I HAVE MANA TO CAST MYSTICAL DISPUTE AND CANT CAST, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW MY OPPONENT TO RESOLVE ASHIOK
NEXT GAME AGAINST DIFFERENT OPPONENT, I HAVE MANA TO CAST NEGATE IN RESPONSE TO OPPONENTS ABSORB, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW OPPONENTS SPELL TO RESOLVE
BOTH CASES I HAD PRIORITY TO RESPOND, TRIED TO CAST INSTANT SPELLS WITH ENOUGH MANA AGAINST NON-CREATURE SPELLS, SHUT DOWN AND UNABLE TO CAST.
ALL OTHER SPELLS I CAN CAST BY MOUSE CLICK AND DRAG TO PLAYING FIELD AND RELEASING, INSTANT COUNTER SPELLS WOULD NOT ALLOW IT

Alchemy makes me quit Arena
I'm a long time magic player and have spent several thousands of dollars on this game but after yesterday's Alchemy announcement I am sorry to say that I am done playing constructed on Arena. You're losing me as a customer.
I don't like the idea of digital cards changing so that they don't match the real world physical cards. This is a cognitive load that is unnecessary. Strengthening the response to players who hinder the progress of the game
When it is certain that they will lose, some players will not surrender but will instead wait until their time runs out. In this case, the player who is sure to win has no choice but to wait for the excessively long time until the timeout, which hinders the smooth progress of the game.
From my experience, 50-60% of players have this characteristic.
For this reason, I would like to see a function to allow players to be designated as NG players, and a flow to allow administrators to ban such players by sending a…4 votes -
opponents creating loops timing out
Players shouldn't be able to weaponize effect loops and their resolution to beat their opponent by timing them out of the game thus forcing a forfeit.
If a player generates a recursive loop that THEY cannot interrupt, then it should count against THEIR timer to resolve it and not the player who didn't initiate the infinite loop.4 votes -
Lightwheel Enhancements
Same as everyone else here I drafted Lightwheel Enhancements in my hard earned draft and then was unable to cast it from the graveyard even though I had max speed. I pack one pick oned a brightglass gearhulk and basically had to draft Lightwheel Enhancements. Can I just get a draft token or something to compensate losing multiple with max speed and Lightwheel Enhancements in the graveyard, unable to be cast due to a bug.

Fae Flight didn't block opponent's spell on their creature
I cast Fae Flight onto my opponent's creature, in response to them casting Nibelheim Aflame onto said creature. Instead of blocking opponent's spell from being able to target their creature (as I believe the Hexproof component of the spell should have worked), opponent's spell was able to target their creature and it resolved.

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

Red Aggro Decks
PLEASE do something against these red aggro decks. It's getting worse and worse. It's really not funny losing every second game in turn two. Theres is absolutely nothing you can do against those decks if you are not the player chosen to take the first turn. Ban those stupid cards from the game. I really start thinking about quitting to play the game.

demonic pact
Demonic Pact does not indicate which modes have already been chosen.
This is intentional behavior – the player is expected to remember which effects they've already used.
The card's mechanic relies on manual tracking, not automatic highlighting of selected options.

stuck in loading assets/localised database

unable to retrieve asset minifest, error received, attempted reloads failed

Timeout on login
Unable to login into MtGA due to "failed authentication: timeout". Internet is good and working on other devices. I am trying to login mobile on android. Has been off and on all day.

timer active while triggers resolve
To reproduce: put lots of triggers onto the stack, eg by playing a Scute Swarm deck, do so while the timeout cord is showing to see full effect
Results (on PC): My timer keeps running while the triggers resolve, if it runs out, I automatically pass to combat/the turn/etc when all triggers have resolved.
Expected results: my timer does not countdown while triggers are resolving because I am unable to take any actions.
EDIT: this is much less of an issue on my new computer, as triggers resolve much faster than they did on my old laptop.41 votes -
Game crashes whenever Mox Amber is played
Whenever either player plays Mox Amber, my game crashes and I can't get back into the game until I rope out in that game. I can reopen arena, and everything works, it says its joining the game, and then right when the screen starts to fade to the tabletop screen, the app completely shuts down again if Mox Amber would be on the table

Tinybones the pickpocket not working
This is a bug with how Tinybones the pickpocket works (well doesn't work). I was dealing ALL SORTS of combat damage to a player and Tinybones, the pickpocket's ability wasn't triggering. I was supposed to be able to cast stuff from their graveyard. I had mana available and all they had was non-creature spells in the grave.

bug "network error unable to join queue please try later "message
This message keeps appearing I can play the game as normal. I tried reinstallation but it didn't fix the problem.

Protection from Creatures Not Preventing Ulamog, the Defiler's Triggered Ability
Hello,
In a recent game of MTG Arena, I controlled Serra's Emissary and had already chosen "creature" as the protected card type since the previous turn. On the opponent’s turn, they cast Ulamog, the Defiler, and its triggered ability targeted me and resolved, exiling half of my library.
According to rule 702.16b, a player with protection from creatures cannot be the target of abilities from sources with that type — in this case, Ulamog's cast trigger comes from a creature spell.
Therefore, this interaction should not have been legal, and Ulamog should not have been able to target me…

Premier draft crashed in the first pack
I was doing a limited event premier draft for final fantasy set and the draft selection crashed after only 3 picks from the first pack. I was unable to click the avatar at the top to see if the rotation was just slow because a player was taking his time (which is fine).
However I was unable to click it. After waiting 3 minutes, I left the draft and went to rejoin. I was unable to do so (see screencapture). This event happened about 5-10 minutes before me posting this post (around 11:30am Montreal time).

Randomizing shuffle on start of game better
There needs to be more randomize going of shuffle at the beginning of the games. For instance when I'm playing against a mono white player they seem to always get 2 mana and 3 soul wardens off rip every game I know this because I use duress. I play historic ranked. There is no way you should be getting 3 of the same card plus 2 other good cards every game from the start its ******** and wizards you need to fix this. No one will pay money for **** if the shuffle on the start of the game is…

unable to block with phantom train
New card from FF set - Phantom Train! Its an vehicle with basically: crew, sacrifice a creature
I attempted to crew it in the declare attackers step by turning on full control, paying the sacrifice cost, but it would not let me block the attack, even though the creature was on the field BEFORE i clicked move to blockers.
