How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Don’t spend your hard earned money on this game
There is absolutely no way I should be losing 10 games in a row. This 50/50 **** is ******* *****. Giving me * hands, and allowing the other player to have their combo pieces right off the bat, giving each other my decks their worst match ups is disappointing and disgusting. This game gets worse and worse. I’m glad I don’t spend my money on this game and you shouldn’t either. Unless you are some genius.

Unable to open vault at 102%. Loading flashes for a couple of seconds.

vault rewards isn't working
Vault icon is lit up and rewards are at 102%. When going to click on "vault rewards" icon to receive rewards. Game goes to loading screen and then just spins back to home page. No rewards received. Icon still lit up to display rewards are available.

When resolution is 3440x1440, game automatically resizes to 2560x1440 when entering and leaving match
Here's the specific log:
[185939] Current screen dimensions of 3440x1440 are not an allowable ratio (2.388889) so we are forcing windowed mode.
I see threads about this issue so I'm just another drop in the bucket but I mean come on... the game looks great with 4k and it plays fine during matches and on the menus, however I'm guessing there's one specific scene during the match transition that doesn't allow that ratio so this is what we get...

Test of Endurance achievement bugged
I reached 50 life in a starter deck duel (against another player) but did not receive the achievement. I am playing on a Mac, if that's relevant.

Cant claim vault progress
There is a treasure chest icon after getting 100% vault progress, but when I click it I just get Waiting for server... and then back to the home screen and nothing happened.

Petition for wildcard refund
Dear support,
Few days ago I crafted all the banned brawl cards cause i thought we will get wildcard refund for each of them. Didnt know that doesnt work for this format. So i basically lost 12 rare and 4 mythic wildcards. Can you please undo the action of crafting those cards on my account. Would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Unable to open vault despite being over 100%
My vault progress is currently above 100%. However, when I click it to open the screen goes black and shows the message"Waiting for server"for a few seconds and then goes back to the front page of Arena without the vault having openend and with no wildcards being added to my collection.
Restarting the game does nothing as the same thing just happens again.

Lutri / Pyrokinesis Bug
my opponent had three creatures with a combined toughness of 8 (a 2/2, a 2/3, and a 3/3). I wanted to cast pyrokinesis from my hand, copy it with lutri, and destroy all three. When I cast pyro, I selected all 3 creatures, putting 2 dmg on the 2/2, and 1 dmg each on the 3 toughness creatures. Since lutri says I can change the targets of the spell, I believe I should’ve been able to put the remaining 2 dmg on each of the remaining creatures with the pyrokinesis copy. However, the copy would not allow me to submit…

unable to purchase anything from the store
Unable to purchase anything from the MTGArena store for the past two weeks or so.
I´ve tried various debit/credit cards, Paypal won´t go pass the "confirm you´re a human" step.

Early-access streamer event
As MTG is a really competetive game it feels quite bad to have a select few people have "early-access". It doesnt seem fair to have people already have limited experience when anyone can play, in constructed i guess it doesnt matter that much.
To me these kind of events destroy the competetive integrity of MTG. I dont understand why you dont just host prerelease events like its been before MTG Arena. Never seen something like this in MTGO ever and i do doubt that people are happy to watch the new set draft and not beeing able to play it…3 votes -

Brawl 4 mythic rare cards banned but no refund (they were all mythic rare when I crafted them). Scammed!
I used 4 mythic rare wildcards to craft 4 cards for brawl, that is 20$ USD on the store. Wizards just banned all 4 and did not give a single refund for them. Wizards just stole/scammed 20$ USD from every single Brawl player… How can we trust to invest in this game with this kind of conduct…

Pyrogoyf not dying after casting toxic deluge
My opponents pyrogoyf was a 5 6 and I cast toxic deluge, paying 6 life. For some reason the opponents pyrogoyf did not die and had 1 toughness left. The types in the graveyard align with this I will add them below.
They then killed me right after this because I had an empty board and their pyrogoyf was still alive.

Wildcard Refund Error
After the Brawl Bans, I was incorrectly refunded the wrong amount of Wildcards, mana drain, ancient tomb, chrome mix, and strip mine were all in my collections and I received 1 rare and 1 mythic wildcard and that’s all.

PayPal challenge isn't working
There is a bug with the confirm you are human screen in PayPal, it doesn't matter wich challenge I try, if I reload or if I submit feedback, it won't advance from that screen.

Smothering tithe, treasure tokens
I have Smothering tithe to create multiple treasure tokens. When I pay for treasure mana automatically, the sacrifice animation takes like 1 second per treasure. For example if I use 10 mana from treasure, the animation takes 10 seconds. It slows the game and is very annoying. This process used to be fast but become slower in the last update. I can't play with my deck because its annoying for me and also for the opponents. Please fix. Using android platform. Sequence of the animation attached

Enweb + convoke bug
There is currently a bug where a player is able to use the enweb ability when a card with convoke is in the hand. If any untapped creature is on the battlefield under this player control he is able to tap it for the enweb ability. That creature is then tapped for mana as it would for convoke. That mana can't be used to pay for the enweb cost but it is still added to the mana pool.
This can't be replicated with full control. only happens when using auto-tap.3 votes -
invalid deck & network error when building my draft deck
Joined a Powered Cube draft, towards the end of the second pack, my internet disconnected. Rejoined and the autodrafter had taken over, I was now in the 3rd pack. I finish the draft and edit my deck, but when I click to submit my deck, it gives me two errors (screenshots attached): "Invalid Deck" and "Network Error". I closed the game and tried again a few times, still gives me the same errors. At no other point does it say I'm offline, I am connected to the internet again. It won't let me play and the button still says "Build…

Color challenge
Doing the color challenge as White vs Green, there's always a point at which my opponent's turn just doesn't end. Sometimes soo er' sometimes later.
