanted to purchase the card style for them. It took my 3k gold, and failed to provide me with the card style as selected. It just took my gold, and upon attempting to get the correct one I received an error. I want my card style or gold back please.
