How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I have a creature with toxic 1. I equip and artifact that gives it toxic 1. With the new ruling the toxics stack and it should give the opponent 2 poision not one. Each toxic 1 should hit.

  2. I cant log in

    I haven’t logged in or played mtg arena in a while but after I logged in it said that my account was on timeout. I waited a bit and the waiting for server orange circle popped up then disappeared later.

  3. My cards all look like ****! April Fool’s(?)

    I sincerely hope that making all of my cards in arena look like complete and utter **** without any setting to reverse or toggle to hit to correct it is an ill-advised April Fool’s prank that will be gone tomorrow. If you didn’t want me to play arena today you could have just shut the site down. These cards look terrible. I will not be playing again until at least the option to turn off this setting is implemented. Whoever thought of this idea should be fired. You’re literally trolling people who enjoy your product and encouraging them not to…

  6. Arena fails to launch after pressing control + r and will never load again until reinstall.

    After pressing control + r which used to restart arena it now closes the program and it can't be reopened again without a full reinstall. This used to work for program overlays like untapped but now it just renders the program inoperable.

  7. damaged card looks make me turn off the game

    After the last update, I found out that all cards have been changed to look like a truck has gone over them. I couldn't wait to finish that one game before turning it off. I tried to find an option to revert this madness, unsuccessfully. This is of critical importance. I can't play a single game with cards that look like ****. This is a deal breaker.

  8. Don't force damaged card design.

    Don't force the damaged card design on people, give us the option to pick the cosmetics we want to see. Like every other cosmetic.

    DURING DRAFT AETHERDRIFT:
    I HAVE ELVISH REFUELER AND STAMPING SCURRYFOOT AND I COULDN'T DO THE SCURRYFOOT TRIGGER THOUGH IT WAS THE FIRST TIME OF THE SHIFT THAT I ACTIVATED EXHAUST

  11. MKM quick draft win declared a draw

    My opponent's avatar broke just before I dealt lethal damage to him, and then the game said it was a draw rather than a win. I'm 6-1 so it's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

  12. pain lands untapped and nothing in hand to play doesnt skip the phases

    when pain lands untapped and nothing in hand to play, the game doesnt skip the phases. the best exemple is the first turn, i play a pain land, nothing in hand to play, and the game always requires me to press "space button" to skip each phase. then goes to opponent turn and same thing happens, i have to press space button every phase that i have pain lands in the battlefield even if i have nothing available to play in hand. this only happens with pain lands, with are lands the phases are skipped automatically.

    Lands with conditional effects like Riverpyre Verge aren’t showing the color they add as before, this land adds red and blue when you control an island or a mountain, but since the last update is showing both colors instead of just the one can be added

  14. I am an old school MTG player, i'm talking 90's and mid 00's. Historic play should limit players to true clasic play, not twink ****!

    I'm and old school MTG player, I'm talking 90's-mid 00's. Historic play should be limited to these cards and rules, not the twinked out garbage like planes walkers, proliferation, and toxic rules.... just to name a few. I guess WOTC just wants more money and has to keep up with creating new rules, cards and mechanics for the dumb-*** generation, just like WOTC screwed up D and D with 5th ED, *, 4th ED was better than that woke, DEI garbage! I'm not trying to sound like I'm trolling here, but this * needs a hard reset! Maybe WOTC…

  15. Why do my cards look old? Bring back the clean new look!

    Get rid of the old, scuffed "well played" look to the card schemes. I hate it. It's actually annoying to look at, and there's no way to change it back, and that's stupid.
    Not giving players the ability to CHOOSE is really bad. It's like Wizards is trying real hard to get people to not play their game.

    If there's a way to change this, please direct me, otherwise, please fix.

  18. I can’t log in

    I can’t log in. It’s just a black screen. I turned my phone on and off and the same thing. After a few minutes the unable to connect form came up so I tried logging in and out again and nothing. Black screen still. I’m using iOS

  19. Monstrous Rage needs to be banned in Standard

    Bumping this up to the top, but Monstrous Rage not being banned in Standard on the 31st is ridiculous. The card is overpowered for a 1 cost, and effectively can end games in turn 3. Any red deck with this in their starting hand will win 9 times out of 10.

  20. Elvish refueler bug

    I put elivsh refueler in play using Oviya during Opp's turn. For the rest of the game I could not re-use exhaust during my turn
