How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Midweek Magic Event is a scam
How come every opponent seems to have perfect cards that all go together and they get them in such succession no matter what I play or what I do, I just get completely destroyed every single time. It's impossible to win midweek magic event *. It's such a scam and garbage like we should all be picking from exactly the same carts. Otherwise it's just not fair any way, shape or form. Mtg Arena bug on android
Mtg arena app on Android, the app freezes and closes by itself, mainly in the middle of gameplay, when trying to reconect to the match the same happens 100% of the time. Bug foind after atualization of 07/22/2025

Crash with New Update
Just downloaded new update. The game crashed at the beginning of the match. I was able to rejoin then it crashed again. I rejoined, it crashed, and then I couldn't rejoin the match without it crashing. Happened as soon as I attacked with Ragavan, same card crashed the game twice, the second time was spontaneous though. Dang, I was gonna win too lol. But yeah, please fix, want to get back to playing.
Also, I troubleshooted, force stopped and cleared cache, android can do that quickly. Was still crashing, and the error is new, started after I downloaded today's new…

Set completionist II Final Fantasy
Can you please tell me why you are unable to help me with this?
It clearly shows I have the entire set 4x of every single card in FF it's glowing golden and fully completed.

Cheaters
Why do you let people cheat? They have hand/draw manipulators and you allow it because you’re greedy and predatory capitalist pigs. It’s very obvious when someone cheating and you do nothing to stop it because you want people to think they need to spend money on the game.

Cheaters
Game is full of cheaters using tools to manipulate draws/hands/decks. There’s absolutely no reason a 200 card deck gives the person everything they need. There’s absolutely no way every piece of removal someone needs gets into their hand. It’s very obvious when they cheat too, they look at hand, look at nothing, look back at hand, then nothing, and suddenly have a spell to cast. You don’t want us seeing game logs because then you know we could determine more easily who’s cheating and who isn’t. You don’t have a real way to handle cheaters, so you just brush it…

Of course there’s no option for me to report this issue for me alone because you won’t respond to account issues. I swapped my daily challenge to get the same exact daily challenge. Fix your **** game and stop being greedy.

Matchmaking/Shuffler
Unrig the matchmaking and the shuffler. How is it I can make it to diamond tier 2 with relatively no issues, yet once I get there it’s win/loss/win/loss/win/loss, and often fueled by a terrible starting hand, and terrible mulligans. If I have 2 lands in hand, and all of my few high drops, why when I mulligan am I getting 1 land and high drops? Why are you trying to make people think they need to spend money on the game to do well? Maybe if you made matchmaking and the shuffler fair, we would want to. Yet we have…

Infinite combos should not time out their opponents.
I have nothing against infinite combos, but they should not time out their opponents while the combo is cycling, especially when the combo is based on an effect that can only be played as a sorcery.
Case in point, I had two hourglass tokens when my opponent started an infinite combo using Chitinous Crawler and Marketback Walker (being cast repeatedly with X equal 0) and I had to keep clicking to let stuff resolve (wasting my hourglass tokens) while they cycled through the combo to find their kill card.

Bug with Cyclonic rift
Cyclonic Rift is bugged on Arena. No permanents leave the battlefield after Cyclonic Rift is cast.

Fate of the Sun-Cryst Bug
I was playing a Premier Final Fantay Draft. During my 4th game, i tried to cast my Fate of the Sun-Cryst targeting my opponent's creature token but it didn't let me. I had to target another permanent. During the other games it worked fine. I request a reimburst for the draft. Thanks.

New cards not showing up in deck editor/collection
Hello,
I have packed the following cards from the Final Fantasy: Clash Across Time (FCA) set in MTG Arena:
Zidane Tribal
The Shadow Lord
However, both cards currently appear greyed out and unusable in deckbuilding, despite being legitimately owned.This is causing confusion and preventing me from using these cards in decks.
Could you please investigate and fix this issue? I would also appreciate any compensation if applicable, as this bug affects my gameplay experience.

Vivi Ornitier ability bug
I was playing in the qualifier weekend event, and I think I found a bug which made me lost a match.
I had a Vivi with a +1/1 counter and a voldaren thrillseeker exiled with Agatha’s cauldron. The opponent played a removal in my Vivi at the end of my turn, with me tapped out. However, Vivi’s ability to generate mana should be allowed to be used in my end step (I would generate a mana and sac them with the Voldaren exiled with the cauldron. It made me lose that game, since I couldn’t remove his creature in response.…

Fight with Fire bug
I copied a kicked Fight with Fire but wasn't allowed to assign damage as I wanted, it made me assign the 10 damage as 2, 4, and 4. I did not have the option to select only one target, when it was asking for targets the ‘submit’ button would not brighten, or indicate it was correctly targeting, until 3 targets were selected.

Card search issue that caused by unicode equivalent
For smooth communication, this issue written in English.
I have tried searching “ライフ” that means “life” in Japanese. But search result also showed “library” related cards. “library” spelled in Japanese is “ライブラリ”.
This issue caused by unicode equivalence in card database. Card texts in database were stored as combination of Japanese charactor “フ” and Japanese diacritic dakuten “゛”.
This issue often happens when windows software reads text written by macOS.
It is very irritating. Search results should not include unrelated cards.

Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I completed level 49 of the Mastery Pass today. I have already purchased the Mastery pass to receive the extra rewards. I should have received 2 mythic rare cards from the Final Fantasy set but did not receive anything.
