How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. not diminishingseason rank is unfun for multiple reasons

    season rank is a main criterion for selecting my opponent.
    When it does not diminish for a loss i am paired with opponents that are not at my capability. This is not proper swiss pairing.
    I might have changed to a new unfamiliar deck.
    My opponent is incentiviced to concede before the first turn, because the oppening hand is not up to standards and the season rank is not dimished for this avoidable loss.
    This results in time spend waiting for another game as this game ended before it started. This can take more than a minute.

  2. Constructed Rank is stuck at Platinum Tier 4

    Win or lose my Constructed Rank is stuck at Platinum Tier 4 1 pip. Also, my Set Mastery progression is stuck at 14. I'm experiencing the issue on PC and iOS, so it must be a problem with my account, unless there is a bug across platforms.

  3. game doesn't gain life for opponent if that 9999 cactus card has lifelink

    opponent had that 9999 cactus card with lifelink. after successful defense, i played a land with gain life and game didn't register the gain life.

    i have screen grab of gameplay but it's too large for uoload

  4. Not gaining mastery xp

    Since 8/21 not been able to gain mastery xp for wins or daily quest, been playing for the mastery pass, which I bought, so this really sucks.

  5. Season rank not progressing

    After playing several games for the past week I’ve realize that my ranking in the season pass it’s not progressing. I’m stuck at Bronze tier for both Constructed and Limited formats.

  6. Bug that allows endless loop of life gain and damage to opponent

    I just played an opponent how had the cards Starscrape Cleric and Bloodthirsty Conqueror. As they would gain life, they would do damage to me. Then once they did damage to me, they would gain life and the cycle would repeat endlessly until I was dead. I feel like that this was not meant to be allowed as I literally couldn't play anything and just lost without even playing any card. Please look into this and fix it. Thanks!

  7. Standard Ranking not reflecting wins or losses

    As of at least 13 Dec 21 the Standard Rank is not updating after wins or losses in Ranked Standard play. The Limited ranking seems to be working, but it may not be working correctly and just seems to me doing so. Please fix this. Thank you.

  8. Diamond Rank Matchups

    I have had very unusual luck upon reaching Diamond level 1 twice now. The first time I was 2 wins from Mythic and a losing streak started that left me at Diamond 4 with no wins. I went 18-46 during that streak. It was that that made me realize you cannot play anything that matters in Arena because the game will randomly ********* over. I recently decided to try ranked again and what happens, I get to Diamond 1, 2 wins from Mythic and another losing streak starts. It currently stands at 7-19. How does 2 different decks…

  9. Lost connection to server during ranked match

    Connection to server was lost during a ranked match, it was not on my side, it was a server issue. my game reconnected to the menu, and my rank didn't change.
    I start another ranked match and win it, and instead of ranking up, it acted just as if I lost...
    Fix your servers please, you can't just crash me like that and then denying me the next win like wtf???

  10. The Card Mardu Thunderpike is not working properly The card states When this creature enters, creatures you control perpetually gain your

    The Card Mardu Thunderpike is not working properly

    The card states

    When this creature enters, creatures you control perpetually gain your choice of menace, haste, lifelink"

    Whenever I cast my creatures, they do not gain those abilities.

    Please fix this!

  11. Draw Bug

    I was rank 644 around 1:50PM and wanted to play a match to help solidify my rank. The queuing time was longer than normal and when I connected it said I got a draw. I checked my rank and went done 300 ranks. So close to the season end it seems obscenely unfair that my qualification is now in jeopardy because of a bug.

  13. Opponent timed out but I lost

    Opponent timed out but I lost. Opponent was Aharmlessbeetle. Using an angel deck and was out of cards in their hand. Also why am I ranking down? Your info says once I gain a rank I can’t lose it before the end of the season but I am repeatedly losing my rank. Also, your website is glitching and when I try to report bugs it won’t let me sign in or post a bug, just search for similar topics. I kept refreshing about 10 times and got lucky this time I guess. I am on iOS

  14. Standard ranked....

    So I've been playing on here for weeks now, and I was really excited to use the starter decks to gain "rank" up to the platinum level. As soon as I made it into the LOWEST level of platinum, I am getting utterly destroyed by players with way more time and money invested. I am only winning one or two games for every 10-12 games I play. How am I supposed to continue enjoying this game if I only show up here to get destroyed by high-level players?   15. Limited Rank not Changing

    Reached Silver 1 in draft. Won draft 3 games after that (which should have made me gold) but each time I win it does the first 2 bars for Silver 1 over and over.

  16. Sparky homepage

    After today's update every time I return to the homepage on Windows, Sparky appears and starts talking "Congratulations on completing spark rank..." I have tried listening to the whole speech and following sparky to the codex etc, restarting the game, as well as uninstalling.

  17. brawl ranked

    Can we add a ranked version for brawl and historic brawl? I prefer this game mode and it makes me sad to see it's the only official mode that does not get a ranked version.

  19. Exquisite Blood and Marauding Blight Priest infinitely trigger each other

    I've noticed in games lately that Exquisite Blood and Marauding Blight Priest have a very unique interaction where one causes you to gain life whenever you do damage, and one causes you to do damage whenever you gain life, causing one to trigger the other over and over infinitely until the other player loses the game. This means that having a 4 cost and a 5 cost black card, as well as ANY card that causes you to gain life OR deal damage, means you immediately win the game with no possibility of a counter, and can go from 20…

  20. Soulflayer delve problem with commander

    I cast Soulflayer by exiling Ketramose, the New Dawn(my commander) in the graveyard
    I choose to return Ketramose to command zone after it's exiled
    Soulflayer did not gain lifelink and indestructible

    Soulflayer should gain lifelink and indestructible because it only checks the cards that were exiled by delve while you were casting it. It doesn't matter what happens to those cards after they've been exiled, so removing cards that were exiled via delve will not affect what abilities Soulflayer has.
