How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Player with cards that Don't exist in MTGA
I just played a game on MTGA against someone who had cards that don't exist in MTGA. They are physical cards, but MTGA does not recognize them when you search for them. MTGA will not let you import a deck list with the card in it.

High Token Count Issues are Costing Players Games
Impending DragonStorm, Extravagant Replication , and Doubling Season in play with multiple copies. Land should have triggered an army of dragons, instead I got ZERO dragons because your game I pay HARD WORKING money to cant do math. I'm a little upset, please fix this. It's really annoying

disruptor flute cannot choose a card name in Japanese
I can not specify card names in Japanese in Disruptor flute.
I’m able to select cards that have already appeared in the game, but I could not choose from the full list of cards.
Even after selecting “Show all”, no cards were displayed.

Emrakul, The World Anew Madness Cast Issue Arena
I cast Refute to counter a spell and had six untapped islands available after the cast, in the discard selection I discarded Emrakul, The World Anew, it gave the option to Madness cast for six, but it would not allow me to pay using my six islands. As far as I know the 6 colorless mana is not restricted from being paid for by colored mana, I believe a bug has the system in Arena thinking that it specifically has to be “colorless” mana. If this could get resolved that would be fantastic.

Bruvac the Grandiloquent
Direct bug issue - Bruvac, as a commander, procs his double mill ability even if still in the command zone.

Ponder
I found a bug while using the Ponder card. After playing it, the top three cards of the deck are revealed. After I choose which card will stay on top, I activate the option to buy the card, but the card that comes to my hand is neither the one I chose nor any of the three previous options.

Draft with friends
Please add a draft with friends option. There's already a constructed with friends option. Why not add a draft with friends option. Just base it on the current mtga draft calender. It would bring quite a few of my friends to arena.

Prismatic bridge causing game crash when activated on android.

Firebender Ascension and the Earth King
Firebender Ascension does not trigger when you attack with a creature power 4 or greater while the Earth King is on your battlefield, which should as it is an attack that triggers an ability. It seems Firebender Ascension correctly triggers when an attacking creature triggers its own ability, but not when it triggers the ability of a different creature.

Matchmaking
I have a deck using all commons/uncommon and purely basic lands. For some strange reason I still get matched against all rare/mythic meta decks. This can't be right

60 CARD DECKS EVENTS MIDWEEK CHEAP CHEATERS PERFECT CARDS HOW DO I WIN
How do I f****** win one of these events when every single time I play a card the guy has a perfect card to counter every single ******* game like what the f*** is the point of f****** playing the game. What a f****** joke man every single f****** time the guy is a f****** card for every f****** card I play. It's a f****** joke. What a f****** waste of time

impending is not a creature
if the impending ability specifically states that it's not a creature while it has any time counters on it, why is it that it gains the benefits of when you cast your next creature spell put a +1/+1 counter on it? Does Impending count as a creature or not? If not then why does it get counters ? And if it does why can't it be countered by counter target creature spell? You guys really need to get your act together, instead of worrying so much about trying to rope in new whiney players that wont stay when you have…

Arena frustration – Draft is the only playable format
Dear Magic Team,
I have been a Magic player for years, and I must be honest: Arena is becoming increasingly frustrating. Constructed formats are almost unplayable due to overpowered cards like Collected Company, and games are often decided by turn 3–4. There is almost no middle ground: either one player dominates immediately, or loses immediately.
Draft is currently the only format that still delivers real Magic gameplay. But even there, it has limitations: expensive, only current sets are available, and little variety. Arena cannot sustain long-term player engagement under these conditions.

Stressful time pressure - Proposed solution: Choose a difficulty level that sets the time limits...
Hello dear Arena team,
one of my personal wishes for 2026... ;-)
The time limits in the matches are much too short, especially for beginners. On the other hand, most experienced players prefer a fast game.
This could easily be solved by choosing a personal difficulty level: the settings should allow players to choose whether they want to be classified as a “beginner,” “hobby player,” “pro,” or “master.” Depending on the choice, the time slots available should be set accordingly:
Beginner: time window x 4
Hobby: time window x 2
Pro: time window x 1
Master: time window x 1/2…

Necromancy
Necromancy does not sacrifice itself like it should when cast by Infamous Cruelclaw. Infamous Cruelclaw has an alternate casting cost that happens during the damage step of combat. Necromancy should sacrifice itself if it was cast at any time a sorcery couldn't be cast. Any point during combat meets that requirement. However Necromancy fails to sacrifice itself come cleanup step.

ドラフトを行いたかったので、3,400ジェム(3,000円)の決済をしたが、ジェムの購入をしたと表示されたが、チャージがされていなかった。
2回同様のことをしたが同じくジェムは付与されておらず、再ログインしたら2回分の決済が走っていた。
1回分の課金をしたいので、2回目のチャージ分は返金してください。1 vote -
Interaction error
On IOS, I cast an enchantment spell [Crescent Island Temple] and in response, my opponent cast an instant spell [Origin of Metalbending] to destroy it while my enchantment was still on the stack. The enchantment was destroyed, but the ETB effect of my Temple never actuated, i.e. I never got my 1/1 Prowess Monk creature.
Since the Instant wasn’t a counter, but a destroy effect, it can’t destroy the enchantment until after it’s on the battlefield, therefore, I should have gotten the effect, even if it got destroyed immediately.

Screen freeze
I was playing ranked, end of ranked i'm trying to get to #250, i was very close and my game froze when i was checking cards exiled with "Keen-eyed curator" while my "monument of endurance" triggers were on the stack, the game froze and i couldnt click the option i wanted anymore, tryed restarting the game, but when i came back the turn was passed, i'm really disapointed, the ranked is pretty hard to accomplish, i'm not being able to play tomorrou (31/12/2025) because of the new year family parties, this is really sad... i'm going to continue trying but…
