Games freeze after update 02/24/2026
Hello,
I am reporting a persistent game freeze (soft-lock) occurring on my Poco X6 5G (Android/HyperOS) since the latest update. The game completely freezes whenever I or my opponent activate an artifact or certain spells.
Although the screen freezes, the turn timer continues to run in the background, leading to unfair losses in both Ranked and Play queues. This makes the game unplayable on this device.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Performed a clean re-installation of the app.
Cleared the Android System WebView cache and updated it.

Avatar premium draft is down
Avatar Premium Draft Bugged and Disappeared.
I am using a Windows PC and accessing Arena through Steam.
I paid 1500 gems to enter a premium avatar draft. After I completed the draft, I was stuck in a clearly glitchy queue. I reset MTG Arena and the same issue occurred again.
Now the premium draft is gone and so are my gems.
Id like to be refunded for gems I spent.6 votes -
Not getting cosemetic reward in MWM
This time (25/02) and the previous MWM (18/02) when I got my 3rd win the server produced no reward upon completing its "Waiting..." procedure. It happened to me before with some of the previous sets and also after the alchemy set release, iirc. I suspect that it tries to reward me with an alchemy card style and I already own most of them (well, for A-ELC and A-EOE I own all of them) so it naturally gives me nothing. I believe it is a bug as it should pull from a larger pool of styles than the last alchemy set.

Bug: Edits to deck weren't there on starting next match in sealed event
In the Arena Direct Lorwyn Ecliped play booster box sealed event, I made a change to my deck after the second game, swapping out Glen Elendra's Answer for a Gallant Fowlknight. I clicked done and went into my next match, but I noticed these strange things about the next match:
- It had a different background and different music to the normal Lorwyn Eclipsed match arena
- My deck changes hadn't been applied, so I was stuck in that match with the old version of my deck (which I noticed immediately because the Glen Elendra's Answer that I'd subbed out was in…

Game crashes mid game
Mobile Android 2026.57.0.5694.1241037
Game appears to halt all user input mid game, causing major delays and game losses. Appears sparattic, but when it occurs, causes the game to become unplayable for the user. Multiple causes for thr crash include: opponent activating the ability of a map token, creatures dying as a state based action due to damage, resolving abilities of class enchantments, etc. When the bug gets triggeted, it ignores all user input and will not resolve the spell or ability on the stack, causing a "timeout" for the user.

Not getting quest credit or rewards
Matchmaking took a long time and showed some odd poems from the Listener. Then I played 3 matches, but only got Quest rewards for one of them. Black/blue spells didn't increment, and I didn't get gold/xp for wins.

hacking opponent
It seems from reading many different discussions that players and my self are experiencing land issues. What i mean by this is i can not get land to draw from my library, or if i do get lands i get flooded with them. Either way the matches get ruined by terrible shuffle system. But i suspect its actually hackers rigging the matches. its only us that suffer with not lands but out opponents all get mana EVERY turn. Seems very suspicious to me. I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in

Since the most recent update, numerous bugs that completely halt game progression have been widely reported on social media (SNS) and the official bug reporting form. Specifically, the game crashes when trigger stacks resolve, or when tokens are sacrificed or die. Despite these extensive reports, we have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment from your team, leaving players frustrated and helpless.
At present, a wide variety of bugs have been submitted via the bug reporting form, but many of them—objectively speaking—have been left unresolved for years. This makes the bug reporting system appear largely ineffective.

Lorwyn update
I've been playing MTG Arena on my smartphone regularly and as soon as the Lorwyn update initiated and after it has been completed, the app no longer works.
When I try open up the game, it loads as usual but as it wants to open the initial interface, it kicks out to my phone's home screen with no error warning.
Please advise

Bug/ user interface completely unusable on mtga mobile
Started a premier lorwyn draft on mobile. Background was everything on the homepage piled into the centre which made it difficult to see what I was drafting, persisted even after restart. During gameplay same issue with everything piled into the centre of screen. Game unplayable.

Complete crash of everything

I don't know wgat happened, but after the previous update the game became almost unplayable. Till then I played in my Android phone exclusively. Spanish Version Wildcard Menu
On the Spanish version of the game, when looking at your wildcards, the menu has inconsistent text. Where [X] is the number of the given card it says:
"[X] comunes" ([X] commons)
"[X] poco comunes" ([X] uncommons)
"[X] raros" ([X] rares)
and then it changes
"Miticos: [X]" (Mythics: [X])That is inconsistent and needs to be fixed. Either change the mythics to match the format of the others: "[X] miticos" or change all the others to "[Card Rarity]: [X]"

Hare Apparent, and "any number of cards named .." cards should be banned in Mid Week Magic Events.
We've all been there. Excited to try out a new format, and then you're just matched with one of THOSE decks. Hare Apparent is currently the worst offender because it's easily obtainable in Foundations
"a deck can have any number of cards named ..." should be banned from Mid Week Magic, because nobody is happy to see how their new deck pairs up against the kid who couldn't be bothered to do their homework, or research anything, and throws out the hare minimum to get by. Sure it's interesting to face it at other casual times as a rare challenge…

All Numerical values Are Blacked Out
I'm reporting an issue I've been encountering while using the MTG Arena Mobile app. All numbers are Blacked out / replaced by black or blue squares. Life totals, daily quests coin values, creature's power and toughness, and any any buffs or alterations to creatures seem to be affected. I haven't noticed any card text differences, other than creatures P &T. I have updated the app, tried closing out the app and reopening it, and lastly restarted my phone. Nothing has changed.

Match was quit when I was about to win
I didn't manage to screenshot this, but I was in the middle of a Lorwyn Eclipsed draft game and on the penultimate turn when I was about to win, a message came up saying "Waiting for Server", and then the program simply took me back to the draft menu screen.
This negatively impacted my draft experience, especially given I had just spent money on gems to draft.
I unfortunately was unable to capture the exact moment as I was not sure what was happening until it was already over.

Powered Cube Prizing Inaccurate
The prizing for Powered Cube Traditional Draft is issuing a different number of packs than indicated on the event information inside Arena. Hovering over the prizing for 3 wins, it states "Reward: 2,500 gems & 3 Cube Prize Packs & 2 Packs". However, the actual prizing issued for 3 wins was 2,500 gems, TWO Cube Prize Packs, and THREE Packs. This means everyone going 3-0 had been issued a regular pack instead of a Cube Prize Pack as shown on the event page within Arena.

Jump In! Screwed up mana bases, misleading color pack choices
Jump In! continues to show packs that are say, Blue + Black, only for it to be mono Blue with one or two split-cost cards and then shove a bunch of Swamp into the mana base. This is entirely misleading and completely messes up the mana base, making the play experience miserable at times. Screenshot included for the Midweek Magic Lorwyn Jump In; this is not the first time I've run into this problem. However here I chose what was advertised as UB and the second pack advertised as UW, only to end up with basically an Azorius UW deck…

Suggestions to improve player experience
Dear Team,
First of all, congratulations on the game. I would like to share a few suggestions that, in my opinion, could further improve the player experience and long-term engagement.
Please find my ideas organized below:
- Permanent rank recognitionAfter each ranked season reset, it would be great if the game kept some form of visual recognition for players who have already reached certain ranks, such as:
Emblems
Character frames or borders
Cosmetic items that can be displayed on the player profile
This rewards effort, reinforces progression, and adds prestige within the community.

I am having an issue with Sparky though. I have reached Rank 3 in the spark rank, but the quest won't complete.
