How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

first card ixalan
When opening new packs from Ixalan, I will get the first card indicator randomly. The border that usually indicates the first of a card entering my collection does not indicate a first card. In fact it has no relation to whether I have the card in my collection or not. I will receive the border for cards that I already have (when opening several packs in a row it is easy to see duplicates as they pass), and also cards that I don't have in my collection will similarly be missing a border. Alchemy Packs in Mail
In the Alchemy: Murders of Karlov Manor mail where we received 3 packs. Opening these packs resulted in no cards and crashed my game. When I reopen the game, the packs aren't there and I don't have any new cards in my collection.

Wildcards to replace Fragment Reality
With the March 5 2024 Alchemy rebalancing, please give us wildcards to replace our Fragment Reality cards. The card's effect has completely changed and had anybody known this was coming (not a ban but a complete rewrite) they would have never procured them.

Game won’t let me log in
I can’t log in on my phone it keeps saying waiting on server than says the authorization timed out if I hit reconnect I get a black screen if I re open the app it’s black screen again if I delete and redownload it it doesn’t work again if I log out and try to log back in again it doesn’t work

Match Making BS
I've noticed on several occasions that the Brawl matchmaking especially seems to favor opponents who's decks counter my own perfectly. If I'm playing a mono-red aggro deck, i will be matched up against a midrange or control deck that makes me unable to play the game. Even after updating the deck list to try and fix the flaws in my list, the opponent's deck just "happens" to perfectly counter the adjustments. Or even worse, mirror matches with the same commander, but more focused on a strategy that counters my own and wins much quicker. this has been a problem I've…

Wording Issue - Faunsbane Troll
The card Faunsbane Troll states that you can sacrifice an aura attached to it to fight another creature. It does not state "an aura you control" - my opponent attached Stab Wound to my Troll and I progressed through to my next main phase assuming I could sacrifice the Stab Wound since there is no statement about the aura being one I control. I lost the match due to subsequent events leading to my loss of the Troll. Frustrating and very poor wording that should have been corrected by now.

Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayel transform ability won’t work while opponents have adventure spells in exile
In iPhone OS, if an opponent has only one card in hand and one adventure in exile. Their hand is improperly showing two cards which won’t let Acaloztz transform. The adventure mechanic clearly states it is in exile and can be cast from exile, so this shouldn’t show as a card currently in hand. The temple of the dead transform should transform if they have 1 card or fewer in hand. I’ve seen players possibly intentionally keeping the cards in exile to prevent me transforming back into Acaloztz.

Card effect malfunction, Rhonas the Indomitable activated effect, in game interaction
Rhonas the Indomitable's activated effect, to spend Green & 2 in order to give another creature +2 attack and trample, malfunctioned when activated a second time in the same turn, instead consuming the mana, and not altering the board in any way. The first activation worked as intended, there was no card effect to counter the activation or effect, and it is not a
mayclause; if you activate the effect, it MUST target a creature and proceed towards resolving.

Bug
I’ve currently had an issue with this bug for multiple games. The issue is when you use the alternate casting of fires of invention to cast Koma, the cosmos serpent. The game crashes, when you try to go back on to arena, it keeps crashing. I’m able to log back into the game after a couple of minutes. I’m playing on IOS.

Reckless Crew With No Vehicles Bug
Reckless Crew always creates tokens, but does not allow you to put equipment on the tokens created if you control no vehicles.
I have used the card many times now in different situations, and it always creates the tokens, but the only time the prompt to put equipment on the tokens comes up is if you have one or more vehicles on the field.
For my first few times using this card, it was being used in a deck with equipment and no vehicles. The prompt to put equipment on the tokens never came up.

Market Gnome Exile Bug
I exiled Market Gnome from my graveyard with the "Craft" Ability of Spring-Loaded Sawblades and I didn't draw a card or gain a life. Market Gnome did trigger when I sacrificed it to put it in the graveyard.

Preacher of the Schism
Preacher of the Schism doesnt work as it put in the text.
It put "Whenever Preacher of the Schism attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, create a 1/1 white Vampire creature token with lifelink."
So if a player attacks with it having 19 life and the defender player has 20, the defender player should create the token, but I foud that he attaks and create the token anyway, having lees life than me.
Or I dont understand the card, or there is a mistake in that one

When editing deck
The new update has caused battle in the filters to come on and not let you select the land tab if you switch off battle it switches off the land filter AND REPEAT I can't search for land cards please fix im on android

iPad app crashes after update first week of February 2024
Playing games in Standard format, Arena closes itself at random times, usually at a change in game phase. I played several historic format games and had no issue. I then tried standard again and client closed itself 6 times by turn 4.

BUG: Interaction between Ojer Axonil and Sunfire Torch
When sacrificing Sunfire Torch to deal 2 damage to an opponent, Ojer Axonil will not trigger to adjust the damage output.

Crash
The game crashes about every other match after starting a match. Once it crashes once, it continues to crash every time I open the app for a few minutes. I’m on iOS.

You cannot pay with life when casting "Bitter Triumph"
When I cast Bitter Triumph, I either discard a card or pay 3 life as an additional cost to cast the spell. However, depending on the timing, you may not be able to pay life even if you have life, and you can only choose to discard cards.
