How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cards not milling in (at least in Green-Black decks)

    Cards are not milling. For instance, when Lumra is played, cards will not mill, though the function returns cards from the graveyard to the battlefield. Same with Ainok Wayfarer and Quag Feast--playing the card does not cause cards to mill. Attached files show cards on battlefield but not in graveyard (all in graveyard put there because they were destroyed in combat or played (instants/sorceries/enchantments).

  3. Use entire catalog of cards in bot matches

    I appreciate being able to build a decklist using cards that aren't in my personal collection from the archive, and being able to save and build the deck card by card is a nice thing to have, but being unable to playtest the deck until it is done can be a huge waste of time and resources (namely wild cards, which are hard enough to come by as a free to play player) if the deck turns out to not be that great.

  4. Playing X cards causes a game crash

    When playing on android (latest update) when playing certain cards (in my case brazen borrower and Rankle - eldraine) the card will resolve and then automatically cause a game crash. I have tested this over 5 or 6 games and it is consistent (within historic brawl). If I attempt a reload I will connect to the game and then crash again. This repeats until I assume I time out and lose the game. While I can remove the offending cards, it lowers the game experience for me, even more so when running fairy tribal.   6. TLA cards don’t appear from Golden Packs.

    After opening eleven Golden Packs, no TLA cards appeared; all selections were drawn from past boosters instead.

    Since I already own all rares from the past boosters, they were converted into Gems.
    Because this differs from the previous description and does not match the expected benefit, I request that TLA be included in the Golden Pack selection and that the eleven Golden Packs be refunded.

    I don’t mind if the Gems and cards I received from the eleven Golden Packs are removed upon the refund.

  7. Aetherworks Marvel not showing top 6 cards

    Playing my Aetherworks Marvel deck in Historic. Since the update, whenever I activate the Marvel, it looks like the top card of my library is flipped/revealed, but that's the only card I can choose to cast. It used to show the top 6 in a pop-out window, but now it's just the top card. I can slide the top card away to reveal the 2nd card from the top, but can only click to play the top card.

  9. Cards do not come into play properly

    After 3 or 4 game rounds the cards stop moving to the ground but appear mid air instead. Multiple cards being this way stacking on top of another prevent vision and clicking on them. I tried on PC and mobile both behaved the same

    For June 30th ban consideration:

    Manifold Mouse
    Monstrous Rage
    Cori-Steel Cutter
    Slickshot Show-Off

    These four cards are staples in every combo of Red. Without these 4, turn 2-3 kills would not exist.

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  13. Set rotation warning for cards that aren’t rotating!

    When trying to craft cards from sets like Ixalan and Outlaws of Thunder Junction, I keep getting the pop-up warnings saying cards from these sets will rotate out soon - which is obviously not true for these particular sets. Can you guys please get it together and fix these stupid warnings? It’s very confusing/misleading. You know what sets are actually rotating out, so check your warnings for accuracy before you go live with them.

  14. Niv-Mizzet Reborn and interaction with multi pair cards

    Niv-Mizzet Reborn fails to allow pairs when tricolor cards are present. This is new.
    Tri color cards seem to prevent the card from activating. Any card with multiple pairs results in the card failing to activate.

  15. Red/Blue Deck Invalid with no Warnings or indication of why

    (PC, Epic Games Store)
    I was trying to play Alchemy, (tried Ranked and Unranked) with a newly made deck and it consistently returns with a "Invalid Deck: Deck validation failed." message after I select "Play".
    No further information as to why the error is occurring is displayed, preventing me from resolving the issue on my own.

    I have tried removing cards one by one and playing, then adding them back when the error still occurred to narrow down the cause of the issue, but was unable to play, leading me to believe it's not an issue of a single…

  16. Graveyard cards make it impossible to view/discard a card from hand

    Would like to report a frustrating bug (unless there is an option to avoid this I don’t know about).
    Upon gameplay, I amassed a large amount of cards in my hand and from my graveyard to choose from on my turn. So many cards that I could not choose a card in my hand to discard. All the cards from my graveyard took up all the space, so I could not get to a view where I could choose a card from my hand.     Your shuffler can be programmed to not manascrew decks so consistently. Stop forcing winrates. It is amazing how often I go 10-0 on Monday. 0-10 on Tuesday. 10-0 on Wednesday. 0-10 on Thursday, and so on and so forth. Play 10 games in a row and I can't get a 3rd land by turn 3 with 26 lands in the deck. Even more amazing is that I get 10 lands in 14 cards every other game I play on the "losing" days of the week.   18. More red cards that ruin random ranked match that should be banned

    Urabrask's forge.
    Everything else in the "Red Deck Wins" or its variants.

    It's just not good for random matches if you print all these overpowered one and two mana cost cards and then not restrict their use within random ranked games. You can't use a sideboard. You can't pull the cards you need out of your deck.

    Decks that can consistently win in four to five turns are not good for any game what-so-ever. They just completely ruin the game for players who want a good fun game.

  19. Activated abilities of cards aren't working

    Activated abilities of cards won't work. I was playing with Maze's End today and I could activated its ability. The ability screen would appear but I couldn't choose any of it. The same thing happened to Pupu UFO and Ugin, Spirit Dragonas well. The only way of exiting the screen in the screenshot was conceding. I was playing againt Sparky in the screenshots, but against real player I would have to wait until my timer runs out. Now I can't activate land abilites or planeswalker loyalty. This seem to happen with cards with multiple activated abilities such as lands, planeswalkers…

  20. Destroyed cards do not disappear

    When one of my cards gets destroyed/exiled/defeated it does not disappear and go into my graveyard/exiled pile. I am playing Magic the gathering arena on PC and I already tried repairing my files.
