Your random card draw is malfunctioning
I'll say it again. Your random card draw is malfunctioning. (not counting subtraction of each card drawn), the chance of drawing 16 lands out of 27 (7 initially drawn + 20 rounds) is about 1 in 360. So this online game is not realistic, it's designed to make you want different cards. I'm not on board for that. I've attached the last match log to prove it.

Deck Shuffler is broken. Idiots fix it NOW
I have now played 6 matches with the new set out. The deck i am testing has 23 lands. in 5 of the 6 matches, i have been mana screwed and I am sick and tired of you people not doing your jobs right and not making the game balanced. in those 5 matches, I started with 2 lands in opening hand it took a MINIMUM of 3 turns to see 1 land. This makes no sense to happen that often. Once again, just like before, you morons can't do your job and make the game balanced. FIX YOUR GAME. We deserve compensation for you peoples lack of intelligence on making a fair game. FFS man. This is embarrassing. Either do it right or let someone else manage the game. God its aggravating. spending 10 dollars are your ******** drafts just to watch my opponent be the only one to play the game
spending 10 dollars on your ******** drafts just to watch my opponent be the only one to play the game. Stop making drafts cost so much when you guys blatantly know that your shuffler code is horrid. The type of greed they talk about in the bible. Im literally donating 10 dollars to you guys it feels like because the only part of the draft I get to experience is drafting the cards that i will never draw. more times than not im simply not drawing my lands, or mana screwed and my opponent just gets a free win, and many of my wins are because of this well. You guys make a gross amount of money but can't fix a **** card shuffler. Whatever sorry *** team spends any amount of time "balancing" how cards are drawn need to re evalute their careers because clearly this isn't their strong suite.

Bug allowing endless loop of life gain and damage with morningtide's light in effect
While in end match, Morning tide's light was played resulting in "until your next turn prevent all damage that would be dealt to you" in effect, with UI elements active. However damage from triggered effect - damage loop with bloodthirsty conqueror - dealt player damage regardless of the blanket damage prevention being in effect.

"Unable to Login: Exception Occurred"
Prior to the Strixhaven update, I was receiving an error message when logging in that stated the connection was timing out. However, now the the reason I am not able to login is an exception has occurred. This happens on my Samsung Galaxy S26, my up-to-date Windows 11 laptop PC, and my fiancé's Window's desktop 10 PC. I have tried on my phone over both a mobile network and Wi-Fi; Wi-Fi on my laptop, and my fiancé's LAN. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried removing all the program files and then uninstalling and reinstalling. I do not believe it is a hardware, network, or software problem on my end. I believe it is a coding error that has somehow excluded newer accounts as that is the only difference between my account and my fiancé's account (he has no trouble logging into his account). I have not been able to login since April 14th.

Secrets of Strixhaven dropped today and i didnt get my ordered draft bundle. So WOTC i saw many people havi ng the same issue on reddit, so maybe we'll get a refund?

Optional "Don't pair with decks containing Alchemy cards" setting
If you won't remove Alchemy at least make a setting where people can opt out of being paired with those using Alchemy. If the proposed setting is active make it so decks can use the unadjusted cards.

bug when I finished the deck and i want to save the changes
i finished the picking in the draft and after constructing the final when, when i want to save the deck and start playing, the "done" button isn't working so the game is not sving the changes and i can play the draft

Neeva triggered ability update suggestion
Please change Neeva from "When you cast a spell" to "When you cast your fist spell each turn" so people don't have to sit through an annoyingly long turn just to get Grape Shot looped.

error in the middle of draft picking
i was picking and in the middle of the draft a bug happened and didn't allowed me to pick the card i wanted and automatically arena selected one for me. the message was this "an error ocurred during your draft"

Card "Delney, Streetwise Lookout" does no proc as intended with "Voice of victory"

Copy Enchantment freezes the game when returned to game end of turn with Yuna, Hope of Spira (3WG, Final Fantasy)
Returning Copy Enchantment from graveyard with Yuna (3WG) at end of turn will freeze the game permanently. The timer keeps running, but you cannot pick any targets for Copy Enchancement.
Restart wont solve the issue either.
You will lose the game since you cannot pick any target for the Copy Enchantment, even though you would have multiple options available. The selection dialog doesn't appear.
This is on Steam client.

Title: Proposal: Optional “Timed Queue” (Chess Clock Mode) for MTG Arena
Overview
I’d like to propose an optional game mode in MTG Arena called “Timed Queue”, designed for players who prefer a consistent and efficient pace of play. This mode would use a shared time system (similar to a chess clock) to reduce intentional slow play while leaving existing formats unchanged.Core Concept
Timed Queue would be an opt-in playlist where each player has a shared total time bank for the entire match.Each player receives ~5 minutes total match time
All actions draw from that player’s clock
When a player’s time reaches zero, they lose (or auto-pass priority)This ensures players are accountable for their pace without impacting others.
Key Benefits
Eliminates repeated roping: Prevents players from stalling turn after turn without consequence
Improves overall experience: Appeals to players who value efficient, respectful gameplay
Encourages skill expression: Rewards game knowledge and decisiveness
Fully optional: Does not affect new or casual players in standard queuesAnti-Abuse Safeguards
Track clock expirations (when a player runs out of time)
Repeated expirations within a short window trigger a temporary lockout from Timed Queue
Players are redirected to standard queues during cooldownThis targets repeat behavior without punishing occasional disconnects.
Optional Enhancements
Small time increment per action (e.g., +2–3 seconds) to smooth gameplay
Reconnect grace period for brief disconnects
Potential Ranked Timed Queue for competitive playersWhy This Matters
Intentional slow play and excessive roping can significantly degrade the MTG Arena experience. Current systems allow enough flexibility that some players exploit them, leading to frustration and disengagement.
An optional Timed Queue would provide a space where:
Time is respected
Gameplay flows naturally
Players can choose a faster, more competitive environmentClosing Thought
This proposal is about adding choice, not replacing existing systems. A Timed Queue would offer a better experience for players who value pace, while preserving accessibility for everyone else.

Missing bonus packs
I had an animation pop up when logging in today to receive 3 SOS packs but they didn't show up. Then I went to the Messages section to see a new message where it said I could claim something, and it loaded another 3 packs and basic lands, but those didn't show up either.
I have 6 packs from the IRL prerelease bonus, but not the other 3+3 packs from the above.
(I don't know which category this most fits, chose UI.)
EDIT: Closed Arena and opened again, and there are 9 packs total now, vs 6 or 12. Idk if the above was supposed to give me 6 packs or just 3 from the separate popups. So one of those was resolved, but the other isn't, unless I'm misunderstanding.

Limited match seems stuck. I was not given priority to do anything (cast anything, declare attackers, or resolve an Erode) after turn 3.

Add "alternate style owned" filter in collection
It would be awesome if there could be a "Filter" while searching your collection that's maybe a tick-box like "Alternate Style Owned" -- Some way that if you tick that On, it would filter to show you every card you own an Alternate Style for. The use-case here is that sometimes you forget you have an Alternate Style for a card, or you never saw the screen where it granted you the Style so you had no idea that you had it..etc. And if there was a single-button toggle to see everything you have an Alternate Style for, it would be very easy to set those as defaults en masse!
