How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Jenova housemeld bug

    When using housemeld on jenova when it triggeres to select a creature to put counters on it would select the creature but it was not adding the counters.

  2. cube draft hanged

    Screen was on the same position, no hourglass with indication. After restarting the game I already lost

  3. full control

    Hi there! I had an issue with full control not functioning properly in the arena powered cube that caused me to lose my match. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the fact that I'm playing via GeForce Now, but I know I should be able to sacrifice my lions eye diamond in response to yawgmoth's will or wheel of fortune while in full control mode. I had the requisite mana to cast those spells without using the LED. Is there any way I can get refunded for the draft?

  7. Redirect Lightning redirecting Strip Mine with no chance to respond

    Redirect Lightning targeted my Strip Mine and re-targeted my land but I didn't get a window to respond (like float mana) before it resolved.

  8. Menu déroulant dans le constructeur de deck / changement de format

    Version : 2026.55.0.10999.1225076

    Quand on sélectionne 'Standard' mais qu'au final on voudrait changer le format pour trouver des cartes, le menu déroulant est masqué par l'autre bloc d'indication de construction du decks (la courbe de mana, les couleurs...)

  9. Golden Pack progression

    Golden pack progression is not working again... Buying standard legal Pioneer masters packs doesn't count towards golden pack. Pls fix this. It's soo annoying that this thing is happening to me for the second time. WTH wizards

  10. Your algorithms are garbage. I play real time real card games all the time and this game is not right.

    The way this game plays is terrible. Not real shuffling, or algorithms are way off! Choosing cards in a draft is bs also. As soon as you start taking one or two colors then it stops giving you those colors. It balances and reduces probibilties that aren't real randomness. I've played with real cards for 30+ years and this site is garbage. I can't figure out any other reason for this nonsense except for nurfing the good players and therefor keeping noobs active. Which all comes down to money. F U and your greedy ways.

  11. Arena freezing

    Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
    I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).

    This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.

    Please, hurry up solving this bug.

  12. New Player Quest Bug

    My beginner quests are bugged. Friend told me I'm supposed to have blue quests and slowly unlock content and get rewards while doing quests like jump in tokens and quick draft tokens but my quests are bugged and don't exist. I do have a quest marker on Sparky's challenge but I did it multiple times and it didn't progress.

  13. YOu guys cheat

    I hope you at WotC and all your employees get cancer. You fat ******* retards cheat with the shuffler by forcing a) alchemy cards into brawl because you need to sell bs cards like Teysa. Cards that have absolutely no real mechanics and are ********. B) By giving opponent perfect draws that would normally not work but under the most stringent criteria.

    In essence you guys cheat and are rigged and I hope you employees, the people buying this **** game, and all your families die of cancer. You are all a cheating bunch of **** stains and deserve to…

  14. Sideboarding not working in traditional matching with Yorion

    I was playing traditional Pioneer ranked games on mobile (android). When sideboarding, I can only sideboard in the first 6 cards in my sideboard. I confirm that there are Yorion and 14 other cards in my sideboard. This is 100% reproducible on my device for every Yorion deck, and this issue havn't been addressed during at least the past two major updates of MTGA.

  15. Jump in Quest won’t progress

    The complete jump in 3 times quest will not progress. I have tried winning jump in then resigning ( repeated 3 times over). Then I had tried winning 3 matches on each jump in then resigning and did that 3 times but it did not progress so I have been stuck with out being able to progress for months now!

  17. Vampire Nighthawk with Deathtouch Bug

    1. Steps to reproduce the bug: Declare attackers. I send Vampire Nighthawk – two power, three toughness, flying, lifelink and deathtouch – and the opponent blocks it with a two-two creature without flying. Resolve combat.

      1. Platform: PC and iOS.

    2. Actual results: My Vampire Nighthawk dies immediately; opponent's two-two takes zero damage and survives.

    3. Expected results: Opponent's creature dies to deathtouch the instant it takes damage. My Nighthawk should lose one life, gain two via lifelink, and stay in play.

    4. Screenshots/videos: None – game timed out while I drafted this.

    5. Workaround: Nothing, keeps happening.

  18. Hokota won’t let me cast from the top of my library

    So when you are able to cast from the top of your library the game won’t let you click. Like you can touch the card but it doesn’t register that you are trying to cast it. Super frustrating and it’s lost me so many games that I had the win. Please fix this

  19. Aang's Iceberg doesn't prompt for confirmation when targeting one of your own permanents

    Aang's Iceberg has a blue outline on valid targets you control, instead of a yellow one that prompts for confirmation. This can result in, for example, unintentionally exiling a creature you control that you wanted to add a +1/+1 counter to with Calix, Guided by Fate.

  20. Opponent conceded during declare attackers and game won't progress.

    During a ranked match I was moving to combat and the opponent conceded. Now I'm stuck on declare attackers. I can't leave the match or continue phases. Turn timer isn't working either.
