How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

4096x2160 fullscreen issue
When in 4k fullscreen on pc, the game drops to windowed.
The cause is that the loading screens and main menu do not have a 4096x2160 graphics option, so the game defaults to the next resolution down when transitioning.
The solution is to ensure all screens have consistent graphics options available.

Achievements not triggering
I've noticed a trend with achievements not triggering - if it's an achievement that is tracked over multiple games, it seems to be tracked correctly.
However, if it's an achievement that is tracked over one game, it won't trigger correctly.I've noticed this specifically in the "reach over 50 life in a single match" and "attack with 15 or more creatures in a single combat step" achievements.
I've achieved both of these multiple times, in the starter deck duel event.
I know this is a valid event to get these achievements in, as I've earnt multiple other achievements while playing…14 votes -
Bought bundle, cards in bundle not available to use
After making a purchase from the store with gold, I did not receive the cards from the bundle.

Incorrect rules interaction
Lightwheel Enhancements Was put in my graveyard before reaching speed 4. Once reaching speed 4 I could not cast it from my graveyard.
However the card states : Max speed — You may cast this card from your graveyard.On iOS iPad device in a Quick draft event.
I had Plains available and a creature on thé battlefield.

Cant sideboard 4 of a card
Wont allow 3 of a card in sideboard, should allow 4. Android. Please tell me a workaround if known. As of now I have to use MB for my fourth card that I would like in SB which is hurting my deck possibly. I'm in this to compete and win so it matters a lot this bug. I could really do with it fixed before rather than after the historic weekend qualifier this coming weekend. Thank you.

Waiting for Server
After the end of a match, the game stucks on "Waiting for Server" loading screen. I have to restart the app to play another match. I'm playing with an Android device.

reach a life total of 50 or greater achievement
I've not received my achievement even though I have done this multiple times with the WB starter deck. I don't have a screenshot of my life total and I've tried to post this with the log but maybe the log is too big because I get an error when attempting to post.

Cursecloth Wrappings Embalm Bug
Unable to embalm a creature after targeting it with Cursecloth Wrappings, despite having the mana available. Got the error message "Cannot be completed due to unpayable cost".

The death by Vanilla achivment does not work. I won a game with only a vanilla creature and I did not receive the death by Vanilla
Death by Vanilla does not work. I have now achived it twice, first yesterday and now today after you said the bug was fixet. I did neither get the Class of 93 progress either as I dealt damage with Yargle. If an achivment does not work you have to remove it. Now one assumes it works and wast time playing stupid decks.

Rigged Mulligans
I have observed frequently (ESPECIALLY in paid Limited Drafts), that the Mulligans are rigged. My decks will be 17-19 lands out of 40 cards in a deck, yet I will still get less than 3 lands in a hand, mulligan consecutively until I am down to 2 cards and still get no lands. But on the occasions I get 3 lands in a starting, I will then pull nothing but lands for 4-5 turns.
This happens more and more the higher your win count and win streak.
And several other reputable mathematicians and code writers have analyzed the MTG Arena…

Karakyk Guardian Not Losing Hexproof
Opponent had a Karakyk Guardian in play and cast Piercing Exhale, causing the Guardian to deal damage to one of my creatures. The issue is that the Guardian did not lose hexproof so I was not able to kill it after the spell resolved.

Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft
I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
- enter premium draft
- select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
- drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

full screen
Game REFUSES to stay in full screen. From searching reddit this is a common issue with Ultrawide monitors. I am using an ultrawide monitor @ 3440x1440 resolution. Once the game is full screen it works fine, but it constantly goes back to windowed mode.
I was thinking of getting back into Arena. Not anymore.

My timeout ropes used up by my opponent's actions
My opponent was running a Mill deck and I had Gaia's Blessings in my deck, so they kept stacking mill triggers and mill triggers. I click "resolve all", but while all the triggers are going, it's MY rope that's burning even though I clicked "resolve all" and it's THEIR triggers taking up all the time.

reporting a bug/potential cheater
had 6 mana with kogla and yidaro, some reason game wouldn't allow me to use two of my mana to play him as a creature only allowed me to use 4 mana for his ability and oppenent drew absolute perfect hand.

Received a rare wildcard in a mythic pack
Like many before me, I too purchased a mythic pack for FCA and got a rare wildcard. Considering I spent the extra gems on it, I would at the very least like a refund of my gems, if not a full pack replacement. It's truly frustrating to see people posting about this for years now with no solution.

Arena keeps crashing when I'm in matches. I have to wait for the program to time out, then restart it and get back to my match. I can tell it's happening to other people, as there are often times in matches when they go idle for long periods of time. I'm on a Windows 11 PC, and haven't had this issue before.

Unfair matching system
The system clearly changes the opponent's deck depending on the deck you use.
There is also a strong tendency to rely on accounts.
The difference is noticeable when copying a streamer's deck.
I have made a report like this before, but it has not been reflected at all.
I feel like the gameplay has been significantly lost as a digital card game, but is that okay?
It makes me laugh that MTGA doesn't do what other digital card games can do.
I have stopped watching MTGA tournaments because I feel that if the world championships are held with this kind…

Need refund for a Spider-Man draft
I signed up for a pick 2 event draft and wasn’t able to find a table for a while (like 5 minutes). I clicked to leave the event thinking it was probably frozen and I would get my gems back and I didn’t. In fact after I left I couldn’t even sign on for about a half hour. I’m on IOS.

Mastery Pass Rewards not received
I reached level 39 of the mastery pass but did not receive the Bloomburrow pack that is a reward for it.
