How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion

The shop scammed my orbs
I tried to buy some card's styles with the avatar orbs, the store crashed, I dont have the card's styles and I dont have the orbs anymore

game disconnect resulting in a loss
i have played chromatic cube draft on arena on mobile
The game crashed, i tried to reconnect a couple of times, after logging in i was shown a screen with timer waiting / waiting for opponent and texts "description" multiplied and placed over each other. the game didnt resume, crashed every time. When i relogged after some time passed i got awarded a loss for that game.
Its very upsetting, as I was way ahead that game, now im almost out of this draft1 vote -
Last time, each update, is corrupted
Each time, we getting an update, so is the same. Crashed or Freezing the screen. Every time is occurring. By new set or alchemy, is saugage.
Please, fixed basically.

Game ends in draw when using mill abilities
Mill abilities are crashing out into a draw game it’s happening anytime the game has to mill multiple cards from both libraries and is making the game unplayable for many decktypes

Hofri Ghostforge + Token Doubler Gamecrash
Whenever the token created by Hofri Ghostforge (STX 192) would be doubled, such as with Anointed Procession, the game server crashes. Play cannot proceed, nor can players concede, though the client is still fully interactive.

Can not access or access edit deck after the latest update. When I click on the deck button the app closes or shuts down.
I am on apple phone. After the new update last night. I can not edit or access my decks. When I click on deck the app crashes and I have to reopen the app. Can you please patch this soon.

An occurred error
Yesterday I was playing on my IPad the 4 th game of a premier draft EOE , when the app crashed and I cannot login anymore. Now I see i have lost the game. Here attached the screenshot. Many thanks

Missing edge of eternities packs and renewal
due to the huge player surge at the time of release on Arena I was experiencing a lot of lag and failed to get the first half of my Renewal Egg bonus. I relaunched the client a few times afterwards and failed to connect to servers multiple times, but eventually was about to access the shop and my pack. I was opening pack individually and experiencing large spikes in latency while trying to sift through my pulls. Eventually I decided to start opening them 10 at a time to expedite the process, but with my last 10 packs the client…

Final fantasy rapid brawl
Second time that game crashes in a paid event. And Wizards do nothing to compensate me last time and I think that they just don't care about the hand errors and if you lose gems it's not important for them.

Pinnacle Emmisary
Whenever the Pinnacle Emmisary's warp trigger activates at the end of my opponents turn the game crashes and I'm unable to relaunch it until the match has concluded. For reference I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G

Draft Token
I used my draft token for a draft of Final Fantasy. But since days everytime I want to start the draft there is a bug and MTG Arena crashes and I can´t start the draft. Would be great to get a refund.

Android cant enter Games from queue
Hi,
everytime i find a game and the client sataes "ready" my game crashes. when i restart the app, tje second start to count up and say description over and over again as tooltip. I am guessing I am waitng for an opponent. I am on Android.

Starter duel 4
Playing the game for iPad.
Starter duel 4 (black) crashes when I play confront the assault as requested by the game. It does not create any token and still asks me to select a block for the attack, which should be the non given token. I am therefore unable to proceed.1 vote -

FABLED PASSAGE LAND BUG.
When sacrificing "FABLED PASSAGE" to search your library for a basic land card, the game thinks you are surveilling then shows all your land which crashes the game. You have to concede in order to fix the issue.

Fix your game, PLEASE!
Dear MTG Arena,
Fix your game. Top to bottom, and all the way through. I have been subjected to numerous issues with your game, from bugs, to incorrect card interactions, to random unjustified crashes, and so much more. And if it we just me, or even just one of my devices, I'd chalk it up to out of date drivers or something. But it isn't. It's you. And the problems run deeper than just. The game itself is broken many times over, and it's poor product design. I used to love your game, but lately, your decisions have begun…2 votes -
Too many triggers
There has to be a better way to do this. The game crashed well before we were close to done, but if that hadn’t happened then the timers surely would have ended the match. There needs to be something else for when cards like Rise of the Dark Realms is played

Problems modifying my Payment Method
The game won't let me change my payment method.
When I try to change my payment method, the game crashes and I have to restart. The same thing happens if I try to buy gems or other items with real money.

Lost Egg & Rollover Rewards
I logged in and just as I was seeing packs/cards/whatever pop up the app crashed. I opened the app a second time and saw my gift egg. As I clicked on it, the app crashed again. I am a new player and I have no idea what sort of packs/rewards/gifts/etc I was supposed to get. I have no idea if anything was added to my collection either as I am not seeing "New" above any of the cards in my collection. I'm pretty positive I should have had 1 Final Fantasy pack as a ranked or mastery reward…
