How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My Profile do not move from diamond 3 in midle range not winning or loosing games
My MTG Arena profile do not move winning or losing games. I get the reward but I do not move throught diamond 3, I play 25/30 games every day and it is still frozen in the same game even in untapped gg, as i did not played for a week.

Can't exit the preview of a spellbook
Bought and opened 10 packs of the new alchemy set. before revealing the rares, I was reviewing what the new uncommons did, right clicking on eumidian lifeseed to view its spellbook. Now, there is no input that will let me look back at my newly acquired cards and I can only review the spellbook or open the menu

Incorrect level 28 mastery rewards
I didn’t receive the correct mastery rewards for level 28. It was supposed to be 2 mythic cards from final fantasy but I received a Lightning Army of one (mythic) and a Reno and Rude (uncommon). Please advise. I do not have the screen print of the cards as that goes away after I click on it and I cannot reproduce. I only know what I saw and then followed up on. Thank you

No rewards
I had done a quick draft event this morning. I think it expired this afternoon but I did not get the rewards from winning a few rounds.

Continue Playing Pack Theme Song
It would be awesome if the unique pack theme song continued to play after I opened it. Right now, I only here it while hovering over the pack, but it would be great to continue to hear it while looking at the cards inside.

After Jump In - No experence points gained
After I resigned from a Jump in play my experience points stopped accruing for mastery. It also appears to be giving me uncommon cards as a reward instead of what is on the mastery pass. The experience points have not been updated even after restarting and repairing game files.

Limited + Cube; Imbalanced Rewards
With Cube Rewards, regardless of wins, you should get at least 6 random boosters. Similar to how you draft, you should get close to 45 cards added to your collection. (True in Best of 1 and Best of 3)
Then for rewards. I would recommend 1 game win, 0.2 kgems. 2 game wins, 0.5 kgems.
Premier draft and Cube should be fun AND rewarding then you feel you are not getting anything.
By not playing Limited, I realise how soul sucking this mode is of MTGA. Fixing the rewards would make this more enjoyable.

Pick 2 draft issues
Pick 2 Draft has a number of issues.
First and most obvious, it isn’t the same as a pick 1 with 8 players. The pack rotation is different. The number of packs/players is different. Pick 2 makes it too easy to cut colors in the beginning, making it too easy to draft the colors you want rather than adapting to the pack passed. Not having the option for a regular draft sucks. Pick 2 also increases the chance for double-bomb picks, whereas other players may have 0-bomb picks, thereby widening the gap between player potential through random chance.

Incorrect mastery rewards
I was supposed to receive two mythic FF card rewards at mastery level I just completed but got 25 coins and a vampire gourmand. Help!

Set Completionist II Achievement is bugged
The set completionist II achievement does not successfully unlock when all the cards in an alchemy set are collected. I spent 5 mythic rare wildcards to complete the OTJ alchemy set and was very disappointed when the achievement was not rewarded.

Midweek Magic Rip Off
Midweek magic event is supposed to be randomized cards pulled from packs that you choose one at a time. Yet every person I play against is like they've picked the perfect cards and they have four cards of the same great that was never even an option for me to choose from. What a joke. Complete joke man. Make the game fair for crying out loud

Jump Into Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender deck with 28 lands
I chose 2 decks, Roku and Powerful, this resulted in a deck that i believe is not correctly built and cannot possibly win. the deck has 28 land and only 12 non-land cards. not only did I not get my gold worth of cards, but I also dont think I could fairly win with this deck and get the cosmetic reward.

Trade in System
Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s…

Few suggestions.
As I'm sure you the developers are aware this game is not a cheap one if you want cards. Yeah you can play with the minimum granted cards when you start the game and then slowly gain one pack of cards every 2 days, or you could Implement a feature that allows us to scan our owned cards up to four of each one and allow us to add them to our game inventory if we own the physical cards. Or don't put a 15 win cap with only being able to earn at maximum 1250 gold everyday. That's only…

Quick Draft is gone and rewards not given
This morning 9/15/2025 I paid 5000 coins to play a Quick Draft - Foundations. I won 2 games. At the time my gems were 730. They still are as nothing was rewarded upon finishing. There is also no Quick Draft option available to play anymore. I am thinking this is a wide spread issue but I am owed whatever 2 wins from a Quick Draft amounts to.
