How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Derank from platinum to silver because of an end season bug (season ended twice for me yesterday and today)
I play on mobile. The season just ended yesterday the 30th of may. I was in Diamond 1. So got reset to gold 1, as usual. Played some games got to Platinum 4.
Today I play a BO3 standard game, I win 2-1, when I win I only get one rank instead of 2. And when I got out of the match Arena tells me it is the end of the season, and gives me the en season reward screen, saying I was in Platinum 4 (which I was but only because the season already ended). draft pack bugged
When I tried to claim the packs from the store that I won in the draft, it threw a connection error and they disappeared. I don't know if I got the cards because none appear as new when creating/editing a deck.

Login timed out
Cannot get to Home Screen. Powered on off reinstalled app on iPad. Dark screen times out. Second day in a row. How about some free packs?

Incorrect/Early Season Awards
I play arena on PC. This morning I logged on and received my May season rewards (in limited I was platinum IV), which brought me back down to I believe high silver/gold IV. After a few hours of play this morning I was back to gold III. Upon logging in again a few minutes ago, a pop up for June awards came up, giving me rewards for gold III limited, and dropped me down to silver IV. Except I did not receive the gold or the packs it said I would receive, so now my rank is just…

My limited event run suddenly ended when I tried to resume (pick-two draft)
A couple days ago I started a Secrets of Strixhaven Pick-two Draft. I had 3 wins 0 losses and logged off for the night. Now a couple days later, I opened Arena and returned to the event page intending to play more matches and continue my run. I can't remember where exactly I clicked but it was on the right side of the screen, either the "resume"/"play" button (maybe it was a "claim rewards" button?) or the currently earned rewards on the track; and a reward-granting overlay appeared giving me my earned packs and gems, as well…

Ghost monthly price boosters
I just loged in to collect my monthly booster pack prices nad got only booster pack screen where was weird booster pack with big A arena logo. After clicking on it I got nothing and those packs disapeared for good. see picture.

Claim Rewards - Show what rewards were for
After a match where awards are given (such as daily achievement awards), it'd be nice to know what the reward is from- this text should be displayed with the "Claim" screen.
Example: I have 2 daily achievements, one for playing creatures and one for playing a number of colored cards. After completing a match of Jump In, I'm presented with a Claim screen for 500 coins. But which achievement did I complete? I have no idea. I have to leave the Jump In page, go back to Home to view achievements, then go back to Jump In to continue playing.

mission is not progressing
so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

BUG: Seeing New on opening packs for cards i already have (Run away with me)
I am seeing the card "Run away with me" appear as new each time i pull it from a pack.

New set packs are still locked on the unlock date
The Secrets of Strixhaven I received for pre-release participation say they are available on April 21st, 2026.
It is currently 9:00PM on the 21st of April NZDT and they are still locked.1 vote -
Give Daily and Weekly reward Progress for Direct Games
I mostly play Gladiator against other players using the direct challenge feature. So I often complete my Weeklies but get no daily or weekly gold progress. This is punitive and punishing to players who want to play unsupported community run formats with no official queue and players who just want to jam with friends.
I presume it's the way it is to prevent abuse, but it's been a long time and we deserve a better solution.

Reward Orbs spent on two Cards but not received
I earned 2 Orbs in the Secrets of Strixhaven Mastery. I spent them on 2 cards:
Witherbloom the Balancer and
Quandrix the Proofto build Decks with it.
As you can see in the attached screenshots they vanished from the Masterypage but don't appear in the Collectionpage.Thank you for fixing this

I haven't received the SOS pre-order
I purchased the SOS version of the card pack pre-order yesterday. I received the card back, but after the new version was launched today, I didn't receive pre-ordered card packs. I noticed that many other players have reported the same issue on the forum. I hope the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, I can upload relevant files as proof.

Pick 2 Draft TMNT only let me play 2 of 3 games
After completing my second game in the Pick 2 Draft for TMNT, it didn't let me play the 3rd game. Only option was to pay and start a new draft! I did get a reward, but it could have been a better reward if I won my 3rd game.

No rewards for winning, ranking not updating
Not getting rewards for winning, win count not increasing, ranking not changing after wins when I am in mythic.
And now have spark rank.
Nice to know when you are in the top 1500 mythic and you win games you dont actually increase rank due to a bug, then have to struggle for 40 minutes to figure out on which page redirect you need raise a bug, probably only to get a new common card skin for the issue, rather than the 20 play points you would have gotten along with all teh other rewards the 10 wins…14 votes -
Beyond Playset
I cracked some EOE packs and it included a Gene Pollinator but I know with 100% certainty that I already had a playset because I thought it was weird that when I cracked packs last week I cracked 3 more when I thought I already had at least 2. This makes we question the accuracy of the wildcards.

Can't buy welcome pack on steam
I tried to buy the welcome pack on the store. I have linked my steam account on the WotC website, and have $10 CAD in my wallet. This amount should cover the welcome pack's $4.99 USD price. When I click on the $4.99 button, it just brings me back to the main store page, and makes a coins falling noise, but I get no gems or packs. I tried unistallings, and clearing the files in users/username/wizards of the coast on Win10.
