   Title says it all, tried opening a tarkir dragonstorm pack I bought on-sale, got an empty alert/pop-up that just said “OK” and pack disappeared. I should’ve screenshotted it but forgot to, I’m mainly submitting this because the fact I lost the pack and the gold ****** me off.

   Running latest version of the app on iOS. Don’t know if the steps to reproduce will be helpful, but just purchase the Tarkir-pack in “Daily Deals” (if you dare), then try to open it.

2. Missing Mystic Pack

   Playing on Galaxy Tablet. Just won Alchemy Game. This got me to the next step on the Mastery Track which happend to award me a standard pack. I did not go and open the Standard pack straight away. Wining the game also completed the daily Spells event and tipped my gold over the threshold to buy another pack. So I went to the store an purchased a Mythic Pack. After this I went to the Pack expecting to find two packs and open them. The was only to Basic pack to open, the one from the mastery track. The Mythic Pack was not there, but the gold is now gone! Next time I will make sure I open all packs as I get them.

3. Mythic Rank Not Changing after Several Games

   Playing via Steam client on Linux.
   I am currently 5-0 in an ATLA premier draft.
   After my first game my rank was #1512. After each game, up and including the one I just completed, it's still displayed as #1512.

   Wan Shi Tong, Librarian cannot be counter by Spell Snare.
   Wan Shi Tong, Librarian has a mana cost of (X)(U(U). This should mean that the card has a converted mana cost of (2).
   Spell Snare counters a spell with a converted mana cost of 2. However, several times during a game I played on 3/8/26, I should have been given the opportunity to cast my Spell Snare since there being nothing legally preventing me from countering my opponent's Wan Shi Tong, Librarian. However, I did not have the opportunity to cast it. This caused me to lose my match.

5. Purchasing issue

   None of my Product code redemptions or purchases through the store on both PC and mobile ever get sent to me directly. I always have to contact Customer Support and input tickets. Not once since I made my account have I had a straight forward Redemption/Purchase. The most recent was purchasing the two pre-release bundles for TMNT on Arena. Was told it was resolved and in the future to report bugs on this reporting page. It's been 8 days since "Solved" and no product was given and I have to wait another weekend for this team to respond....

6. Stuck on opening screen

   Stuck on this screen for a few days now, tried reinstalling, Using vpn, unplugging LAN cable, and even used 3rd party apps to cleanly uninstall and reinstall the game.

   Im using specs way above recommended for this game with a ryzen 7 7700x, 5060, and 32gb of ddr5 ram with my internet also running at 500mbps

9. vigilance on creatures out of no were

   vigilance on creatures without it out of no were on both sides losing lots of xp from this please fix cant recreate because it happens with me at different times and other players never the same just keep seeing it and nothing giving the vigilance on either side i have a few cards that have vigilance but these only happen with one creature or a few at different time

10. Sparky is Back

    I have been playing for well over a year now and completed the tutorial long ago, but despite this Sparky has started giving the 'What an adventure -- you're well on your way to becoming a great planeswalker' talk every time I go to the home screen from anywhere on my Android. I have tried repairing the files and there have now been at least two updates rolled out since this problem started and still nothing so I am making a post about it.

    I was playing in the All-Access Brawl Modified Metagame Challenge. My opponent cast a Witherbloom Command with the first and third modes, targeting themselves and my Siren Stormtamer. I sacrificed my Siren Stormtamer to counter the spell, but it still resolved, milling them for 3 and returning a land to their hand. Though a minor interaction, this interaction did contribute to me losing the game.

    Now, I understand that, by sacrificing my Siren Stormtamer, it was no longer on the battlefield, but afaict the Witherbloom Command was still targeting a creature I controlled, as targets are announced on cast, and therefore the spell should have been countered and not resolved.

    I am an incredibly skilled wizard and therefore have no doubt I will still win out the event, but this still feels like an unearned loss—assuming I'm correct on how the rules work.

    Should this come up again: Am I just misunderstanding the rules here, or did the client not behave as it should have?

12. time out for token triggers

    There are a lot of posts stating that there is an issue when token doubling causes an exceptional amount of stack triggers.

    I have a proposed solution in your coding:

    You should treat any trigger that is
    -a duplicate
    -repeated more than 10 times in a row with no interceding trigger
    -stacks on top of such a trigger
    -the 250 token limit has been reached

    Then, ask each player in succession of priority whether they want to break the "infinite loop triggers", acting as if they are infinite.

    Give the players a "stop point" (i.e.- after how many triggers would you like to place a stop?) and each player gets ONE interaction to stop the loop if so desired.

    during THIS interaction, keep the timers active as normal.

    once each player has responded, pause the clocks and resolve the triggers (and skip the visuals before and after the "infinite loop" stop)

    then, restart the clocks. This should reduce server lag, as I am sure that the visuals of tracking the triggers while also representing them visually becomes a bandwidth hog. If you could get both players to trigger an override once it has been determined that neither player wants a delay-of-game to end their next turn or force a concede to their opponent, and would opt to skip visuals in favor of a more interactive gameplay experience, you would not only fix the issue, but allow the players to have a say in the event that they wanted most, but not all of the triggers to resolve before an interaction (as, when a player can deal 10 damage if the opponent has exactly 10 life, but then waiting until "gain life" triggers got the opponents' life total to exactly 10 and then breaking the chain to interact).

    You will also reduce server lag and improve the overall player experience.

    I am proposing a solution because this interaction has lost me several ranked games where I should have won on my next turn (or later in the saem turn), but the timeouts have caused me to pass through the end of my turn and/or concede on my next one - WITHOUT ANY USER INPUTS.

    so, I am penalized for allowing the game to do what it does within the rules, but the engine you have built can't run the game you have built.

    Please address this issue - it also lost me games in the Historic Metagame Challenge, meaning decks that win are underrepresented because they don't win when played inside arena, but DO win elsewhere.

    To reproduce this, play two lifegain decks against each other, then, have each player play a creature that scales with lifegain (ajani's pridemate, voice of the blessed, etc.) or one that scales with creatures that enter (skyknight squire) - or both (as is common with some of these decks). Then, give an ocelot pride or an exalted sunborn offspring and play them. If each side has a life-gainer out (soul warden, authority of the consul, Case of the uneaten feast, etc...) then when the token-double-double-double-double effects start to stack, the game will keep both timer clocks running.

    BUT, whoever had priority when the triggers BEGIN STACKING loses the game...

    ...non-negotiably. Every time.

    When over 1,000 triggers hit the stack, mainly because several permanents are reacting to the 250-token limit's triggers, your engine's protocols break down completely - likely due to the bandwidth surrounding accurately tracking and representing the triggers VISUALLY.

    The only exploit you could have is if someone knew this to be true about your software (as I do), and chooses to let the triggers run... but if they set a stop point, you could skip to that point, ask that player again, and if they had no interaction, skip to the end.

    and only the player who stopped the cycle of triggers would have their clock run - and only during the cycle's interruption.

    otherwise, the "battle clock" that governs game time would not run for either player until the trigger cycle has resolved.

    I welcome your feedback to my thoughts for how to solve this pervasive and persistent issue.

13. Unable to access settings menu mid-match

    When playing on mobile I am often unable to access the settings menu mid-match which prevents me from either conceding or toggling "Auto Order Triggered Abilities" on/off. Typically, the client will allow me to access the menu with no problems on my first (and occasionally second) match in a given session, but when I attempt to do so on subsequent matches the UI doesn't register the tap and/or opens my friends menu.

    As I tend to play on mobile when I have limited time this creates a very inconvenient situation and has resulted in me simply closing the app mid match thus "roping" my opponent.

    Any fix for this would be greatly appreciated!

14. Report of Possible Automatic Loss Error During Match – Ability Loop

    Hello,

    I would like to report a potential issue that occurred during a ranked match on MTG Arena.

    During the game, my opponent had over 20,000 life, and we entered what appeared to be a deterministic loop involving two of my cards: Bloodthirsty Conqueror (Conquistador Sanguinário) and Starscape Cleric (Clériga do Firmamento).

    The interaction created a continuous life-drain loop. There was no available response from my opponent, no triggered abilities pending on their side, and no replacement or prevention effects in play. The board state was stable, and the loop would inevitably reduce my opponent’s life total to zero.

    At the moment the loop was resolving:

    My opponent had approximately 16,000 life.

    I had approximately 4,000 life.

    There were no timeout warnings on my side.

    No visible rule violations or missed triggers occurred.

    However, the system suddenly declared me defeated without any apparent rule-based justification. There was no “draw due to loop” message, timeout indication, or rules explanation displayed.

    Given the board state, the only logical outcome should have been my opponent losing the game due to life reaching zero.

    Could you please investigate whether:

    This interaction is functioning as intended under Arena’s loop resolution rules, or

    There may have been a technical error in the match?

    If necessary, I can provide additional details such as approximate match time, rank, and any other relevant information.

    MTG Arena should add a sealed league. The participants would use gems/gold to enter like any sealed event. They'd be given six sealed packs to construct their deck. They would play the best of 3 rounds. Their record and deck would persist to next week, at which time, they will receive three additional packs to add to their sealed pool. They will play the best of three once again. Their record and pool of cards will persist to the next week. A league could be four weeks long and at the end prizes are rewarded based on your total win/lose ratio. At any time, someone could forfeit their league standings to reregister/pay for a new sealed pool.

16. Winter Achievements bugged

    I built a deck containing over 20 elves while having the festive fighter title equipped and neither "Elfame Holiday" or "Decorated Duelist" counted progress off my first game.

    It was a ranked pioneer game in which I won. Neither achievement specifies a mode beyond "Games against sparky nor direct challenge count"

    I remember a similiar issue during the yargle event, but there were post about it being a known issue and I dont see any such post this time

17. Timeout AI caused my commander (Urza) to be exiled

    On PC, due to my board state being rather large with multiple additional trigger cards, my timeouts got used up even though i was playing. When this happened, the AI took over to finish out my turn for me as quickly as possible. While digging via Urza's ability to find a counterspell to counter opponent's Farewell, timeout AI again took over, Farewell resolved, and the game did not give me an option to recall Urza to my command zone. It instead left it unsaveable in exile. While i understand that the game can't let me continue playing forever like i technically could IRL, the expected outcome would be to still be given the option to move my commander back to my command zone.

18. Neriv, Crackling Vanguard is not functioning correctly

    I am playing arena on steam, on PC.

    Neriv, Crackling Vanguard reads that you may play any cards exiled by their ability “during any turn you attacked with a commander.” I have a brawl deck with them as the commander, but I consistently find that if Neriv dies during that attack, those cards are not playable.

    As far as I am aware, that clause regarding the cards’ playability should be in effect even if Neriv is dead, as long as Neriv attacked that turn—similar to other permanents that impulse draw and define when those cards may be played, which remains the case whether or not the permanents remain in play. Is this a bug in the client? Not sure if anything else tracks if a commander attacked on a given turn, so maybe that’s an outlier that isn’t managed properly by the client?

    to clarify what I’m visually seeing, here’s an example: Neriv attacks with two unique names of tokens in play, trigger resolves and I see the top two cards of my library exiled like with any other impulse draw effect (if one or more is an instant speed card I can play it at this point). Opponent blocks and kills Neriv, and immediately upon Neriv going to the graveyard the two cards vanish into the little exile wormhole. On future turns, I can see these same cards (and more, probably) available to play again when I attack with Neriv. As long as Neriv survives the attack, I can only then play the sorcery speed cards.

19. Mystic Reflection Killed my Commander?

    My opponent's commander, Sub-Suna, was on the battlefield. They also had this equipment, Tarrian's Soul-Cleaver.
    We both had non-legendary hydras on the board. I had arcane signet and As Foretold. They didn't have other enchantments and burned a few counterspells at that point before the turn where Mystic Reflection was used.

    It happened very quickly in terms of game speed. The opponent Cast Mystic Reflection in response to me trying to cast Atraxa. I didn't get any copy of any creatures and Atraxa was "killed" and I was given the choice to put her in the graveyard or in the command zone.

    Mystic Reflection can't target legendary creatures for copies, so Atraxa shouldn't have been killed due to copying a legendary creature.

    Is this a bug?

    My opponent's commander, Sub-Suna, was on the battlefield. They also had this equipment, Tarrian's Soul-Cleaver.
    We both had non-legendary hydras on the board. I had arcane signet and As Foretold. They didn't have other enchantments and burned a few counterspells at that point before the turn where Mystic Reflection was used.
