How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

PayPal challenge isn't working
There is a bug with the confirm you are human screen in PayPal, it doesn't matter wich challenge I try, if I reload or if I submit feedback, it won't advance from that screen.

Can't sideboard in standard metagame challenge
I was 4-0 in the metagame challenge, and would easily won my last match, but I lost because there is a bug that don't allow me to sideboard. I was with a RW tokens needing to put my hasters to win a game against a mill deck, and I couldn't get out my sunfalls. really, I lost at least 4 hours playing this tournament to lose like that.

daily quest timer reset but no new quest
My daily quest are not showing up when my timer hits 0 and then the timer starts over and there are still no quest available. Also it says I can have 3 daily quest active at once but I only get 1. Closed the game and restarted it thinking that might update my quests but they still were not there.

Daily quest not tracking spells cast
Daily quest "Cast 25 Green or White Spells" has been stuck at 14/25 for several matches. Have restarted game twice without success in getting tracker to update.

Color Challenge 2 on Green (vivien reid) opponent never takes turn
Just got the game. Doing the color challenges. When doing the second challenge for green, on the very last turn before ending the game, the computer just never takes their turn. I assume, because it's a bot challenge, the turn timer never runs out either so I couldn't pass the challenge. I attempted the challenge twice with the same card play order and ran into the same problem. (Logs ending in 051 and 009)

Missing third daily quest
Hi, I play on android and for a couple of days I only get two daily quests and a weekly one. The third daily quest slot is always waiting for a new quest, even though the timer is at 00:00 see screenshot attached.
Please also note that the game crashes really often on android i.e. every 2nd/3d game.

Card placement animations not completing
Playing on Android (Samsung s10) and can barely play as the animations of playing a card are not completing properly and as play goes on the UI is obscured.

Sparky stuck on Color Challenge and Starter Deck duel
I have completed BOTH the 'Color Challenge' and the 'Starter Deck Duels' but sparky is stuck in an endless loop of "Wow, you've beaten all of the color challenges". This is my HOME page and will not allow me to participate in any other events that may show on home screen...PLEASE fix this issue. I cant participate in any in-game events that I can see showing on my friends game but not mine (and we have accomplished the same stuff in game). Very frustrating here. daily quest timer reset but no new quest
Third Daily Quests not resetting. Every day i don't get my 3rd daily quest. I'm unsure how i can recreate that.
PC
When the daily quest ticks over i'm only getting the daily win rewards quests as you can see in the below image. (the middle completed one is the weekly)
It should give me a quest.

Can't progress in "Sparky's Challenge"
New player here. Every time I beat Sparky in "Sparky's Challenge", I don't make any progress in this quest - I don't get any rewards and I'm still stuck on "0/1 Win". I've used two different decks and beaten her four times now. If this is user error on my part, please tell me how to progress in this quest - thanks!

Didn't get today daily quest exp & money. I even tried logging out and restarting the game but nothing happens.

Sparky's Challenge No Reward After 3rd Win
Noticed "Sparky's Challenge" in the events tab, and had time to kill so decided to play it. Got 2 victories rather easily, and collected a card reward after each. However, after my 3rd victory I was taken directly back to the home screen with no "random cosmetic" reward, and "Sparky's Challenge" completely gone.
I manually checked my cosmetic inventories one by one, and nothing new is present. Tried closing the game and reopening it and repairing the files, still have the same issue.
Feel I was robbed/cheated a bit. Not cool.5 votes -

Quick draft challenge reward not working
- How to reproduce (most likely this is the cause): I have started a Quick draft for Aetherdrift about a month ago using the quick draft token you get for starting but I just played one match and then didnt open arena for a week or so. That means the event ended with me having only 0:1. There was also no rewards collection message, no nothing. After that I played two Final Fantasy drafts, one 4:3, the other 7:1. But the challenge for "playing 3 quick draft matches" is still at 1/3. So just start a quick draft with this challenge…

Can't sideboard in Historic Metagame Challenge Bo3 Event
I can't access my full sideboard in the Historic Metagame Challenge Bo3 event. In Ranked historic Bo3 it's fine, but in the event it added an additional Lurrus of the Dream Den to my sideboard. Because of this I can only access my Bo1 cards and am locked out of my full sideboard

Color Challenge Black Last Step
I have won the last battle for the Black deck color challenge 4 times, but every time I go to claim the 'cold-blooded killers deck', it 'waits for the server' for forever and then resets and makes me do the match again.

Quick Draft Play Three Matches Challenge Broken
Like others have posted (from at least 2 years ago it seems) the Quick Draft Challenge to play 3 matches does not count the quick draft matches that I've played. According to comments on Reddit, it seems like the challenge might be linked to a past event, hence why it is not counting for EoE currently (and again, other comments point out that it's been broken way before EoE released).

Unable to check Color Challenge deck
Whenever I attempt to check the deck for a Color Challenge, I get stuck on a loading screen that says "Waiting for the Server...", which forces me to restart the game. This occurs on both my PC and my iPhone. I note that I have already completed all of the Color Challenges previously, I believe years ago. not given priority after leyline binding
my opponent cast a leyline binding in response to dewdrop cure. i should have been able to activate an onboard bartolome. wasn't given priority during casting or etb trigger.
