How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Online matches not working
On IOS, online matches not working. Crazy / freeze at the stage of deciding turn order. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

Game frozen on iOS
On iOS, the game freezes at turn 16. Unable to resolve effects or move forward with the game.
This is on the direct game against sparky.

Draft with friends
Please add a draft with friends option. There's already a constructed with friends option. Why not add a draft with friends option. Just base it on the current mtga draft calender. It would bring quite a few of my friends to arena.

Reward count not working
The daily win reward and killing opponent creatures reward is not working.

iOS connection
Often times on my iOS devices, I will lose signal with the game and force me to restart it upon getting back into the game my opponent will have had five turns and I will have nothing on top of which in my most recent restart my screen bugged out to the tutorial screen but extremely broken.

iOS mobile deck building
After todays update the menu of deck type is crashed on iOS iPad.
Also another thing while creating a deck on mobile version of mtga there is a problem with creating sideboard. Please fix this

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. I don’t have the app…

'Select Companion' list is empty
Per the screenshot, there are no companions found in the Select Companion list.
This occurs regardless if building a new deck or editing an existing one.
I have attached a screenshot showing that I do indeed own various companions.

MTG Arena Status - not working
The website https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ is not working probably. When i go to the website, it tells me "All systems operational", even though they are not. The Avatar Premier Draft game I was just playing crashed, and now I cant enter a new one. I have seen others complain about it. Still the website says that there are no problems...

Game not working 28.12.25
Games either do not queue at all, or eventually load and neither player is showed a hand or any sort of timer. Concede button does not work. I have tried the 'Repair game files' option. I have checked the 'Status' page (which claims there are no incidents reported. I have tried using a VPN to use servers in different countries and on different continents. Nothing works. The game is apparently not functioning at all.

Brawl Not Working
"Unable to join event. Please try again later." This is displayed every time I try to start a Brawl match. The format is 100% broken for me as a result. It is so frustrating on the official Arena status page it says all is working, even when thousands of people are reporting major issues.

Can’t see cards in Premium draft Midnight Hunt iOS
Hi guys, I’d like a refund on my Premium draft. 1/2 way through the draft I can’t see any cards…The time counts down but can’t see or select anything. The game chooses a card for me. Screenshot below. IOS iPad player btw

Card styles not working in mobile client
Purchased card styles are not appearing in-game on iOS. They show up in the deck builder as selected, and they work in game on PC for me, but only the default styles are showing in mobile for the last couple weeks.

Loading screen looping on iOS, cannot play the game
Only when I play on iOS, any time I queue for a game, the loading screen goes on ad infinitum (literally hours if I let it) after showing ‘waiting for opponent’
I am completely unable to queue on the platform, despite having full access to the store, my decks, profile, etc

(iOS) Cannot leave Deck Details view, forced to discard changes when editing deck
I see that people have mentioned this bug but I have just figured out how to reliably reproduce this. It's a very annoying bug because if you make a lot of changes you will lose all progress due to this bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any deck
2. Remove at least one card from the deck
3. Click on the deck name to open the Deck Details screen (the one that shows the mana curve, card stats, etc.)
4. Try to go back to the Deck Builder screen by tapping the back arrow buttonBehavior:

Italian server is not working

Planeswalkers not working
Planeswalkers not working- I play a planes walker and it never gives me the option to activate it. This is with multiple different planeswalkers and in multiple separate games.

Maskwood Nexus not working with earthbend
Maskwood Nexus is not working with earthbend. On a board with it, white lotus reinforcement, and an earthbended land creature. The creature is a 1/1. It should be a 2/2.
