How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. World Breaker is Red instead of Green

    Why does the top of the card of "World Breaker" appear red on Arena when it's upposed to be green ?

  2. Toxrill sludge counter didn't affect 1/1 token creature

    Opponent finished their turn by playing Awaken the woods, creating 7x 1/1 Forest Dryad land creature tokens. On my turn I played Toxrill the Corrosive. At the end of my turn, per toxrill's ability, I was expecting a sludge counter to be placed on each Forest Dryad, resulting in a -1/-1, thus killing all 7. Instead, the sludge counter appeared, but all 7 remained on the battlefield. No other enchantments were on the battlefield which would have protected the Forest Dryad.   3. vengeant earth 

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

      I have no blockers. My opponent declares attackers. Then I play this to turn a land into a 4/4. Arena then auto skips my declare blockers. I've lost 2 games to this. I should have priority to declare blockers right? Or am I doing something wrong? The first draft this happened in I thought I messed up. In the second I was pretty sure the game was skipping priority for me.

  4. WRENN AND REALMBREAKER,THE MEATHOOK MASSACRE,RECKLESS BARBARIAN.

    WRENN AND REALMBREAKER,THE MEATHOOK MASSACRE,RECKLESS BARBARIAN.

    There is a combination with these 3 cards that I believe to be very broken in the game.

    When you have Wrenn and Realmbreaker's "emblem" with The Meathook Massacre in play, casting Reckless Barbarian and sacrificing it causes an endless loop of 1 damage without ever passing turn. Was this intended?

  5. Wild card count not increasing after open packs

    Opened the last pack for the free wild card for a mythic then later today for a rare and did not receive them. checked before opening and after. Amount of wildcards on my account remained the same.

  6. Creature did not deal 3x damage when City on Fire on the battlefield

    Creature did not deal 3x damage when City on Fire on the battlefield. I attacked an a 4 power creature, with City on Fire out, only did 4 damage (instead of 12 damage)

  7. mid draft ranked match disconect

    I would like the refund of my draft since my internet is fine yet i keep getting frozen mid match ( that i was going to likely win )
    So, i would like to receive the 1500 gems refund.

    have a filter for people who dont like battle cards..like an option of dont play with player who use them. or poison cards planes walkers...

  10. Unable to channel Shigeki when One with the Multiverse is in play.

    I had a One with the Multiverse in play and tried to channel Shigeki on my turn. I was presented with three options. Cast normal. Cast for 0. Channel Shigeki. If I tried to channel, it would just cast him instead.

  11. can't play with freinds

    If i play with a friend we get always a issue after a few games.
    1. We get a very long loading and after that we are getting the following Messages.

    we both are playing with a smartphone and the other combination ist smartphone with pc

    The Issue arrives very often

    And why i can write this text without beeing loggedin.
    And please redesigne the Loginbutton.

  12. opponent timer freeze, then i lost the game

    bug occured on PC
    I played in the pauper event, it was my opponent turn, he had 2 tolarian terror, one buffed, declare attack phase. But his timer was running, i though he was AFK ...
    after some time, he attacked me, i cound'nt respond with spells or block the attack, i just lost the game to this.
    It's like it was my timer that end (but i could'nt do anythink)
    Network code issue ? hack from my opponent ?

    Mastery Step 70 Gix Exquisite Sleeve animation is glitched keeps cycling and the sound of the card continues even when the mastery section is closed only way to stop the repeating audio is to exit and restart

  15. Kessig naturalists ability interrupted by instants

    When Kessig naturalist attacks, if the opponent casts an instant spell to destroy or exile Kessig naturalist the ability to make mana is interrupted and forces a timeout resulting in your turn getting skipped.

  16. Cephalopod sentry copies lose its ability

    Using Urza, Prince of Kroog, I created a copy of my Cephalopod sentry. I expected it to keep its ability that states "Cephalopod sentry's power is equal to the number of artifacts you control", but instead it lost that ability and remained a 1/1. Urza's ability does state that it becomes a 1/1, but I expected it to keep its ability and change power. I'm not a rules expert so I'm not actually sure if this is a bug or working as intended.

  17. App Windows crash

    How is it possible to have so many app crashes?

    Version: 2023.23.10.4440.985016

    On every match, I've between 3 to 10 app windows crashes...
    Please do unit testing and integration testing before deploy...

    I'm fed up.
    2 years and bugs are still there .

    please focus on bug fixes instead of deploy new features/new cards, we don't care at all !!!

  19. Glissa sunslayer pop-up windows with 3 options made the game crash

    Glissa sunslayer pop-up windows with 3 options made the game crash.
    Triggered activity was resolving.
    I had the choice between 3 options.
    I minimized the window to review the battlefield current state.
    When I tried to get back to the 3 options window, the screen was blank, I couldn't see anything, or click on anything relevant...
    timer went out and forced me to concede the game.
