How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTG Arena for Mac on Steam
Please release MTG Arena for Mac on Steam. Currently MTG Arena itself is supported on Mac, but can only be installed on Epic. Adding it to Steam would make it easier for me to recommend, especially to friends and family that are less familiar with gaming and have only heard of Steam.

Add deck type "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced" to direct challenge
At this time, the only option for playing brawl in direct challenge matches is the deck type "Friendly Brawl."
All other brawl deck types ("Standard Brawl," "Historic Brawl," and "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced") are loaded into the direct challenge as deck type "Friendly Brawl."
Consequently, Alchemy Rebalanced cards are automatically switched for the original, non-rebalanced cards in those decks : there is currently no way to play Alchemy Rebalanced cards in brawl matches using direct challenge.
This results in a situation where players cannot 100% replicate the public queue "Standard Brawl" and "Historic Brawl" play experiences in a direct challenge versus…

Can spark PLEASE STFU??
Spark continues to "educate" me about my limited and constructed rank EVERY TIME I go into profile, it's incredibly irritating.
Please fix before I lose it, spark is almost as bad as clippy.

Friend challenge keeps bugging out after 2 or 3 games. we become Desynched
When me and my friend Direct challenge each other, sometimes after 1 game or 2 or 3, we no longer can fight each other because it says on his screen he gets to join the game but "waiting for opponent" which ultimately leads to a draw but on my screen, as soon as I choose a deck it says "waiting for server" and the loading wheel but then eventually it says "Unable to submit deck" or "network error" and I cannot cancel the screen or play anything else due to my decks showing a locked symbol or it says "Waiting…

I can't see Side board cards on Decks page.
I can't see Side board cards on Decks page.
So I can't construct decks.
When I picked a card from Sideboardtab, one after another other Sideboard card pop up.
I want to buil deck soon.

chorus counter not increasing properly on chorus cards
This bug doesn't occur every game, I am unsure what conditions activate it. I play a deck with surveil and explore mechanics. Sometimes a few of my chorus cards don't update, while others do; for example I'll have "Collossal chorus" in my hand, play "mycellic Ballad" and the chorus counter on "Collossal chorus" remains at 2. In the same game, I draw a Collossal Chorus whoch does reflect the count increase.

Sideboard isn't showing during construction. Can't really play constructed until this gets fixed.

Fix Quick Draft
How to report a bug
1. I was in a quick draft event before the most recent update. The game can no longer find an opponent and it sits "currently waiting" for 10+ minutes.- PC
No match is ever found for my quick draft event that was started before the update.It should match me against an opponent in under 2 mins.

quick draft lost caverns
I can't get into a game in 'quick draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan'. I can queue up, but the queue-screen just says "currently waiting" and nothing happens. I built my deck two days ago and can't play it. I can get into games in other gamemodes normally.

Matchmaking for Quick Draft LCI broken, never find a match
Quick draft matchmaking is taking forever, I never find a match. This started today after the update and release of Outlaws of Thunder Junction. I attached screen shots showing I waited more than nine minutes and counting.

Koi Pet (Digital Origami Fish)
Folded Koi pet (fish) is missing from my game.....
It is literally my favorite pet and after paying $50 in arena for it it means a lot to me. I do but don't care about money. I would love me pet back.12 votes -
Sideboard only showing 4/15 cards when in deckbuilding
I am trying to modify my sideboard for my timeless Bo3 with the new set just dropping. My sideboard states that it has 15 cards in it, but only my companion and 3 additional cards show. I have not modified anything. I am able to add cards, but then it says that I am over the 15 card limit.

While playing Sparky and you cast a card the whole game freezes
While playing Sparky and you cast a card the whole game freezes, sometimes for a couple seconds, sometimes indefinitely, you can interact with the screen and pets but card will not resolve so you're only able to concede OR Sparky will concede if you leave it there for a couple of minutes.

Your app won't load after the update
First of all, your bug report forums have one of the worst user experiences I've ever seen in my entire life. Truly a testament to how little you care about your players.
Second, your bugfest of an app isn't loading after the KTK update. If it's not too much trouble, could you maybe make your GAME WORK FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIVES?????

Game crashes when I cast Koma, Cosmos Serpent while playing on iPhone
Every time I cast Koma Cosmos Serpent while playing MTG Arena on my iPhone, not only does it immediately crash but it will continue to crash as soon as it reloads. This is infuriating.

"congratulations on reaching spark rank"
The graphic and voice pop up "congratulations on reaching spark rank" plays every time I go to the home screen. Clicking through doesn't clear it, it just plays again. Logging out and logging in doesn't clear it. It just plays over and over and over again, every time the home screen loads.

Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Post Game Update - Outlaws of Thunder Junction
After today's game update (Outlaws of Thunder Junction)
The status page shows everything is supposed to be operational again.
However, I cannot connect to the server. I get the following error after ot
Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later.

Product Suggestion Leave Historic Alone
With the new Alchemy format, can we please have it separated from Historic? You are going to be nerfing cards considering the standard environment, please leave them alone for Historic decks.
