How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

ranked brawl is impossible to play at my standard rank. I dont have 99 mythics and rares like everyone else seems to have. Honestly a terrible idea making them a combined rank.

Virus
My Magic game has a virus called Alchemy. No matter how hard I try to remove it, I can't, and it seems many people in the community are infected and have cards from that Alchemy virus. There even seem to be several versions of the virus. Help! We need Alchemy removed so the game can be fun again!

Customer service support is a joke
Every time that I have gotten a hold of customer service for wizards of the coast it has been days of waiting for replies... They need to have an instant chat they make so much money they can afford it!

"Full Screen" 3440x1440 option doesn't work.
There are multiple posts about "...3440x1440 bug - each time i press full screen and change a menu or start a game it refreshes back to 2560x1440."
I came across this problem couple of days ago, after the update. Boy it's irritating. Not only that, but the lower part of the screen is not visible, obscured by Task bar. Platform is Windows 11.
That's not anything difficult to fix. Please, dedicate some developer's time to this problem. It really spoils the overall impression of Arena.4 votes -
Ban Bloodthristy conqueror from ranked
Blood Thirsty Conqueror makes ranked feel awful as it is 1 half of the easiest 1 2 combo that ruins a match as there is no counter to it during the opponents turn.
it cheapens any actual deckbuilding and ruins the format

I am inquiring about the status of the Planeswalker and Spark Bundles that were previously available to purchase before the Hobbit pre-orders.
Are they gone for good?

HYDRA infiltration not triggering when attacking alone
I was playing a best of 1 Marvel Superheroes draft while i attacked alone multiple times without HYDRA infiltration triggering. It was very important for me, because I needed life and I had a Loki in play. I ended loosing the draft 1-3 and I want my entry back, please.

Regarding Izzet-color decks, which currently dominate the Alchemy meta:
Many aggro decks lose without being able to counter them, and the decks’ tendency to play multiple spells in a single turn noticeably slows down the game’s tempo.In particular, the Izzet-colored deck relies on copying with <<Inspiring Easel>>, the 2-mana 3-point damage spell <<consumed by History>>, and combo initiation via <<summitfest Closing Ceremony>>.
These elements create synergy at an extremely high level, effectively shutting down most aggro decks.

Multiple Japanese texts for the The Hobbit pre-order products are wrong
The Bundles category in the Store page now shows three pre-order products for the The Hobbit set. Their Japanese texts show something unrelated to the set, however. The three texts are as follows (the parenthesized texts are comment for those who don't understand Japanese):
Pack Bundle: １枚《トニー・スターク》カード・スタイル購入時に (This is grammatically broken, but sounds like saying "when you purchase a single copy of the card style for Tony Stark"))
Pass Bundle: 「アイアンマン」スリーブと相棒：アイアンマンのブリーフケースを受け取ります。 (Iron Man sleeve and a companion: receiving a briefcase of Iron Man)

can't play Infinity combo due to timeout
I'm playing Nadu in Timeless no matter how fast i move the equipament there is no time, the rope should wait a time after you take a game action the way it is now there is no way to play combos.

MTGALauncher hangs at startup on Windows PC
The MGTALauncher hangs at startup, cannot install or update the app on Windows PC. I deleted all files and uninstalled. Ended all MTGA related processes and tried a fresh install. Same issue. I can get the installer to create the MTGA folder and the MTGALauncer but the MTGALauncher.exe hangs and does nothing. I can see the process running. Turned off firewalls to verify as well.

Hawkeye Bug
I had the 2 mana rare Hawkeye, and on his attack trigger I could only decline or auto pay, I tapped a mana to try to use the 1 mana then the only options were auto pay or decline so I pressed auto pay expecting it to use my 1 floating mana but it tapped another land and added 2 mana to the ability so I got a mediocre effect over casting another creature.

Bug / rule mechanics
With the ability improvise working in table I should be able to use my artifacts to cast iron-man ( double face card) in his armored form since he is an artifact creature, but it doesn't works, I believe is because in his other side, his human former he is not an artifact creature, please fix it and tks for the attention

Game freeze
This game freezes constantly when I have priority. I’m in the middle of casting a spell and I can then no longer do anything. Sometimes it freezes on my opponents turn and then I miss my opportunity to respond. Don’t get me wrong I really like the fun animations, but what I’d really like is a functional game. After the most recent update it’s borderline unplayable. Ive now lost dozens of games on the ladder due to game freeze or server issues.

Unable to unlock other game mode
Unfortunately, I can only fight against the bot Sparky and not against others. Please fix this.

Scurry Oak Triggers Not Working on Opponent Effects
The opponent put a -1/-1 counter on Scurry Oak, but it didn't trigger the creation of a squirrel token. Scurry Oak's text implies it doesn't care what player a counter comes from, so it should be creating squirrels, even on an opponent's effect.

Bug
I’ve had a brawl deck lead by the 2 mana Sorin creature for a while and it’s always had Lurrus as companion. Lately, despite Lurrus being assigned a a companion in the deck builder, Lurrus doesn’t show up at all in game. They aren’t in the companion zone in game nor do they show up when loading in to the game where commanders and companions are revealed.
